I am so excited to move you from your NOW to your NEXT! I developed this plan to assist individuals to move to the next level in their lives. That level looks different for everyone; however, I have found that most individuals are lacking in POWER. DOMINION. and AUTHORITY to truly RULE and REIGN in their Pillars of Power (Spiritual, Business, Education, Family, Arts & Entertainment, Media, Government, and Technology).

This signature development plan provides a strategic approach of how to PLUG into each of these areas to achieve the highest level of success for both you and your legacy. As you complete your development plan, my hopes are that you will identify areas in which you desire to grow.

Leadershiphasbeenatthecoreofmyheartnowfor 14years. Comingfromalmost16yearsincorporate America and then transitioning to the community developmentandentrepreneurialside,myfocuswas moreonleadersthanleadership. Howdowetruly define leadership? Stephen Covey defines leadership as, "My definition of leadership is communicatingtopeopletheirworthandpotential so clearly that they are inspired to see it in themselves. I completely agree that this is a great model for inspirational leadership, which is definitely a component However, based on our current world's socioeconomic climate, the demand for leaders to answer the leadership call of the future is critical. This year I releasedanewbooktitled,"AWorld'sCrisis: ACommunityLeadershipSolution."

Withinthisnewbookalongwiththeworkbook,Iamcommittedtoansweringthatcall.

During the 2020 COVID 19 pandemic, I noticed that in the midst of one of the most critical healthcare crises to emerge during most of our lifetimes, it left us seeking answers, and clarity, along with a feeling of fragility as we sought leaders whom we could trust to guide us through. There was much division, chaos, and finger pointing from our country's top-level leaders all the way down to grassroots leaders. I began documenting and analyzing the COVID 19 numbers, the World Health Organization (WHO) data, the murders of Breonna Taylor and George Floyd, and lastly the 2020 electiondebacle.

Based upon these instances I created my own definition of leadership which I felt addressed the future of leadership and our current socio-economical issues. "Leadershipistheprocessinwhichanindividualcomesforthtoleadandguideothers through the acts of empowerment, influence, and effective change (Banks, 2022). My life works have included people, organizations, communities, and municipalities. However,thisdefinitioncanbeinterchangeableregardlessofthepopulationsector.Itis myopinionthatittakesthepresenceofallthree:empowerment,influence,andeffective changeforittotrulybedefinedasleadership.

Based upon this new book and its findings, "Dr. Angella Banks' Powerleaders" and "The Leaderverse Institute" was birthed. These new platforms are for emerging and advanced level leaders to use my leadership model to thrive and have an impact within any environment. Challengesarealwayspresentandreadytostop youfrombeingsuccessful.TakeJob,forexample, GodallowedSatantocastmanychallengesto testhisfaith,butjobstayedfaithfulandbelieved thatGodwashisonlytruepathofrighteousness. Iexploredhowtohelpmyselfandothers,I learnedthatmyhusbands'healthwasstrickenas well.Anotherchallenge?Yes,andanotherwin. YouseewhenyouaskGodforhishelp,he answersintimeforwhatyoutrulyneed.TodayI standreadytohelpothersthroughtheirneeds!

As the 2022 year entered, we were faced with one of our biggest growth challenges to date. In 2020, shortly before the COVID 19 Pandemic began, we signed an 18 month leased purchase agreement in an effort to expand our virtual reach beyond the digital online footprint we developed over the past 13 years to a physical space. It was a challenging endeavor from the beginning as the building had been in ruins for the past 12 years. The total amount needed to both renovate and purchase the building was a daunting task from day one. However, we did not waiver in our faith to believe that we as LEADERS could come together as one in UNITY to achieve this mission After all, our core values are founded upon these principles

Through the assistance of our executive board, members, and donors, in August, we were able to purchase the building. In addition, through the assistance of a $35,000 USDA Rural Development grant, we were able to complete Phase I renovations and purchase equipment such as computers, projectors, furniture, etc...

Although we have Phases II and III to complete, we are thankful for the progress we have made thus far The new Xcell4life BizComm Centre, which is a new hybrid model to combine business and community centers together within one facility is exciting for us and for our first location, which will be located in Brownsville (Haywood County), Tennessee.

The Xcell4life BizComm Centre official Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony is scheduled for August 13, 2023, at 1670 Anderson Avenue, Brownsville, Tennessee We invite you out to help us celebrate this monumental celebration for our organization. Byage18Iwasdealingwithchronicfatigue,abnormal menstrualcycles,jointpainsincludinginmyknees.Atages 27&31Ihadroughpregnancies,havingdifficultykeeping anythingdownforalmosttheentirepregnancies.Atage32 mypcpreferredmetoaRheumatologistafterbloodresults showedIwasdealingwithanautoimmuneissue.Atthis pointIhadbeendealingwithavarietyofautoimmune symptomsalongwithbrainfog,anxiety,severeshaking episodesandmore About4monthsafterseeinga Rheumatologistandassumingnonewswasgoodnews,I calledrheumatologyforanyupdatesonbloodworkdone attheiroffice Somehowmylabresultsandpatientfilefell throughthecracksandwasn’tfollowedupon They couldn’tgivememyresultsoverthephoneandscheduled anappointment3dayslatertodiscussmyresultsin person.Myanxietyheightenedgreatly!Atmyfollowup appointmentattheRheumatologist,thePhysicians Assistanttoldmetheyweren’texactlysurewhatIhadbut basicallydiagnosedmewithSchogren'ssyndrome.About amonthlater,IsawmyNeurologist&uponmyrequest,he orderedaWesternBlotLymetestformewhichcameback positive.ForyearsIhadbeendiagnosedandtreatedfor depressionandanxiety.Atalmostage33Ifoundmyself diagnosedwithchronicLymedisease&4 strains/coinfectionsofLyme For20+yearsIwas misdiagnosedwithanxiety,depression,andchronicfatigue syndrome OnNewYearsDay2014,fourmonthsshyofmy 34thbirthday,myhusbandblindsidedlytoldmehewanted todivorceme,myhealthdeclinedevengreaterandIgotto anunhealthylowweightofjustover80pounds
