Some of the stressful times we’ve been through are; death of family members while we’ve been living abroad as well as living nearby loss of job and job insecurity ill health including burn out moving house multiple times both within Australia and internationally. Infact we have moved 7 times international. financial worries This list mentioned is naturally just a few of the top stresssful situations that we have found ourselves in over the years. In the past both Carsten and I would bottle up our stresses and hold them within, we have since learnt the best way to move forard and heal is to let go and manage stress with heathly actions. A Mediterranean diet can boost your chances of tackling stress successfully. Fruits and vegetables are rich in vitamins, proteins, and minerals.
