TORTILLA DE PATATA - Potato omelette

Ingredients: ● Olive oil ● 4 potatoes ● 1 onion (optional) ● A pinch of salt Steps: 1. Cut the potatoes in thin slices while the olive oil is heated in the pan. 2. Put the potatoes into the pan. 3. Remove the potatoes. 4. Cut the onion and put into the pan. Then mix the onions with the potatoes. 5. Beat the eggs in the bowl with a pinch of salt. 6. Add the fried potatoes and onions into the bowl with the eggs and wait 15 minutes. 7. Put the mixture into the pan with a little bit of olive oil. 8.
