The residents quickly begin to crave open communitive space so the roof of the Pavilion becomes a public garden space for the tower. Scaffolding walkways are installed between the Strata & the Pavilion to provide new sociable links & access between the two buildings. This allows some units within the tower to be extended or have a balcony.
