Are you struggling with stress? It is no secret that many people struggle with stress, Carsten and I have been through stressful times and still do. Some of the stressful times we’ve been through are; death of family members while we’ve been living abroad as well as living nearby loss of job and job insecurity ill health including burn out moving house multiple times both within Australia and internationally. Infact we have moved 7 times international. financial worries This list mentioned is naturally just a few of the top stresssful situations that we have found ourselves in over the years. In the past both Carsten and I would bottle up our stresses and hold them within, we have since learnt the best way to move forard and heal is to let go and manage stress with heathly actions. Here are 8 tips to manage stress 1. Eat Healthy Eating healthy can help you to avert stress-related health complications such as depression, anxiety, and heart-related ailments. A Mediterranean diet can boost your chances of tackling stress successfully. Fruits and vegetables are rich in vitamins, proteins, and minerals. Resultantly; they help in stabilizing your blood sugar level, boosting your metabolism, elevating energy levels and reducing stress. 1/3
2. Be Mindful Mindfulness can make your life tremendously easy and bearable when experiencing stress. Chronic stress can easily make you stop paying attention to the world around you if unmanaged. The good thing about being mindful is that it reconnects our bodies and the endless sensations we experience in our day to day life. Learn to focus on enjoying the present moments as they unfold to alleviate stress. 3. Delegate Are you feeling stressed by your numerous tasks? Well, you have the power to change your destiny.
