IMPIANTO ELETTRICO E SOFTWARE SOFTWARE AND ELECTRIC INSTALLATION INSTALLATION ELECTRIQUE ET SOFTWARE L’impianto elettrico parte dalla cabina di media tensione (20 kV), si compone di trasformatori 20 kV/6 kV e 20 kV/0,4 kV, power center, MCC, sistemi di pesatura, PLC e arriva ad ogni singola utenza. L’automazione è affidata alla soluzione CEMAT di Siemens, basata sul sistema di controllo processo “SIMATIC PC S7” e sviluppata da Siemens specificamente per l’industria del cemento.
The electrical installation starts from the high voltage (20 kV) cabin. It is made by 2 transformers (20kV/6kV – 20kV/0,4kV), Power Center, MCC, weighing Systems, PLC and arrives until every single user. The automation is provided by the Siemens CEMAT solution, based on the process control system “SIMATIC PCS7” and developed by Siemens especially for the cement industry.

L’installation électrique parte du poste de livraison MT (20kV). Elle est composée par deux transformateurs (20kV/6kV – 20kV/0,4kV), Power Center, MCC, systèmes de pesage et arrive jusqu’à toutes les usages. L’automatisation et la supervision sont faites avec la solution CEMAT Siemens, qui se base sur le système de contrôle procès «SIMATIC PCS7» et est développé par Siemens spécifiquement pour l’industrie du ciment.

MONTAGGI ASSEMBLY AND ERECTION MONTAGE I lavori di montaggio sono stati eseguiti per entrambi gli impianti nell’arco di circa 11 mesi, utilizzando personale e attrezzature specializzate per tale tipo di attività. Le ore complessive lavorate per la parte meccanica sono ammontate a 30.000 circa per Nord Broyage e 45.000 circa per Cap Vracs. Particolare impegno ha richiesto l’inserimento dei molini nell’interno dei fabbricati per il quale sono stati utilizzati carrelli idraulici telecomandati di elevata capacità.
Both plants were assembled over 11 months using staff and equipment specialised for that kind of activity, The mechanical erection required approximately 30.000 worked hours for Nord Broyage and 45.000 for Cap Vracs. Placing the mills inside their buildings was particularly demanding: heavy duty remote-controlled hydraulic trolleys were purposely used.

Les travaux de montage ont été réalisés sur les deux sites pour la durée de environ 11 mois, en utilisant techniciens et outillages spécialisés pour chaque opération. Les heures totales travaillées pour la partie mécanique se montent à environ 30.000 pour Nord Broyage et environ 45.000 pour Cap Vracs. Un effort particulier a été représenté par l’opération de positionnement à l’intérieur des bâtiments des broyeurs, opérations pour lesquelles nous avons utilisé des chariot commandés à distance de haute capacité.
