THE UNIVERSITY OF LAW’S LITIGATION PROGRAMME Experience dispute resolution in a commercial and pro bono context. Two weeks of validated dispute resolution experience at the University of Law. Pro Bono experience at the Ulaw Legal Advice Centre, granted ABS Licence in 2015. Courses run monthly. IN THE CLASSROOM AT OUR MOORGATE CAMPUS: •4 days of classroom tuition •Commercial dispute resolution case study covering dispute from pre-action to settlement •Considers costs, case management, drafting and evidence •Particular focus on ADR and settlement •Small groups •Courses delivered by experienced commercial litigators IN THE LEGAL ADVICE CENTRE AT OUR BLOOMSBURY CAMPUS: •One week of hands on experience •Advising clients on a pro bono basis •Supervised by solicitors experienced in their field •Housing, immigration or family law •Meeting clients and giving one to one advice •Court or tribunal experience
