Peking Duck reminds me of home. It is a dish I have only had in the presence of family, with no less than six members present about a round table. I have been blessed with a rich childhood and a healthy, close-knit family. This art piece represents both my nostalgia and gratitude.

2. Melt pudding and leave to set in half-egg molds. 49
