Primary & Secondary Schools Working Together: Localising SDGs #mojkrajija: presentation of an eTwinning project: students first studied the SDGs, then they found examples of their fulfilment in our town and finally they came up with three suggestions for the town how to improve its sustainability. The students also went out on streets to talk to people about localisation of the SDGs and now are getting ready for plogging in April,
The Non-formal and the Digital Classrooms for Inclusion: Presentation of the Erasmus+ KA229 project entitled "The Non-formal and the Digital Classrooms for Inclusion", 2018 -2021, project number 2018-1-RO01-KA229-049227_1, coordinated by Scoala Gimnaziala “Vasile Lucaciu" Apa, Satu Mare, Romania. This Erasmus+ project also has its own eTwinning version. Respect even in virtual reality: A special needs lesson for a wonderful student
Eco-Clubs, Eco Schools, Eco-Herit@ge Matters!: A presentation about the work of our Eco-Clubs, as part of the activities organized in the „Eco-Herit@ge Matters” Erasmus+ KA229 project (2019-1-PT01-KA229-060791_6); how we empower our students to become protagonists of creating a brighter school-community, together, focusing on sustainable actions.
Our common emotions' dictionary: "We all feel the same": “This year we run a project with 4 schools (Greece, Germany, Italy) with the title: "Inclusion- The only Solution". The presentation will be one of the projects' task, that is almost finished, to rase awareness to our students about topics as special needs students, discrimination, exclusion.”
Think globally, eat locally: “We started with a video about the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals included in the 2030 Agenda. Then we studied the definition of sustainability and Hunger, (Fao and Wfp). The slow food movement in Italy and in the world and the importance of km food and food waste reduction. To support this aim we watched on Netflix Massimo Bottura' story (an Italian chef) on chef's table.
SEN & SEN at the war time: Presentation of teaching and project delivering experience in the circumstances of war (Russian invasion). How to organize, include, involve, encourage and support each learner when we are studying remotely.
School open to all: Presentation of the school which is open to all target groups, where each party contributes with its skills, to bring a friendly, sustainable, inclusive school, through their diverse activities
Dream School: A Volunteer's challenge: Presentation of the "Dream School" activity the project students from Italy, Spain and Greece have been working on as part of the "Volunteers' challenges" eTwinning project. What would our dream school look like? What facilities would it have? What are the challenges we need to face in order to turn our dream school into our everyday reality?
Healthier and Happier Together: Presentation of March activity in the project Healthier and Happier Together. Students from Italy, Turkey, Greece, Romania and Spain are finding out the importance living in a school which provides safe, inclusive, welcoming environments for all children. Name of our activity is “Happier in a child friendly school”. The first step is about discussing the elements that make a school sustainable. The second step is about setting goals, taking action and sharing the photos. At the end each partner school will write articles about what makes a sustainable school, about the many problems that a school has to face daily, about their sustainable actions that each school has put into practice and will upload all the materials in a common magazine.
Environmental exchange box: Presentation of an activity in the project. ”A sound mind in a sound body” 2022, where the students promote green healthy habits designing their sustainable green environment.
Our Sustainable Holiday Trip: We will be sharing some of our project activities that are related to travelling sustainably as a way to nurture a proactive behaviour regarding the students future choices and acts and that starts from school and a young age not waiting till they become grown-ups. During the Unconference, (booked it also as onsite as we have another link to connect) teachers will present projects and inspired activities related to the eTwinning annual theme on Inclusive, Beautiful, Sustainable schools. In a 20 minutes slot we will also present useful tools and resources that can enhance active participation of your students in the classroom and a quiz! The Unconference will take place in teams following the Registration link.
