Dear members, do you remember what you desire most when you join AMSAUI? Is it fame? Friendship? Or maybe knowledge? Whichever it was, you are a part of this one big family. I myself think of AMSA-UI as a family that I can hold onto and stay with but how about you? Have you ever questioned how close we are as a family? To answer that I, as a representative candidate, would like to make this family feels whole again through my workplan called AMSA-UI GATHERING NIGHT. It is a special moment where we could explore each other more, create stronger bonds with them, builidng a better work atmosphere, and a chance for each division to share their hardships of past event and ideas for the upcoming event or simply new innovations. This event is scheduled to be held at the end of
semester and planned by event organizer coordinated by MnD division but with committee open for all member. I believe that this workplan would be eective and I would doubtlessly bet "allin" on the opportunity that I have, should I become a representative, to improve the internal situation AMSA-UI. With this workplan being the ďŹ rst of its kind, I know that it will not be easy. But that precisely is the meaning of being a representative, to make an impact in the course of one year. Through diligence, willpower, perseverance and ingenuity, it is not a mere pipe dream for AUGN to be realized.

Enzo Sapuandi #strengthinnumbers
The proposed vision that I, Enzo Sapuandi, have for student members of A M S A , is to work together with innovation for the society, in which they make use of individual skills and engage it with the diverse congregation of AMSA and its community to create social change. This vision will be done by introducing new and feasible methods on solving and settling problems. The proposed mission I have for AMSAUI are (1) to improve and promote positive relationships and satisfaction throughout the divisions, within the various other AMSAs, which includes facilitating interests of student members of AMSA-UI to reach their potential capability to take a part in AMSA. (2) To ensure a positive and productive relationship with the family of AMSAINA. (3) Lastly, to encourage the enhancement of competency of AMSA to become s ocia lly res pon s ible,
internationally minded, and a ca demica lly dev oted. With th e proposed mission, I will cultivate a Five C's of Team Member Competency, which was divided into 5; Communicating, Cooperating, Coordinating, Conflict resolving and also Comforting. I will keep an open communication line with all organization members, in which the members of AMSA-UI has to have a clear as to what their role(s) is and what are expected from them. “Strength in numbers” is the philosophy we believe will assist future AMSA-UI members to take the vision and mission into action. Future strong bonds, and cooperation between the A M S A members is the reason to “Strength in numbers”, which is chosen as our main tagline.

Greetings grande famiglia. The future of AMSA-UI is here and you're a vital component of AMSA-UI's success in the future. AMSA-UI this year will focus on bringing the organization closer as a united team; brimming with curiosity for knowledge, saturated with love of ser vitude towards the community, and filled with care towards the family of AMSA-UI. AMSA-UI 2015-2016 will mark a time of great change through the newly implemented AMSA-UI House system. The AMSA-UI house system serves to close the gap between members of AMSA-UI. From clinical students in their last year to newly recruited AMSA-UI youths, they will have a uniting force: their HOUSE. Just like in Harry Potter, AMSA-UI will have four houses. The AMSA-UI house system will bring members of different
divisions and batches together, whilst also igniting their spirit to win for their house, and thus for AMSA-UI as a whole. Having a large range of connections within the internal FKUI community will build new bridges and strengthen old ties between AMSA-UI and i n t e r n a l / e x t e r n a l o rg a n i z a t i o n s . Experience as a manager and having been project officer and committee member of multiple events, I know what makes a team. I am sincere when it comes to the development of my members because their improvement is my priority. AMSA-UI is a place where; I can fully dedicate my time towards work and duty, express my love for service, and give my heart for the future of AMSA's success. I a m H a n s e n s Ya n s a h , y o u r n e x t representative for AMSA-UI 2015-2016.

Felix Kurniawan #movingfourward
“Before you are a leader, success is all about growing yourself. When you become a leader, success is all about growing others.” - Jack Welch Greetings people of tomorrow! First of all, I would like to introduce myself. My name is Felix Kurniawan from Recruitment Division and I am running to be the next Representative of AMSA-UI. The quote above is what really pushed me to put my name in the race. AMSAUI has given me so many lessons that the only way for me to repay the favor is by helping it and its members to develop. How could I achieve that? My answer is by arranging academic and nona c a d e m i c m e m b e r- d e v e l o p i n g programs. However, those orthodox indoor events can't cover all essential aspects needed by AMSA-UI members including teamwork. Therefore, my plan of actions also include AMSA-UI team
building for all of its members. Working as a family is much better than with strangers, right? Strong financial support is needed to hold those activities. Hence, I will slightly modify the organogram, particularly those related to finance. Adding a position for a treasurer and moving finance division under the director of internal will be beneficial, it'll make the money flow more organized and also allow the finance division to focus on raising funds. Why should you choose me? Actually, it will be wiser if the question is left for you to answer. All I could say is that I am ready to take the responsibility to lead AMSAUI forward and I'm really eager to hear all of your great ideas to make AMSA-UI an even better organization and family.

East Asian Medical Student Conference By Andy My name is Andy and I am a member of 28th EAMSC Event Technical Team. The main job of the event technical team is to support the event division in the execution of EAMSC programmes. We aren’t really involved in the plan-‐ ning stages of the events, as we are only just recruited years after the main EAMSC team has been formed. Therefore, our workload before EAMSC are probably not a heavy as other divisions, such as liaison officers, logistics, or publications. Our job only begun when EAMSC started. However, during EAMSC we are expected to be present in all of the events. As a technical team, our tasks may seem menial at first, mostly being time keepers or fa-‐ cilitators. However, they are actually really important and crucial to ensure that the event ran smoothly according to the schedule. Moreover, as there aren’t as many people in the event technical team as other divisions, it is quite important for all of us to be available throughout the events. On the bright side, it is actually quite fun to be a part of the technical team. While we aren’t exposed to the delegates as much as liaison officers do, some-‐ times we could interact with the delegates when we become facilitators. More importantly, our workload is not as heavy as the liaison officers. Therefore, the event technical team is a perfect job for someone who would like to experience the whole EAMSC events without being burdened with a lot of tasks. The only requirement is to be present in the whole events and as a consequence, you probably need to stay in the hotel de pending on where you live. Perhaps the most valuable thing is that you get to meet a lot of other AMSA members and make new friends. Just being a part of the EAMSC committee is already an honour.
