This surface is made by one module, which has half pyrmaid and half 2D face. There is a hole in each 2D section, which create spaces for sun passes.

This part is created by one pyramid with a trustum of a pyramid. There are gaps on the top of each pyrmaid.

With the booleaned geometry contained mostly within the original shape the cube is still highly visible as a form.

Gaps are exist at the very top, which provide lights fot the interior spaces.

A deep hole has no gaps in the end.

The soild behind the hole is part of the big empty interior spaces.
