You’ll have one point of contact throughout the entire process, with a locally knowledgeable team working hard behind the scenes. We’ll leave no stone unturned in our mission to sell every last property for the best price.

Making the most of the land We’ll help you to understand the local market conditions and the site’s potential and value, through detailed planning appraisals, and historical and current information on sales prices and square foot yields. When it comes to creating and submitting your planning application, we’ll use our local knowledge and national know-how – and great relationships with local authorities – to give it the very best chance of being accepted.

We’ll tailor the campaign to suit your unique development, but it’s likely to involve everything from promotional events and a social media campaign, to local and national advertising – and presence on all the top web portals. What’s more, we’ll tap into our network of 50+ estate agency branches to get your properties in front of thousands of potential buyers.

We don’t blow our own trumpet … The Andrews philosophy is all about making life easier for you. What gets us up in the morning isn’t ‘doing property’ – but doing property right.

When we first appointed Andrews back in September 2014, our company – Picfare Homes Ltd – was embarking upon its first project on London Road in Morden. The project, called Parkview Apartments, was for the development of nine flats. Right from the outset Andrews were terrific in guiding us through the whole process, from sales particulars to apartment specifications. They were very willing to help us on areas, which were not necessarily relevant to them. We cannot stress how important their help and guidance proved to be, especially since it was our first project. The results spoke for themselves – we sold all nine units before practical completion and Andrews achieved higher than their target gross development value. We always choose Andrews because of their experience. They have an excellent feel for the market, the customers and the strategies that need to be employed to maximise the returns.

GreenSquare Homes has been working with Andrews Land & New Homes for around four years now. We employ them at the land purchase perspective. More specifically what type of home will sell in a particular area, what the demand is likely to be and, of course, what price we might release them for and expect to achieve.
