Andrew Harper’s Q Club is a premier, amenity-driven program available exclusively to Andrew Harper’s travel advisors and its private members-only community. Q Club hotels receive preferred status with Andrew Harper’s Travel Office and increased visibility to Andrew Harper’s audience.

REQUIREMENTS OF PARTICIPATION

Eligible Andrew Harper-recommended hotels are invited to offer special experiences and benefits for Q Club. Exclusive experiential benefits that showcase the uniqueness of the destination or the property are ideal. For example: distinctive on-property experiences, unique activities, cultural experiences, special access opportunities, or local events and attractions. These featured Q Club experiences are combinable with other program benefits that may be in place.

Q Club partner hotels receive elevated exposure to Andrew Harper members through distinct and prioritized visibility on our website, as well as in our publications and emails. The Q Club is meant to recognize and showcase our strongest partners to our members. Q Club participation is by invitation only. Compliance with the above criteria does not guarantee inclusion in the program. Hotels are chosen and approved at the discretion of Andrew Harper. Q Club participation is continuous until either party opts to dissolve the agreement (with written notification). Benefits must be honored for all existing reservations made prior to notification of dissolution.

ANDREW HARPER BARTER PROGRAM

Hotels may have the option to offer room nights, in lieu of cash, in exchange for marketing with Andrew Harper. Barter nights are packaged and sold exclusively to Andrew Harper members via the private, members-only website.

These barter packages are promoted in one of our most popular weekly emails and on the highly trafficked auctions webpage. Therefore, the barter option provides additional valued exposure to our partners, above and beyond the marketing itself. Once purchased, barter nights are booked exclusively by Andrew Harper’s Travel Office team to ensure a smooth experience. Members often request additional nights or rooms which are booked at full price.

Interested in barter, but not sure what marketing might fit your budget? Simply let us know the number of nights you’re able to offer as a barter exchange, and we will propose a marketing plan customized to your needs. There are great options for every budget.
