Products Our products are easy to identify. Simply tap and explore all of the marketing materials available.
Marketing Materials Simple icons will let you know what QuadTech approved customer facing marketing materials are available to you.

Customer Profiles Within the Presentation folder, customer profile icons will provide you a way to show a presentation to a client based on their customer profile. This enables you to speak to the customer in the way that keeps them engaged based on the type of buyer type they are.

Contents Slide This section of Presentations will allow you to facilitate a conversation with your customer. Rather than focus on features of the product alone, you will be able to learn more about the customerâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s needs and find if they are the right fit for our solution through our Qualifier Slides, shown below in sections 1-5.

Navigate to any major section of the presentation from this screen. Need to navigate to even more detailed sections of the Presentation? Simply tap any area of the screen that is not interactive and choose an individual slide.

Qualifier Slides The Qualifier Slides portion of Presentations include the Opening, Fit, Performance, Qualifications, and Impact sections. These slides provide you content that will help facilitate the conversation and enable you learn more about the client.
Buttons
Wherever you see a solid arrow in the lower right corner, more content is on the next slide. Faded arrows show the inability to move to the previous slide using the Presentationâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s navigation.
Need to skip to a previous page even if the Presentationâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s navigation will not let you? Slide your finger from left to right or right to left to move through the presentation slide by slide.

Features Slides This portion of the Presentation will allow you to facilitate a conversation with your customer based on benefits or features of a product. Whether your customer seeks benefits or individual features, you can instantly adapt to the conversation.
Benefit Buttons Jump straight into a feature of the product based on the benefit that feature will achieve for the customer.

Jump to a specific feature of a product as it comes up in conversation.
Jump back to the beginning Contents Slide of the presentation.
Interactive Objects Interactive objects will appear consistently throughout the application with a pointing hand icon over them. Tapping these objects will jump you into engaging videos and/or infographics based on the presentationâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s content seamlessly during your pitch.

Anywhere you see a hand pointing on an object, the object is interactive. Content that is revealed as a result of a tap will elaborate on the QuadTech product story through video and/or infographics.

PDF Annotations Make notes for clients on any Presentation file, instantly. This is great to provide reminders to customers on things that you talked about during your interaction with them, or even providing highlights of relevant product features. Reach the annotation drop down menu by tapping anywhere an interactive object is not present.

Showcases Add any piece of content within the app to a Showcase, allowing your prospective customers to view content on your iPad in real-time. Content is updated on a customerâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s Showcase at all times to ensure that outdated content is never viewed. Add any piece of content to your Showcase to share with your client instantly via email.

Forms Fill out and send forms to your Technical Sales Specialist and Product Application Specialists, from your iPad. This feature will also allow you to fill out and save Forms while you are away from an internet connection. Please note that in order to fill out Forms from this app, you must have the Adobe Acrobat Reader app installed on your iPad. Simply visit the App Store on your iPad and download this software free. 1. Start by clicking on the Forms icon within a product.
Select your Form and click on the More Options Menu, shown by three dots in the upper right corner. 9

Select Open in Adobe Acrobat to launch the editable version of the Form on your iPad.

Forms This set of instructions demonstrates how to use features of your Form within the Adobe Acrobat Reader app. 6. Simply tap the Form fields you want to input text in and start typing. Previous and Next buttons allow you to jump between fields without tapping each field manually.
Intuitively check and uncheck selections in your Form. Select the Comments icon to annotate and make notes on your Form to communicate visually with your QuadTech Technical Sales Specialist or Product Application Specialist.

8. To highlight text,tap the Highlighter icon and then press and drag across the text you wish to highlight.
To place a note anywhere on the PDF document simply, tap the Note icon, then tap the area on your document you want the Note to reside. Next, finish typing your Note and click Save

Select the Drawing icon to bring attention to questions or communicate on the form visually. Simply press and drag your finger on the screen to draw.

Adding Contacts Add Contacts into right away right away for simple follow ups. This feature will enable you to have all of your Contacts in one, easy to find location. 1. Access the main menu by swiping left to right, then tap Contacts.
Select the Add Contact button to open the Add Contact form.
