Safe and secure in Amsterdam RAI during event setup and breakdown
Introduction At Amsterdam RAI we believe hospitality and quality are inextricably linked with maximum safety. This is why safety is such a major focal point at Amsterdam RAI. Our dedicated safety policy complies with all Dutch laws and regulations, which means that during the setup and breakdown of an exhibition the RAI halls are seen as a building site. To ensure we meet our responsibilities, the RAI has established clear rules that are easy to understand and follow.

Access During setup and breakdown periods Amsterdam RAI is only accessible with a valid setup and breakdown badge. Everyone who wishes to be granted access to the halls during these periods must pre-register online. If you have any questions about registration and/or badges don’t hesitate to send an e-mail to security@rai.nl.
Means of personal protection (PBMs) It is compulsory to wear approved safety shoes during the setup and breakdown periods.
