Question 1: What are Durer’s rules for perspectival projection? (Maximum 100 words) Durer’s rule for perspectival project follows a systematic procedure. His first rule states that all perpendicular or orthogonal meet at the central vaishing point, which the point is determined by the perpendicular drawn from the eye to the picture plane. Second, regardless of direction, all parallel lines have a common vanishing point. The vanishing points lie on the horizen when they are on a horizontal plane. However, if they form a 45 degree angle with the picyure plane, then the distance between their vanishing point and the central vanishing point is equal to the distance between the eyeand the picture plane. Third, equal dimentios progressively as they receded in space, so that any portio of the picture is calculated from the preceding or following pprtion.
Question 2: Describe homogenous space? (Maximum 100 words)
The homogenous space can be described as the space produced by construction, such as infinite, purely mathematric, and fully rational. A homogenous space is the result of a purely mathematrical projection of perspective view, which relies on a number of untrue assumptions of the human eye. Homogenous is said to be ‘unreal’ and limitless because it is a region that exsis by construction of many possibilities of central perspective in which geometrical elements can be represented.

The city contains many past stories, and influential events. As all of the symbels show that their are three mains parts that shows all events. The two perspective views are in the simial direction but show two totally different elements.
5
QUAD PERSPECTIVE 1 + 2 View 1 is defined as a matting, which has a broad field of vision that don’t need to adsorb too many sences, but shows the background. There is less column of the old quad but shows a lot of the outside view.
View 2 is defined as the peak, which contains much more stories than view one. The constructure of the building is more complex and shows more spaces. There is not much sunshine, which is also the way of represent the atmosphere of the peak time.
6
PERSPECTIVE SCENE 1 + 2
In this picture, there is a queen’s wedding scene and a skeleton. The background of this perspective view is a castle, which located nearby the sea. The column of this picture is magnificent but the atmosphere is quirky. As the given story states that there was a wedding hold for the queen in this city. Depends on the following events of the wedding, it is clearly that the queen does not show respect for this marriage. She has adulterer and even has an illegitimate son. Thus, the skeletons in this picture represents this mismarriage as well as do the foreshadowing for the next tragedy.
Perspective view 2 contains a group of people who have argument with the queen, a fugitive, who want to escape from the disaster and a black cat. The background of this view is a war happend on the sea. As the story show that, the usurper, queen’s illegitimate son, waged a maritime war. However, he failed and hanged to death. The men in this view represents people who want to escape from the war, which waged by the usurper or the usurper himself when he knew that he was failed and punishied to death but he want to escape. One sence in this city is that when the queen’s adulterer jumped out of the window, there was a black cat doing the same action. People say that black cat go through in front of someone means that unfortunate thing will happen on that person. Thus, the black cat here represents adversity.

WEEK 4 READING: TITLE OF READING Complete your reading before attempting these questions:
Question 1: IWhat is the difference between autographic and allographic practice? (Maximum 100 words) Autograghic practice, like an autograph or signature, cannot be reproduced as it requires direct contact from thr author, such as one’s sculpter, paintings, drawings. An autograghic work of someone always represents his main emotion. Allographic practices are those capable of being reproduced at adistance from the author by means of notation. The use of notation is a defining characteristic of allographic arts, and it i dependent on it as a consequence of the ephemerality of the work itself, or the need to coordinate complex collaborative structures.
Question 2: Why do architects need new representational techniques? (Maximum 100 words) Architects need new representational techniques to follow all of those new needs in the modern world and also need to keep up with the new ways of thinking in today’s contemporary society. “The city today is a place where visible and invisible streams of information, captial and subjects interact in complex formations.” Thus, in order to describe or to intervene in this new field architects need representation techniques that engage time and change, shifting scales. mobile points of view and multiple programs.

Viewing symbol.
The movement symbol will lead people go though the whole city and tell you all of its past. Starting walking from the top corner, where can see three fishmen talking the past of Zaira behind the first column. Then, there is a perspective view about the queen’s mismarriage. Finally, after the naval battle, the usurper--queen’s illegitimate was punished to death.
