Recommended for… Those who would like to go on an 6-day tour and enjoy some of the most beautiful natural landscapes of our country (waterfalls, rivers, gorges, alpine lakes), engage in alternative activities, visit traditional settlements, explore amazing beaches, and sample the local gastronomy. Riders will experience the warm hospitality of the residents of Central Greece and they will get acquainted with all the different driving terrains of Greece, following carefully selected mapped routes on the curvy, mountainous roads of the country. We starting from Euboea, this large island, invites you to experience a leisure experience that has… a bit of everything: wonderful beaches, lush nature, castles, historical monasteries, the famous thermal healing springs of Aedipsos, the town of Chalkida with the Euripus strait and its ‘crazy’ waters, amazing routes for motorcyclists and great paths for explorations. Could it be that the time has come for you to discover a special aspect of the Aegean? The tour continue to Pelion, where they will discover the unique village of Makrinitsa, known as “the balcony of the Pagasetic gulf”, stroll along picturesque paths, explore the local open-air stores, and sample special meze dishes accompanied with tsipouro! This is a wonderful destination during all seasons. Mount Pelion rises between the Pagasetic gulf and the Aegean sea, northeast of Volos. It is comprised of more than 40 villages with residences of unique architecture, wonderful slate-paved little roads, historical churches and absolutely blooming nature. The entire mountain of the Centaurs is covered in forestland with beech trees, oak trees, horse-chestnut trees, plane trees, pine trees and fir trees, with scenic trails and beautiful beaches that are the county’s hallmark, while the area also boasts a highly developed tourist infrastructure. We continue with selected routes in the highest road passes around the central “backbone” of Pindos, riding through the lusciously green Greek nature and admiring dozens of stone-built arched bridges, traditional settlements, monasteries, gorges, lakes and rivers, in Thessaly, Epirus, Western Macedonia and Magnesia. This tour follows a difficult route that is designed for demanding and experienced riders who wish to combine multi-day motorcycle holidays with exploration, as well as with a generous helping of adventure involving riding on difficult and demanding driving terrains. Participants will also have the opportunity to discover the flora and fauna of the lesser-known parts of Greece, situated in our very own ‘Alps’ that lie well-hidden in the immortal Greek mountains
