Speak By Faith The Language of Heaven-What's Your Tongue by Tiffany Kameni

If I were to ask you how much of you have you given to GOD, what do you think your truthful answer would be? Before you throw your hands in the hair and proudly blurt out how you're sold out for the LORD, truly evaluate yourself. It's not uncommon for people to believe that by distancing themselves from the sin they perceive and doing the things they believe to be right, that they are righteous. But, this isn't necessarily true. And here's why: Galatians 3:6 reads, “And the scripture was fulfilled which saith, Abraham believed God, and it was imputed unto him for righteousness: and he was called the Friend of God.” As you can see, Abraham made a deposit of faith and GOD accounted it to him as righteousness. What about you? Do you believe GOD wholeheartedly or are you still being rented by unbelief in some areas? The evidence is in your tongue. What we speak, not just during the good times, but also in the bad ones, confirms just where we are standing in CHRIST, or if we are standing in HIM at all. We are seed bearing trees that take in seasons of rain and seasons of fruit bearing. During the season when no fruit is on the branches, it isn't always easy to distinguish what kind of tree we are looking at, but there comes a time when what is in us will begin to bud. And many times, our budding is taking place when we are going through what we perceive as a trial. What has grown in us will be shown in us. Moreso, through the use of our tongues. We speak what we believe. And if what we believe is opposite of what GOD has declared, then we are bearing evil fruit. “A good man out of the good treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is evil: for of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaketh.” (Luke 6:45) Therefore, if hatred is found in you, hatred will begin to blossom in your speech, if unbelief is found in you, the evidence will show up in your words, if selfishness is your root, when your mouth opens, it will be known. So, how can one speak the language of the Kingdom of GOD? Speak what GOD speaks. To do this, you must believe what GOD has said. And to believe what HE's said, you must know what HE said. When JESUS walked the earth, and even now, HE spake and continues to speak the very same thing that GOD has spoken. Why? “But to us there is but one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we in him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, by whom are all things, and we by him.” (1 Corinthians 8:6) In this, the first word is 'unity.' JESUS spoke these words in John 10:30, “I and my Father are one.” What about you? If GOD is your FATHER, then HE lives in you and you will speak what HE has spoken. “What? Know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?” (1 Corinthians 10:19) The language you should be speaking is faith. Think about all of the language speaking software on the market today. If you wanted to learn another language, could you learn it just by writing it? Of course not. Because you will speak each word according to your understanding. For example, we are taught that the letter 'a' is pronounced 'ey.' In some languages, it is pronounced 'au.' Therefore, if I told you to pronounce a particular word that started with the letter 'a,' you would pronounce it differently than someone that is, for example, of french decent. words being spoken so that you can learn to say as they can. The same goes for the language of the Kingdom. You must learn to speak what GOD spake. But, faith comes by hearing and hearing by the WORD of GOD! So, if you don't hear it, you can't speak it and if you can't speak it, faith has not come to you. And in this case, you are speaking in the tongue of death. I asked the LORD to teach me to speak the language of heaven. Let me speak faith and something amazing begin to happen. I found myself being consciously disgusted by how many times I would lie! Even in my prayers! How so? I spoke what I knew how to speak. I would talk to my FATHER and say things like, “FATHER, I don't know what to do with this situation!” Yes, I did. Give it to HIM. Most of us, on a normal day say things like: He/She is running me crazy! ( “For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.”) I can't take it anymore! This is too much for me! (There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it. ) ~1 Corinthians 10:13~ I'm so sick! The doctor says that I have ___________. Yes, I have ____________. (“But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.) ~Isaiah 53:5~ I know the LORD caused that woman to act like that, just to tempt me, but, girl, I passed the test! (Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God: for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempteth he any man.) ~James 4:13~ And of course, there is much more! We have learned to speak lies! We have learned to curse ourselves over and over again. We have learned to curse others over and over again. We have learned to enthrone our beliefs, in our own system, above what GOD has spoken. How so? Because we have learned to understand things according to this world's system, our generational lining, and our environments. When times get difficult, we call them difficult, when there is nothing too hard for GOD. You simply forgot to give the burden to HIM or you picked it back up after you dropped it off. This is learned behavior that has to be unlearned. “Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.” (2 Timothy 2:15) Here, GOD is telling you how to gain HIS approval. Study! What should you study? The WORD of GOD! My challenge to you is, talk to FATHER. Ask HIM to open your eyes and ears so that you may see and hear yourself as HE sees and hears you. Pay close attention to what you say and when you lie, turn from that lie...that is, repent. Repent means to 'turn from.' You turn from sin, by turning to righteousness. And just as Abraham was justified by faith, you can be as well. That is, get GOD's WORD in you! Let's say, for example's sake, that you like to say, “I'm killing myself laughing!” How do you stop speaking this demonic language? By learning what GOD says. Try replacing that with, “That is so funny to me!” But, when you're tempted to speak death over yourself, simply say “I will not die, but live and declare the works of the LORD!” What if your habit is, when someone asks you for money, you declare that you are broke? (Then you wonder why your engine locked up on you. It was under the power of your tongue. Your money HAD to go somewhere because you spoke it!) Why not just say, “No.” You see, love stands by you no matter what you do because love never fails, isn't puffed up or easily offended. disassociates themselves from you just because you wouldn't finance them, try to understand what GOD says. “Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.” (James 4:7) That is, child of GOD, you just got delivered! Try replacing what you always say, with what GOD says and you will begin to see your life transition from woes to wows. It's your choice. You either speak life or death, but please note this truth: You speak the language of your father.
