Author Angie Christine

A Letter From The Editor My name is Angie Christine, C.E.O of GrinderZZ 24/7 Magazine & TV. I am a mother, an author, a writer for Fuzionz Magazine/TV, actress and soon to be talk show host of my very own show titled "The Ultimate Surprise Show". When it comes to being a hard worker, I always strive to come out on top. I decided to create this magazine to applaud and to recognize all of the Grinders across the world who are out there doing their thing. These people come from various backgrounds, work trades, even different religions, but the one thing that makes them all the same is that they are hard workers. It takes a special person to become one. You have to eat, drink, and sleep your skills, your talents, and become that head honcho. I know you all will be very pleased at reading the different interviews and articles inside this special magazine. I would also love your feedback. If you would love to drop me a message, please send all inquiries to Angie_Christine@aol.com. Take care and keep grinding! (If you dream it, make it happen). An Exclusive Interview with

Actress Angela Gibbs GrinderZZ: Ms Gibbs, I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking the time to do this interview with us here at GrinderZZ 24/7. For those young GrinderZZ who are reading this, and don't know who you are, please let them know a little about yourself. Angela: I was born in Detroit, the oldest of two brothers. Loved and still do love my home Detroit. It was great when I was coming up. The Automotive Industry was great, my neighborhood was truly a community and Motown was booming. In fact the leader of the Four Tops, Levi Stubbs' mother lived next door. So I grew up playing with his children and their cousins, Deborah,

Zenobia and Beverly. My grandmother was a respected preacher in Detroit, Rev. Princess Ophelia Kemp, and although I grew up Catholic, it as her Church that I looked forward to going to every Sunday. I started acting when I was in grade school at St Gregory, in small school play Christmas play. We moved to LA when I was going into 10th grade and that's when I was really hit with the acting dream. I told Drama at LA High and then my mother and I joined a workshop called PASLA (Performing Arts Society of LA). The Watts riots and resulted in funding going into that area and we were the recipients of free training. There we met actor Roger Mosley who talked us into joining his workshop at a place called Mafundi. While doing a play there, I was scene by actor/writer Max Julian. He offered my a role in his movie Cleopatra Jones. Roger got me an agent and I was off and running. GrinderZZ: I'm a smart person, but never put two and two together on figuring out legendary actress Marla Gibbs is your mother. How was it like growing up with a talented woman in the household? Angela: Many people think I grew up in the business. Nothing could be further from the truth. My mother got her break in the business, when she was in her mid forties. Her meteoric rise was truly a result of her innate talent and ability to inhabit a character authentically. She also looked much younger than her years, (and still does)! So I was in college already, attending Howard University when my mother struck gold. I can say from that point on, evolving as a young woman was definitely impacted by her success. I learned to stay grounded, never forget where I came from and to keep the Creator first always. GrinderZZ: Being born in Detroit Michigan, I know you have seen a lot of talent come from your area. What music artist were your favorites growing up? Angela: Yes, Detroit was the mecca for talent. I was a huge Tami Terrell & Marvin Gaye as well as Smokey Robinson fan. Of course I loved the Supremes and the Four Tops. Now I would be remised not to mention that the Temptations reigned high on the list. In fact we had a group called the Montegos (the guys) and the Montelettes (me and my girls) and we had dreams of going to the Motown review one day. It didn't happen but it was a wonderful time in my life. GrinderZZ: Sandford & Son was one of my favorite shows growing up, and you were on an episode titled "Party Crasher". What was it like working with the cast, and especially working alongside the late Red Foxx? Angela: Oh my Red Foxx. How lucky I am to have worked with him. He was like a father figure during that shoot. He gave me advice, loved my work and I felt so confident working with

him. Stan Lathan was our director and was so easy to work with. This was my first television job. Fond memories, for sure. Foxx was a legend and I remember laughing every day. GrinderZZ: Living in Atlanta, you taught acting in the drama department at Spelman College. How many years were you there, and what was that experience like? Angela: First of all, I love Atlanta and think I'll return there one day to live again. At Spelman I worked for the then, Department Chair, Professor Glenda Dickerson. She has since passed on however her legacy is set in the wonderfully talented students she taught. I ran a project which we named Starteam... and it was a drama outreach program that targeted at risk youth in Spelman's community. We used oral history style interviewing to draw stories from the high school students and the crafted freeze action scenarios based on their stories. These students were from high schools, boys and girls club and surrounding community centers. The dramas were interactive, the students had a chance of hopping in and helping us solve conflict. The purpose was to use drama to teach critical thinking. It was a huge success and some of our drama students have gone on to use their art to teach and uplift.

GrinderZZ: Back before 227 was a hit show that starred your mother Marla Gibbs, and the funny Jackie Harry, it was a stage play that you produced. Norman Lear took notice, and decided to make it a tv show. Did you ever imagine 227 ever going that route? Angela: I certainly did not! 227 was brought to me by our resident director, the late and GREAT Edmund Cambridge. I convinced my mother to be in it and get the rights when Christine Houston did not give them to the theater. I think because I was so young she didn't trust our theater would know what to do. Well, she did give them to my mother and the rest is history! My friend and co-producer, Shay Wafer and I, cut our teeth as producers on this play. We merged our community artist with professional artists and magic happened on the stage. Regina King who has gone on to be a powerhouse in this business played one of the roles as a young girl and my mother made sure she came along as her daughter once the show was developed. Sonya Winton played my mother's daughter and today she is not only my daughter but one of TV's most successful writers. It helped launch other careers, like Curtis Baldwin and Nia Long who were also in the play! It just shows how powerful it is when we trust our stories have value. We must be the gatekeepers and preservers of our culture. GrinderZZ: In 2004 you were a makeup artist for the sope opera "The Bold & The Beautiful. Have you ever done any acting in soaps? Angela: Nope, that was it, although I did have a short run with Bold & Beautiful. GrinderZZ: You were in Drumline, Greys Anatomy, and Think Like a Man 1& 2. Are you currently working on any new movie projects? Angela: I'm in the movie LOVE JACKED

and it's the first time my mother and I star in a movie together. It just was the opening night feature at the Pan African Film Festival and screened to sold out houses, winning the Programmers’ Award-Narrative Feature! The film is a romantic comedy and stars Keith David, Amber Stevens West, Shamiere Anderson, Lyric Bent and Mike Epps to name a few. Also, you can see me on a new Netflix show called ON MY BLOCK! GrinderZZ: I just crack up from laughter when i watch the show "Black Jesus", and on that show you worked alongside the late Charlie Murphy. How was it like working with him and the other cast? Angela: Oh my, Charlie. How I miss him and how grateful I am to have our scenes I can go back to. Quite the gentleman, and a huge talent. He will be missed for a very, very long time. I remember he texted me after binge watching BJ (he was on the road so much he hadn't had time to catch up) anyway he texted me "Gibbs you killed it!" And as for our scenes together, he said "we played!" You know that meant and still means the world to me. I absolutely love working on that show! Slink Johnson truly holds it down as our lead, I so love this man. He really is responsible for me getting on, he said he knew from the first time he met me that I was Ms. Tudi and he advocated for me. Corey Holcomb, what can I say, I love beating him up, he's a very funny and imaginative talent. I laugh just thinking about him. Dominique Witten just have to look at you to make you laugh and, of course, I save the best for last, our icon John "Pop" Witherspoon is comedy Platinum! All of the cast members are like family! GrinderZZ: You are the recipient of 2 NAACP Image awards for the theatre production "The Meeting", and the Broadway Play "Checkmates" that starred Denzel Washington, Paul Winfield, and Ruby Dee. What was it like working with these legendary actors?

Angela: I learned so much from each of them. Denzel taught me how preparation and opportunity is the only way to create "luck." His work ethic is amazing. Paul Winfield aught me compassion and grace and Ms Ruby encouraged me to get behind the camera, which I am doing. ALL of them taught me to honor my craft as a gift from the Divine, to make good use of it and impact people when and where I can. GrinderZZ: Ms Gibbs how can your fans reach out to you? Angela: They usually fine me on social media! @angelaegibbs on all social platforms. GrinderZZ: Any word of advice you would love to give to someone trying to get into the industry? Angela: Honor and respect the craft by doing the work. If you love it, and stay consistent, your turn will come. Do not judge your art, just allow it to come through. Do not compare yourself, whether you see yourself as better or not as good as... you lose. Your gift is your unique humanity that you bring and the work you put in. If you are in it for the money, find something else to do. GrinderZZ: Any last minute shout outs? Angela: Shout out to my mother Ms. Marla, who is my shero and our maverick. A shout out to my son, Amil, for always seeing the best in me for me and keeping me focused, my daughter, Sonya, who inspires me daily, my brothers, Jordan and Dorian, who are always there to support me and finally, my grandchildren, Samuel, Aila and Niadjetey, who remind me of what life is really about... loving and being loved! I want to give a huge thank you to Ms. Gibbs for allowing us in her world. Much blessings and love to you, Queen.

GRINDERZZ INTERVIEW’S With Mark Calderon GrinderZZ stepped into the world of Mark Calderon, one of the original founding members of the 90s group “Color Me Badd.” Continue reading as the singer gives us a little history about the group and talks about his latest single “It’s Like Good Sex.”

GrinderZZ: Wow! Mark, I am so tickled pink to be sitting here with you doing this interview. I am such a huge fan. Please tell my GrinderZZ audience a little about yourself. Mark: I am an official founding member of the 90s group “Color Me Badd.” We started back in 1984-85 at NW Classen High School in Oklahoma City singing in the hallways and talent shows. We always had a dream of making it to the big stage and so we said chase down the popular ask that work town in sync with them hoping they would give us a big break. It was Kool and the Gang that took us under their wings. After struggling to find a record label that with sign us Giant Records Warner Bros. decided to take a chance and added us to the New Jack City Soundtrack. “I Wanna Sex You Up” our first single ended up taking off and no one saw it coming. After a few years of success and many years of trials we fast forward to 2018 this is when I decided that I wanted to release my first solo single “It’s Like Good Dance/Pop/R&B. “It’s Like Good Sex” was released on May 16. 2019, on all formats. I wanted to write and produce a song that had all of me in it. GrinderZZ: Mark, at what age did you know you wanted to be a singer? Mark: At the age of 9. I was in love with the rock band Kiss and then I was introduced to Michael Jackson. And the list goes on.... My dad introduced me to the Beatles, and of course growing up in the 80s you had Prince, Stevie Wonder, Kool and the gang and New Edition. Those were a few of my favorite artists. GrinderZZ: Did you do any talent shows in high school? Mark: Of course, any talent show’s around OKC we were in and we did well and all of them. GrinderZZ: You and Bryan go all the way back to high school. Were you guy's doing any singing and performances back then? Mark: Well, that’s where the group got started. I met Brian in the hallways of Northwest Classen High School. And it was there where we formed the group. Bryan bringing in Kevin Thornton and myself bringing in Sam Watters. The name “Color Me Badd” came from a racehorse. Sam Watters brought it to our attention about the racehorse. We were trying to decide on a good name for the group and we had a few choices, but our manager Myles Sanders pretty much told us that was the name we were going with.

GrinderZZ: Back in the early 90's, I went along with a friend and saw you guys, alongside of singer Paula Abdul in concert and you guy's rocked! Do you ever get nervous at any time before a performance? Mark: There are some shows I get nervous on but more often I now just really get excited. When you’re so prepared to perform and your confidence level is high, you’re pretty much going out on excitement and wanting to see people enjoying themselves. Seeing smiles on faces is what it’s all about. GrinderZZ: Back a year or so ago, you and Bryan had a fallout. Are you guy’s now on speaking terms? Mark: No, I do not speak to Bryan it’s a situation where you have to love somebody from a distance now. I hope he continues with his sobriety and I wish him only the best. GrinderZZ: You now have a solo career and is constantly touring with other music groups. Do you still feel the love from your fans as you did over 20 years ago? Mark: Well, first of all, I’m so excited about my new single ”It’s Like Good Sex”. As far as the love from the fans, yes, I feel the love more than ever. I’m just so thankful that even after 28 years we still get the opportunity to sing these songs.

GrinderZZ: Your new song called, “It’s Like Good Sex” was released on May 16th. Is there a special someone in your life that influenced you into making this song? Mark: Actually, this song is about good music. That’s what I’m referring to by singing it’s like good sex. Music is spiritual to me; you’re feeling it in your soul. It can take you places on a trip down memory lane, so when you hear a great song it has ways of moving you.... GrinderZZ: You were, also, recently on The Dr Phil show. Are there any other TV shows or any upcoming concerts the GrinderZZ audience should look out for? Mark: Our website colormebaddmusic.com is where you can find the most recent scheduled “Color Me Badd” shows. To let everyone know, I will be going out on my own doing shows this year. So, please be looking out for that. I will also be finishing out the scheduled “Color Me Badd” shows this year. GrinderZZ: What advice can you give to someone who wants to have a career in music? Mark: Know who you are as an artist, stay persistent, take chances, and be true to who you are, as a person. I would, also, suggest to learn to play an instrument; guitar, piano or whatever will help you develop in being a better artist and remember you may get thousands of no’s, but all you need is one yes. Never give up! Advertisement

GrinderZZ: You were telling us about a project you were working on. Could you go into depth about it with us? Daryl: Well my dad was alive, we were working on an album together, but when he passed I fell into a deep depression. I couldn't focus or tried to focus on anything. Now I'm coming back and I know if he was alive, his words to me would be to finish the album.

GrinderZZ: You recently told us about your miniseries you created about the life of your dad alongside with producer Tony Thomas of Multimedia Productions how is that going? Daryl: Well right now it's coming along great. We already have a lot of different actors and actresses that are well known in the business who will be betraying my mom my father and other counterparts and the life of James Brown. Right now Tony and I are shopping it around to different agencies and networks and seeing who would be the best suitable people to help us bring this project to life. An Interview With Terrence Sharrock: The CEO Of PURE PLATINUM ENTERTAINMENT

Welcome to GrinderZZ 24/7 magazine, where you'll read some of the best interview's around! I'm so pleased to bring back this incredible guy. Writer/director/producer/actor, Terrence Sharrock ,was once featured back in 2018 when we first came out, and I decided to bring him back for a second interview. Let's see what he's been up too for the past two years. GrinderZZ: Terrence, welcome back to GrinderZZ Magazine &TV's studio! Now, for those who don't know you, can please tell the audience a little about yourself? Terrence: I am an independent cinematography, writer-director and owner of pure Platinum Media. I have over twenty years of music production and engineering experience and ten years of film production experience. I’ve spent the last five years freelancing as a videographer. My clients range from small businesses, non-profits and larger corporations. I just recently launched Pure Platinum Films a small indecent film company that focuses on film production and screenplay development. GrinderZZ: At what age did you first get bit by the directing bug? Terrence: I started writing and directing at the of 6. I and my little bro use to make up our own shows and characters and then play it. I didn’t start using it seriously until about ten years ago. GrinderZZ: Since I've known you, you had always been a hard worker. Can you name a project that you've done that took longer than expected to finish? Terrence: Quarantined was by far the most difficult film for me to produce. I had just lost my dad and was dealing with severe depression. I had a bad eye infection, so I

worked the entire shoot with blurry vision. The film should have taken us about a week to film, but we ended up finishing it in a month's time. GrinderZZ: Your company, Pure Platinum Media, has been taking the world by storm these past years. What year did you come out, and how many people work under you? Terrence: I actually started my company in 2015, around the time we first meet. I, also, had the pleasure of taking on one of my first clients, yours truly, Mrs. Angie Christine. I run with a small crew of five and subcontract out on larger projects. GrinderZZ: You recently shared with your family, friends, your outstanding certificate award. of achievements. Please tell us all about your win. So, earlier this year, during the COVID lock down, I thought it would be a good idea to create a comedy that based around a guy who is quarantined in a small apartment with five of his altered egos. Terrence: It took me a day to write the script and a month for me and my partner, Joel Roman, who plays all of the characters, to film it. We entered the film, which is titled Quarantined, into a bunch of film festivals, including Sundance. So far, we were the finalist for best comedy short at the independent film festival and are still currently up in the running for several others. GrinderZZ: Back in 2015, when I moved out to Vegas, I was hired by Fuzionz Magazine and TV's C.E.O, Shenoba Kinsey, to cover the red carpet for the Soul Train Awards on behalf of her magazine. I remembered making that phone call to you asking if you wanted to fly out here and cover it with me. Do you remember that first moment when we walked through security and onto the carpet? Terrence: The minute I got the call my first thought was I’m there. I was hungry and eager to make anything pop. GrinderZZ: Can you name three directors you would love to work with on a movie? Can you name three actors/actresses you would love to work with as well? Terrence: The three Directors I would love to work with are Quentin Tarantino, Spike Lee and Wu Tain Ming. As far as actors I would love to work with Samuel Jackson, Denzel Washington and Kerry Washington. GrinderZZ: If there's someone reading this interview right now that's thinking about following in your footsteps, but they're a little hesitant because it's so much to endure, what advice could you give them? Terrence: I would tell them not to follow my footsteps for my path is for me. I would tell them that if they are truly passionate about filming making then don’t make any excuses just start filming even if its with a smart phone. Find your niche and walk your own path. GrinderZZ: How could people reach out to you? Terrence: Facebook: Pure Platinum Media Instagram Pureplatinummedia

Instagram Pureplatinummedia For film production or script creation: Pureplatinummedia@gmail.com GrinderZZ: Any last words/shout outs? Terrence: Shouts to Angie Christine. I have seen Your Struggle and I witnessed your grind first hand. Keep doing what You Do. I, also, want to shout out my Big bro DJ Barry Blends, out of Brooklyn, NY, for giving me feeding back and wisdom, when needed. Shout out to my Family and inner circle of friends, actors and my production team, for putting in just as much work as me. Last, but never least, THE highest GOD, for allowing me to use my gifts, to inspire others. Again, Terrence, it has been a pleasure chatting it up with you. Please stay I touch to everything that you're doing. Keep grinding and keep shining.

GrinderZZ: How do you feel about today's music? DJ Bro-Rabb: There is a lot music I like that’s out right now and then there is music I don’t care too much for lol. As a very well rounded DJ, I’ve never let my personal feelings towards certain songs get in the way while I’m working lol… GrinderZZ: What words would you have someone who wants to become a DJ? DJ Bro-Rabb: LEARN THE HISTORY OF THE CRAFT…Learn about different types of music… Learn about RECORDS!! Learn about how we got to using Computers, CDJs, Controllers, SERATO, etc….Study the EVOLUTION of the DJ… GrinderZZ: Is there anything else you would love to share with GrinderZZ 24/7 Magazine & TV before you go Phillip? DJ Bro-Rabb: People, for years, have asked me about my name BRO-RABB… RABB is Hebrew for MASTER/TEACHER… BRO is pretty much selfexplanatory lol… Thank you, DJ Bro-Rabb, for interviewing with GrinderZZ. Keep grinding and God bless!

An Interview With EL From The Legendary Group Imperial Brothers I'm so happy to have caught up with this guy once again. I had the great pleasure of interviewing the Imperial Brother's in GrinderZZ 24/7 Magazine &TV when we first came out. They were so good. I just had to bring them back for a second time. Let's see what they've been up too. GrinderZZ: How's it going? Welcome back to the GrinderZZ studio. I'm so thankful that took the time to speak with us again. For those who are in the dark, please tell my audience a little about yourself? EL: They call me EL form the legendary Imperial Brothers from the Bronx. I started with the group back in the 80s in the park jams as we called them and a few years later we signed a record deal with a label called Cutting Records. The releases went well all across seas and throughout the globe. As the 90s rolled in I pretty much took a break but got caught up in street life and my life took a bad turn. At this time the group had split ways and the Imperial Brothers were off the radar (so I thought). As the 90s ended and the 2000s entered, I started getting the buzz back and made a return doing light work alone and collaborations with artist out at the time. I made a full return to the industry by doing a DJ. Envy mix tape with my son Icey (DWI) and his crew. It went well and that was the return in 2009. GrinderZZ: Your music definitely stands the test of time. I know since we last spoke, you've had some new music come out. Tell us about it! EL: I have been doing a lot of collaborations with established artist at the time and doing a lot of solo tracks. The first single was "Just Do It" featuring Gypsyluv (video on YouTube).and available for download and streaming. Another single is "Headlines" featuring Blaq Poet (available now). I have a few new things getting ready to be released soon. A new single called "How We Ride" featuring LiL Eazy-E, Eazy-E’s son, from The legendary group N.W.A. with the legendary Wu-Tang DJ Wiz. Another single dropping is called "Just Like That" featuring another dope artist from Brooklyn B.A.M. produced by DJ. Wiz. Also, the original members of the Imperial Brothers have reunited and are working on a lot of new material soon to be released and being produced by OG rock(original member) so the new material will be interesting to check out. GrinderZZ: I know things have been rough because of the CORONA virus. Did you guy's had to cancel shows because of the pandemic?

EL: As the pandemic hit, a lot of things were being set up and everything was shut-down. The only thing that kept going was the recording of new material. GrinderZZ: Do you know anyone personally who has been affected from this biological development? EL: A few close friends of mine have passed on. When it first hit I didn’t realize how dangerous it was until one of my closest friends and his mother passed away from it. GrinderZZ: What have you been doing to stay busy? EL: To stay busy during this time, I have been writing and recording every week. I take long walks and try and keep my blood circulating. GrinderZZ: Since thing's are opening back up little by little, do you guys have any show's coming up anywhere? EL: I have been on the phone and online with promoters discussing the matter of new shows. The only event sounding promising is in the United Kingdom (London) 2021 set in stone already. All the events in the states for this year is on hold until further notice. GrinderZZ: Do you see thing's ever being back to normal in the world? EL: I see things getting better and back to normal if only people will listen and stop going against the rules for fighting the pandemic like wearing mask and staying home which they don’t want to do. GrinderZZ: You guys have been out since the 80's. Being that you're a pioneer to the game, what advice can you hand out to someone who may be looking to be a part of the music industry? EL: The only advice I would give to anyone trying to get in the game is be real to yourself and everyone around you and speak your mind even if people won’t support you.

GrinderZZ: How can fans reach out to you? EL: I can be reached on social media on Facebook or Instagram at Imperial brothers EL or Imperial Brothers on IG Imperial Brothers BX. GrinderZZ: Any last words/shout outs? EL: I would like to thank GrinderZZ for having me back in the studio for this interview. It was a pleasure. Once again, thank you for coming back into the studio and chatting it up with us. Continue to stay safe and God Bless.

When it comes to catchy phrases, this man right here takes the cake! Positive K aka Darryl Gibson was born in the Bronx, New York City and ever since he was a teenager, he was set for stardom. Author Angie Christine: A Star Is Born

Angie Christine, was born Angela Christine Hitt on October 14, 1971 at the Jewish Hospital in Brooklyn New York. Her parents Johnny and Betty Hitt knew they had a star once they saw the twinkle in her eyes after the doctors announced it was a girl. At a young age and she Christine would do anything to keep an audience. When she was five years old she started writing and making up short stories with the neighborhood Colette and Letitia Lybrand and her other friend Daniella Barbee. Angie and her friends would perform in front of an audience of other children from the neighborhood and some adults who wanted to view their act. And he was so good at what she did she enlisted into the dramatic arts program at her High School for four years at Sheepshead Bay from 1985 to 1989. When she had turned 16 years old her class had to make an anti-smoking commercial which made Angie the winner in her class for her project. He then went on to Berkeley College in New York City and graduated in 1991 with a degree in Business Administration. A couple years later she enlisted into the New York City Police department where she met the first husband Richard Zalamar. And he really loves helping others and that's why she joined the police force, but during September 11, 2001, Angie Christine got a dose of reality and was shaken up like millions of other onlookers, when the world was attacked. After months of burning human flesh and the sut that blanketed New York City, Angie Christine decided to leave the force and New York, all together. She and her husband divorced, and Angie and her daughter six year old Briana headed south to Newport News, Va., where Angie went on to become a retail manager at Circuit City. On October 20, 2006 Angie Christine's life came to a halt when her mother Betty had passed away of breast cancer at the age of 66. After the passing of her mother she took care of her father all the way up until his passing in 2011. And she also lost her only sibling, Johnny Hitt, of a brain aneurysm and a stroke on January 10, 2009. With Circuit City closing March 2009, Angie Christine grabbed her pen and pad and started writing once again. Writing was a way of her escaping the depression and sadness she was feeling, from losing her family members. Her first book titled “The Fireman” was released in 2009, then right after that followed her second book titled “Opposites Attract.”

“The Fireman” is about a fireman who suffered from schizophrenia. Her third book “Tantalizing Pleasures” was also a hit. A Marine sergeant who just made it back from war was the guest at the New York Stock Exchange to ring the morning Bell. Everyone was happy to see him especially Rebecca who was a stockbroker who fell madly in love with the sergeant at first sight. This book is actually a love story. Everyone really loved “The Fireman” so much that they convinced her to make a part 2. In 2015, “The Fireman’s Revenge” was born. Angie always has a dedication page, in her books to thank the people who inspired her to write. Comedian and talk show host Monique was actually one of the recipients that was on her page, and Angie had the privilege of flying to Atlanta on, April 7, 2010, to hand Monique a copy of her first and second book. Monique was so thrilled that she came to Angie Christine with open arms and a warm kiss and a hug. From then on, she was on a roll doing radio interviews. She, also, landed two magazine interviews with Independence Magazine, on October 2014 and Fuzionz Magazine, on February 2015. Shenoba Kinsey, who is the CEO of Fuzionz Magazine, loved Angie so much that she gave her a project that would take her to the next level. Angie represented her magazine on the red carpet, in Las Vegas, at the Orleans Theater, for the 2015 Soul Train Music Awards. She was able to interview the likes of MC Lyte, Tony Cornelius, Shanice , Tevin Campbell, Vivian Green and the R&B music group Cameo, just to name a few. She also returned, in 2016, to host the red carpet once again. Angie Christine is currently working on projects that one day the whole world will see. It's her very own talk show titled “The Ultimate Surprise.” The show will be about people all across the world surprising people who they know and people who they don't know. What wonderful acts of kindness. Some of these will be different surprises or things that no one has ever seen before, on television, from a stranger giving another stranger a kidney, to helping a homeless lady get back her life by helping her land a job and giving her a place to live. The show is currently under Construction. Angie Christine’s life almost ended, in April of 2016, when she had two strokes, back to back, and a brain hemorrhage. She was rushed to Valley Hospital in critical condition and remained in the ICU area. She was getting prepped for surgery, until the remarkable happened. God, Himself, came down and touched her head and stopped the bleeding from the left side of her brain. The doctors were all baffled and couldn't believe what they were seeing or what they were not seeing, every time they did a cat-scan on her brain. The bleeding had disappeared and Angie was back on the road to recovery. If you ask Angie to this day is she blessed, tears will come trickling down her face, as she would shout "YES"! She would ask herself over and over how come God spared her life and took away her family and her answer was God isn't finished with her, because she has a job to complete here on Earth. From her television show, and seeing her four books on the big screen one day was a promise she made her father before he passed. Angie Christine's motto is "If you dream it make it happen." Angie is about showing the world what she's made of....From Brooklyn to Hollywood here she comes! ;)

Tony Thomas is heating up the scene in Georgia. The CEO of Absolute Media Productions, Tony has a lot to offer society when it comes to putting out great films. GrinderZZ 24/7 magazine & TV was invited out this past weekend on October 3rd, to get a sneak peek of his new documentary film, titled, "Count On Me". Let's chat with Tony. GrinderZZ: Good afternoon, and thank you for hanging with us in the studio today. Can you please tell my audience a little about yourself? Tony: I was born and raised in Chicago Illinois. l dabbled into the law as a police officer for a good amount of years. Once I left the force, I decided to branch out into the entertainment industry. GrinderZZ: How many films right now do you have under your belt that you have written and directed? Tony: I did three films, and also, worked behind the scenes as a producer with other projects. GrinderZZ: You told us before you also worked on the movie Soul Food. How is that experience? Tony: Working on the movie Soul Food was a great experience. The entire cast got

along very well, and it was great working with Nia Long. I was also working on the movie Love Jones, which also starred Nia Long. I was actually working backto-back on both films. Can you please tell us a little about the movie? Tony: It's about a little girl that lost her father to cancer, and the first day of school of school was coming. During the first day of school at her school all the fathers show up bringing their daughters alongside of them to walk them into class. MOVING Blog by Kim Moving can be good. Right? Moving our feet & legs, so we can walk places. Moving our hands, so we can talk better. Moving our arms, so we can pretend we can fly. Moving the cup closer, so we can drink from it. And then - there's MOVING, from one house to another. It doesn't really matter how long - or short - a time you've been in one place. STUFF ACCUMULATES. I mean it's like bunny rabbits! Stuff Multiplies So Fast, like overnight, and we don't even see it happening. It's Amazing. Seriously we should get awards for how fast things end up at our homes. I'm not a hoarder. Really, I'm not. But, I do like 'things'. And, I'm sentimental, so I attach feelings to these things. Oh, the things don't have feelings. Maybe they do, but oh, I hope they don't because that would make it even harder to give them up. We just moved. Not far, just three tenths of a mile from one house to another. The new house is 300 square foot smaller. You know what That means: Less Storage Space = Things Have to Go. Yikes. I had great hopes in my head that EVERYTHING would fit perfectly into our new home. I mean, I could see it in my mind. Then, we started moving furniture in. Uh Oh. I had to face the awful truth. We Had Too Much Stuff. I rearranged it all in my brain, but the truth just laughed at me. I had to let some things go. Funny thing, this letting go. Once I got started, I was on a roll. I had to question myself a few times as I loaded one bag after another with all the clothes I thought I would wear again some day (and, let's face it, I'm not good at losing weight). I got rid of nic nacs that had been packed in boxes for years, just moved from one place to another. And you know what? IT FELT GOOD. I even feel like I weigh less. Why didn't I do this sooner? All this time, all this stuff & all I had to was get moving. I moved my arms, hands, and legs and drove 5 carloads to the thrift store. Hey! Moving is Fun!Do I wanna do it again? NOPE! No Way.
