Press & Publicity Taking part at GreenTech Amsterdam offers you several opportunities to generate free publicity within the international media.

Overview of new products and services A list of new products on show will be made available to the press and is published real-time online. For this purpose, please complete the new products form found via the Exhibitor Portal (Promotion / New Products & Services). Your products will be published online immediately, so the sooner you submit your new products, the more exposure you will generate.

Press releases Share your news directly with trade magazines. Be sure you put your press releases online via your ‘Company Profile’.

Dedicated onsite press You can hand in your press kits only a very limited number onsite in the Press Room, on June 12, 2018

Exhibitor Portal RAI’s online facility for all your exhibitor needs As an exhibitor of GreenTech Amsterdam 2018, you have received a username and pass-word for our online Exhibitor Portal together with the confirmation of your stand location.

You can enter the system via: https://ep.rai.nl/Account/LogOn/en The RAI Web Shop can be accessed via the Exhibitor Portal, as well as all the other menu items in this document.

In fact, it provides everything you need to prepare your show participation.

Should you lose your username/password or experience any problems logging in, RAI Regis-tration will be happy to assist you.

You can send your request to registration@rai.nl Lastly, if you use a professional agency to assist you in your marketing and communication activities, we advise you to share this information with them.
