ACTION Lake Garda is one of the areas of the “highest sports density� in all of Europe. In fact, all water and sailing sports are practiced here and the lake is an important site of windsurfing and sailing competitions. VILLAGES Guests A) PAYMENT • Within three weeks from confirming their booking, a down payment of € 130 is required from guests per living accommodation per week or part thereof. • If we do not receive the down payment within the time specified, the booking will be cancelled automatically without further notice. • The balance on the provisional cost of the holiday must be paid at least six weeks before arrival. • The total paid in advance will be subtracted from the final cost of the holiday which will include any services not included in the provisional cost. • Guests must pay for their entire stay regardless of whether they arrive late or leave early.

BOOKING PROCEDURE Booking requests must be received using the booking form in our web site (www.pianidiclodia.it) or by fax.

Furnishings dishware, microwave oven (only at Virgilio), satellite tv, telephone and safe deposit box. What you need to bring dining, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom linen.

B) METHOD OF PAYMENT By banker’s draft made out to: PIANI DI CLODIA - via Fossalta, 42 - 37017 Lazise (VR) Italia. Bank charges are to be paid totally by the Guest. D) CANCELLATIONS In case of cancellations, management will withhold: • The down payment (without exception); • 10% of the balance on the provisional cost of the holiday up to 30 days before the start of the holiday; • 30% of the balance on the provisional cost of the holiday up to 15 days before the start of the holiday. No refunds will be given for cancellations after these dates. CLEANING BEFORE DEPARTURE Guests are responsible for leaving the living accommodation in the condition in which they found it. If it is not clean € 40 will be subtracted. DEPARTURE TIME Guests must leave the living accommodation by 10 a.m. Guests staying at the holiday park after midday will be charged the full daily rate for the number of guests and cars. Motorbikes not permitted. Pets: not permitted. Utilities (water, electricity, gas, etc.), air conditioning and heating: included in the stay price.

CAMPING

CAMPING Guests

GENERAL INFORMATION Rate for one camping area: refers to 1 camping area occupied by one car plus one tent, one car plus a caravan or one camper. Motorbikes not permitted. Maximum number of people per camping area: 5. Pets: pets are admitted only in specified campsites. They must always be kept on a leash and have documentation showing that they comply with all health regulations. If requested they must undergo veterinary inspection during your holiday stay. Electrical connection: 6 Amperes. Bathrooms for the handicapped: 1 for every group of bathrooms. Nursery, washers and driers are located in 3 of the bathroom units.

BOOKING PROCEDURE Campsite booking requests must be received by March 31st using the booking form in our web site (www.pianidiclodia.it) or by fax. Sending in the reservation within the specified term guarantees the reservation only in the case that sites are still available and only in campsite zones that are free at the time of arrival. Reservations are accepted only for seasons G, H, I, L, M, N, O in areas without water connection with free arrival date and minimum 10-night stay; the direction has the right to cancel the reservation after 17.00 hour of arrival day if the guest has not arrived or has not informed us of possible delayed arrival. Departure times Guests leaving the holiday park after midday will be charged for an additional night (camping area + Guests) regardless of their arrival time.

The Guest will receive a written confirmation of the reservation which has to be exhibited on arrival at the holiday park. The daily rate is the price of living accommodation (bungalow, maxicaravan or camping area) - including car parking (limited to 1 car) - plus a charge per person staying at the campsite. Any second car will be calculated separately and parked on the outside unattented parking. It is the management’s responsibility to take into consideration the Client’s preference to a certain type of bungalow, maxicaravan or campsite with or without water but not to guarantee it. The management reserves the right to modify the Client’s needs in accordance with availability without prior notice. Booking of campsites guarantees only occupation in the zones available at the time of arrival. Campsites and bathroom units are opened gradually based on park attendance and in the order established by Management.

Exclusively for area with water connection Campsite booking: Premium classic, Premium plus and De luxe To take advantage of campsite with water connection, you must comply with the following conditions as well as with general booking procedures. • Campsite booking requests must be received by March 31st using the booking form in our web site (www.pianidiclodia.it) or by fax. • Your stay must be for a minimum of 10 nights. • The possibility of canceling before 10 days prior to the date of start of your stay with return of the entire amount that was paid. When this 10 day prior term expires then the entire amount paid will be retained. • Payment of the entire cost of the stay must be done in advance by banker’s draft made out to: Piani di Clodia - via Fossalta, 42 - 37017 Lazise, which must be received by April 15th. Reservations will be cancelled after that date.

THE FOLLOWING SERVICES ARE INCLUSIVE IN THE STAY RATE • Admission to the swimmingpools according to the opening calendar. • Deck chairs and umbrellas, both at the pools and on the beach (here only during high season) shall be furnished as long as they are available and are not guaranteed to be available for all our Clientele. • Children’s play areas, volleyball and basketball courts, beach-volley and table tennis are free of charge. • Animation from 31.03 increasing daytime and evening activities in the period between 16.05 and 08.09. • Bus service between the holidays park and Lazise, from 31.03 to 12.10.

Remember that: • The total daily rate is the price of living accommodation (bungalow, maxicaravan or camping area) - including car parking (limited to 1 car) - plus a charge per person staying at the camp site; • It is the management’s option to take into consideration the Client’s preference to a certain type of bungalow, maxicaravan or area but not to guarantee it. • The management reserves the right to modify the Client’s needs in accordance with availability without prior notice.

INTERNAL REGULATIONS Please take note of the following regulations which must be observed during your stay at the holiday park.

1) ARRIVAL

2) DURING THE HOLIDAY

a. Registration On arriving at the holiday park, Guests must park their vehicles in the outside carpark and report immediately to Reception in order to register. Each Guest must produce a valid means of identification as required under current legislation. Guests should take the opportunity to read the internal regulations. Management reserves the right not to admit Guests who do not exhibit proper means of identification or who do not comply with the regulations of the holiday park.

a. Absence Guests must inform Management each time they leave and return to the holiday park. Guests failing to do so will be charged for the period of absence.

b. Camping passes The Reception Desk will give each Guest a Camping Pass on arrival, giving them access to the holiday park through the pedestrian entryways from the beach and from the swimming pool zone. The Camping Pass is also required for performing any procedures at the Reception Desk. All Camping Passes must be given back to the Cashier’s Office at the time of departure. c. Opening hours of reception and cashier’s office Reception is open between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m. Guests may arrive between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m. The Cashier’s office is open as follows: Low and Mid season from 8 a.m. to midday and from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.; High Season from 8 a.m. to midday and from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. All Guests are asked to use the safe-deposit boxes to safeguard all their valuables and property. These are found in the Reception Offices and are accessible during Cashier’s Office open hours. d. Allocation of camping area Camping areas are allocated by Management who may consider Guests’ requests depending on the circumstances. Booking of campsites guarantees only occupation in the zones available at the time of arrival. A maximum of one set of camping equipment may be installed in each camping area. A maximum of one car plus one tent, one car plus a caravan or one camper is permitted per camping area; a separate charge will be made for any further equipment. The camping areas and toilet facilities will be opened in the order set down by Management based on the number of Guests present. e. Allocation of the living accommodation It is the management’s option to give priority to the Clients requests for a certain type of bungalow, maxicaravan or preferred area, but not to guarantee it. The staff have the right to modify the Client’s request, according to availability, without prior notice. The daily rate includes one car parking space only; a separate charge will be made for an additional car which must be left in the outside carpark (unmanned). Living accommodations will be allocated from 3 p.m. onwards in Low Season and from 5 p.m. onwards in Mid and High season. Guests must pay the provisional balance for the holiday without fail within 24 hours of arriving at the holiday park. f. Motorcycles Motorcycles and quads are not admitted inside the holiday park. g. Pets Pets must not be kept inside bungalows and maxicaravans even on a temporary or non-permanent basis, nor may they be kept outside. Guests bringing pets to the holiday park must inform Management upon arrival. All pets must comply with health regulations; written proof of such must be shown. Where necessary, pets may be examined by vets during the stay.

b. Visitors Guests at the holiday park may not receive visitors during the day or night. Any visitors must report to Reception and leave a means of identification with staff before they are permitted to enter the holiday park; visitors may not bring vehicles into the park. Visitors may stay at the park for a maximum of half an hour, after which they will be charged for the daily camping rate. Pets are not permitted. Visiting times: 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. c. Driving regulations Motorcycles and quads are not admitted inside the holiday park. Motor vehicles must not be driven inside the holiday park between midnight and 7 a.m., including those driven by Guests entering and leaving the site. Motor vehicles must be driven at walking pace inside the holiday park. Guests must only use their vehicles when strictly necessary. Cyclists are advised to ride slowly for their own safety and the safety of others. d. Quiet times Between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. and 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. Guests must on no account disturb other Guests by using radios, televisions, stereos and musical instruments or by gathering in groups. To prevent disturbance, guests must keep the volume of radios, TVs, stereos and musical instruments to a minimum at all times. Tents and caravans with verandas must not be put up or taken down between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. e. Pets (see point 1/g) Pets are admitted to the camping areas provided they are kept on a leash and comply with health and hygiene regulations and current legal requirements. Dogs must be kept on a leash when taken outside the holiday park for walks; owners must clean up after their pets if necessary. Guests may not take animals onto the beach between 7 a.m. and 8 p.m. for health and safety reasons. Animals must not be taken into the playground, swimming pool area and all public areas (bar, restaurant, shops, etc.). f. Care of children Management will not supervise the activities of Guests who are staying at the holiday park. Supervision of children is the sole responsibility of parents (who will assume sole responsibility towards third parties) or guardians; Management and the owners of the camping site are released from all responsibility in this matter. Parents and guardians must ensure that children do not cause damage or place themselves at risk at the holiday park, particularly around the lake and in the play area. Guests must observe the special regulations for the swimming pool area. Ball games must not be played between tents, on roads or on the beach. g. Hygiene The holiday park provides a full cleaning service but relies on Guests to keep the park in the best possible condition. Please note that rubbish should be collected in sealed bags and placed in bins between 7 a.m. and 11 p.m. Remember that a good rubbish differentiation will make elimination easier Guests must observe regulations on the use of sinks and wash-basins. Toilet facilities must also be used correctly. Any damage resulting from the improper use of such will be the responsibility of the Guest.

3) DEPARTURE

Please note that chemical toilets must be emptied into the special drains at the toilet blocks. Guests should ask for the key to the nursery and disabled toilets at Reception. Guests must keep camping areas and living accommodation clean and tidy and leave them in the condition in which they found them. Sheets must be used on beds in the living accommodation. Guests who do not have sheets may hire them from Reception. Guests are asked to refrain from smoking inside the bungalows and the mobile homes. Cars must not be washed inside the holiday park. h. First-aid post The holiday park has a first-aid post. Guests with diagnosed or suspected infectious diseases must report immediately to the doctor or holiday park Management. The doctor’s arrival is announced through the loud-speaker. i. Insurance and internal security The management declines any liability for theft, accidents, damage to persons and things, damage caused by storms, hail, falling trees and branches, illnesses, including plant illnesses, epidemic, arson, force majeure etc. l. Damage to, removal of and lost property Management will not be held responsible for Guests’ property which is damaged, stolen or lost. Persons damaging or removing the property of the holiday park must pay for the damage and replace missing objects where possible. Guests who find property which other Customers have lost or left behind must return it to Management.

a. Camping areas Guests can settle accounts only on departure and at office hours (see point 1/c). Departure must be between 7.00 and 12.00 a.m; otherwise will be charged the full daily rate per camping area and guests, regardless of their arrival time. b. Living accommodations Living accommodation must be handed over by 10 a.m. in the morning of departure and must be left clean and tidy. Guests failing to do so will be charged for cleaning costs (€ 40,00) plus any breakages or missing objects. Guests staying on at the holiday park after midday will be charged the full daily rate per person and car which must be left in the outside carpark. The booked period is to be paid in full even if the period is not utilised due to late arrival or early departure. c. Camping pass Have to be returned to the Cashier’s office on departure. Otherwise we are obliged to charge € 5,00 for every camping pass lost.

In the interest of all Guests, Management reserves the right to exclude all persons who are found to be in serious breach of these regulations or whose behaviour disturbs other guests at the Holiday Park. Prices are exclusive of any city and/or government taxes. Prices do not include tourist tax, if applicable.

m. Faulty equipment Please inform Management of any faulty or defective equipment found at the holiday park by means of the Maintenance Book and the Housekeeping book (bungalows and mobile homes) kept at Reception. n. Messages - Mail Telephone calls and all other messages will be displayed on the notice board in Reception. Guests are responsible for consulting the notice board to check any messages. Reception will pass on incoming mail to adult Guests only. If the mail has not been collected after 7 days, it will be returned to the sender. Announcements will not be made over the loud-speaker system for lost property or animals. o. Swimming Motorboats must approach the swimming area in a straight line at a maximum speed of three knots. Do not leave canoes or windsurfs on the beach. Regulations and legislation governing the use of boats on the lake must be observed. p. Fires and barbecues Fires must not be lit on the ground or on the beach. Barbecues may be used providing they are put out after use.
