Marjane'
When we envision heaven, one of the things we think of is a huge choir of white robed angels singing with majestic and extraordinarily beautiful voices professing their love and praises to our FATHER. Most of us look forward to being a part of this celebration of HIM, but while we wait, GOD has given us a taste of heaven, right here on earth. Her name is Marjane'. (Pronounced Mar-ja-nay.) Born and raised in California, Marjane' has been singing and giving GOD praises every since she was 2. She wanted to sing. She was anointed to sing. And that she did, sharing with whomever would listen, the goodness and mercies of our LORD and FATHER. And as she grew in GOD, her ministry grew in song. But, as a young lady, Marjane' suffered a setback. One that has tempted and claimed so many powerful men and women of GOD. She put the gospel on the shelf while she pursued a career in R&B. The glamor and glitz of Hollywood has snared so many of the Elect, but it wouldn't be so for GOD's chosen vessel of praise. Repulsed by the focus on her sexuality and not her voice, Marjane' knew that her calling and anointing as a worship leader, an anointed minister to the nations far outranked the vanity of being showcased by the world as another poster girl for lust. And just as fast as she'd started, she left the world of secular to pursue the face of GOD and to be a leader to those who wanted to know HIM. Page 4 of 37 Š 2010 - 2011 Anointed Fire Magazine- AnointedFire.com All Rights Reserved
And her efforts were not in vain. Souls have been saved, many have been encouraged and GOD is continually lifted up in and through Marjane'. A wife and a mother, Marjane' enjoys her role at home as well as outside of it. With her husband as a graphic designer and her son as one of her greatest fans, Marjane' has all she needs to continue upward as one of today's fastest up and coming gospel singers. But, nevertheless, her passion and her joy is found in the countless souls that GOD allows her to minister to. In 2008, Marjane' was honored with a first-round 2008 Stellar Award nomination as Best New Artist for her album 'Keys To My Heart.' Her second album, 'Won't Let Go' was released in 2009, and has continued to spotlight her vocal flexibility and the joy you can so evidently hear in every one of her songs. There is no doubt that Marjane' sings from the heart, a place where she is full of the joy of the LORD and she shares these pleasant melodies with us so that we can continue to witness the Kingdom of GOD right where we are. What's next for the blessed songstress? I can only guess that we will continue to be taken into an atmosphere of joyful praise as GOD continues to elevate HIS unfading, unyielding and unimaginably talented vocal princess. The Biblical Financial Bail Out: (Part Three) ...Increase and Wealthy Thinking according to Kingdom Favor Covenant... by Marc Click
Everyone I want to start this letter today by telling you that “What You Don't Know Can Hurt You!” When we talk about increase and wealthy thinking we need to realize that we have a blood bought right to walk in and live in The Kingdom System of this Life and the next Life all at the same time. As we look back over the past few months of our lives financially we must realize that whatever we have done for ourselves or others; We must know that it's apart of our God Class habits to bless others. Now we have discussed Debt, Blessings, Curses, History of experiences, vision, purpose, and many other things regarding financial failure and success to help get our thinking and steps in order. As I talk to you as a professional in the financial industry and a Believer of The Gospel of Jesus Christ, and a testimony of failure and success we must also realize that it is a season that comes in our lives that we must learn how to walk in our gift and believe God for great things to come in our lives to succeed. This year has been over all a great year for us regardless of your feelings and emotions about where you are right now financially challenged or increased bountifully. God's Word says that His people are destroyed from lack of knowledge-(Hosea 4:6) So what you don't know can hurt you! The most important thing that we must know what Jesus told us in 3 John 2: Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth. A lot of people think that it is the truth that sets us free, instead it is the truth that we know that sets us free or applied truth from revelation by faith is what sets us free from lack. Now as we have laid down some good soil on the foundation of this letter concerning our changes, revelation, and decree; We must start to execute what we have read and learned since we started the Biblical Bail Out Series. Moving forward as we discuss financial success or strength I want to explain three methods of planning for life on earth as we see it and The Kingdom of Heaven financially. Three things we must know from the start about how to position and prepare ourselves and our families to receive from our Covenant from a practical manner of planning through our Personal Wealth, Financial Wealth, and our Legacy Wealth. As we first examine these three dimensions to start to put things together to execute your Page 6 of 37 © 2010 - 2011 Anointed Fire Magazine- AnointedFire.com All Rights Reserved
journey to greatness financially we must clear our minds and believe that it is apart of our DNA to prosper. As a person God has deposited in us greatness for success in every area of our lives. So as we discuss Personal Wealth we first need to understand who we are, what we want to be, and what we must do to get there according to what we are expected to be and become as Believers of Christ. As a person we must really be real with ourselves and look into the mirror and ask ourselves how are we going to deal with our current situations and how are we going to show God that He can trust us as stewards. In Ephesians 2:10 ...It says that we are God's workmanship and so we need to know how to bless God with our Obedience and focus. How we think towards our current financial state will determine how we manage the rest of what God will bless or not bless us with to grow and move forward as Christians. We each have a purpose for our lives. Once we know our purpose and our gifts to empower others we will then start to believe more of what God's Word says on everything that pertains to our health and soul prospering with nothing missing and nothing broken. Now Financial Wealth is what most of us think about almost every day but don't want to admit it nor do we want to face the music about it when we have a rainy day, storms, or even financial hurricanes in our lives. Financial Wealth is very essential for us to walk and move in the things of God as well as blessing our family and others. The foundation of this part of planning is how we think in terms of giving back to The Kingdom as stewards in its proper place with wise counsel. The Bible as well as your neighborhood financial coach has a way of demonstrating a road map or a snap shot of what we all need based on where we are financially from a short term, mid term, and a long term basis. I mentioned several times in the Bible where people got delivered from debt, being safe, transferring wealth, and being deceived about riches. God will fight your battle for you if you let Him! The problem that most people have with finances whether a millionaire or not, there is a big knowledge gap in the area of financial balance and if we look at it this way spiritually thinking it is the level above Faith it is management for increase. You have to ask yourself if you respect how you manage money from God's way of thinking and also if you are really making the right decisions as a manager of The Kingdom for Increase. When we educate ourselves from Biblical economics and scripture we can then walk in a truth that will change our mind set, our wisdom-Proverbs 4:7 because then we will have an understanding of how to move mountains with power and truth according to Deuteronomy 8:18 God has given us the Power to create wealth that He will create a covenant together so that we can't boast about what He has done for us and allowed us to prosper financially. I can show you how to invest your assets and make money grow, protect it, and even plan to transfer it for generations however if you don't get serious about how God wants to expand your territory through your financial management then we are just walking in darkness according to how He expects us to walk in Dominion! We have to get out of a slave mentality and come out of financial bondage -Proverbs 22:7 while we yet live so that God can keep favor on your family and others in our life. As we move forward on this process of building, protecting, and legacy planning; as a steward we must look at how to have a family heritage for our own home just like God did for His Kingdom to bring His Son Jesus here to show us how He was the first, true tithe, and the great estate for our lives now and forever. So when we look at Legacy Wealth Strategies in the dimensions of wealth planning there must be certain levels of understanding for distributions of our assets regardless of our net worth. Now there Page 7 of 37 Š 2010 - 2011 Anointed Fire Magazine- AnointedFire.com All Rights Reserved
are ways to set up legacy plans based on our level of education or sophistication and net worth for death and taxes. Philanthropy can be as little as giving twenty dollars a week or two million dollars in a year based on your income level and or even your faith. God looks at your faith in giving out of love more than he does the amount of your giving in the big picture of things; however what you measure out in your giving will determine the level of financial favor God will trust you concerning your level of management and ability to make thinks happen out of love and leadership in the Kingdom level of economics. From the first letter on the Biblical Financial Bail Out Series until now you should be able to see a difference in your thinking and focus on your faith to be empowered to prosper from this day forward. Pray over your check book, bank and investment accounts, plant your seed, name your seed, call your seed back, and Watch God change your level of faith through His increase in your life financially! One thing that you need to not forget to do financially is to pray and bless others because our stewardship is for others and not necessarily ourselves. It is about Kingdom advancement and Working for The Father. As we move in our journey financially we also must watch who and where to give money. As this letter on the Biblical Bail Out comes to a conclusion for now I want to give you seven examples of Wealth Transferring in The Bible. The First one I want to mention is out of Genesis 13:1-18 & Genesis 12:10...Abraham was blessed by his obedience and also in a famine(Our Seed of the Blessing) Second in Genesis 26:1-35 God's Promise to Isaac (Sowed into a Famine and was blessed) Third in Genesis 31:1-55 Jacob's Inheritance from Isaac (livestock, inheritance, distribution, protected from labor and lack) Forth in Genesis 41: 40-57 Joseph was a blessed with favor (Great Real Estate owner and developer, inheritance) Fifth in Exodus 1:1-22 Israel/Moses (Wealth, Anointed in leadership, multiplication, &etc.) Six in 1 Kings10:23 King Solomon (the King among kings in great wealth, wealthiest man that has ever lived) and Seven in Matthew 25:14-30 & Luke 12:30-31 Kingdom Citizens (our obedience in the Kingdom, investing/money managers-Parable of the Talents) Now these Seven examples of being very successful and proven with greatness from God has positioned us for great success to carry out His mission for His children to Be Blessed and Empowered is how we need to think. We can even go back to Adam and Eve that was greatly blessed along with their sons and their families as well. So as we go back and think about the Bail Out Plan or Guarantees that God has for our lives in the area of financial success we need to come again and change the way we think and the way we view how God sends people in our lives to help lead and guide us towards the things in our lives to show us more of our purpose and destiny for generations to come through us and our descendents. As we move forward in our daily walk for financial leadership and increase in our lives we must still realize that there are two sides to in Our War on Debt and Battle in the Heavens for Wealth Transferring from Our Store Houses in Heaven. Live this day was it is your best in Faith and Greatness to Glorify God in His Omnipotence.-Revelation 21:16-21(Heavens Wealth) Marc A. Divorcing the World and Marrying the Lord by Earlean Johnson
This week article focuses on the relationship we should have with our savior. Some people was taught at a younger age to wait on your true love to marry, and while you are single to explore your options. As you mature spiritually, you realize that some of the things you were taught or learned from others were not of God, but of the world. This article will assist you with making wiser decisions on learning how to fall in love with the Lord and out of love with the world. To those who have ever felt the experience of loving someone intimately, think about the emotional feeling you had whenever you heard his or her name or whenever you heard his or her voice. These emotions can lead to sin such as lust, fornication or adultery. God want us to establish an intimate relationship with him, that whenever we hear his voice we get excited and aim to follow his direction because you know his love for you is true, and hearing or saying his name is power to heal, provide, restore, anything you need. As we age from our childhood, we make pick up on habits from relatives, friends, or peers that may encourage us to interact in activities that are not of the norm of ministry. For example the abuse of drugs is a sin of the world that many become victims of. Some will start out using a gateway drug that will induce the use of a stronger drug. In order for a person to eliminate the use of drugs, he or she must attend treatment through a rehabilitation center or etc. This is the same way with life, we must divorce our way of living that is of the world, and marry our one true love. Once we marry the Lord, we will have everything we need. One may ask how I can marry the Lord. When a man and woman marry, they become one. When we marry God, we trust him, he becomes our first love, we put no one before him, and he provides us with wisdom on how we should live daily, he becomes a part of us. During a wedding ceremony, the minister may ask the bride and groom to repeat the traditional vows, for instant: Do you take (name) to be your lawful (husband/wife), to have and to hold, and so on. A vow is an oath or promise one makes. With marrying God, the vows may go something like this: “Thou Page 9 of 37 Š 2010 - 2011 Anointed Fire Magazine- AnointedFire.com All Rights Reserved
shalt have no other gods before me, thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, thou shalt not take the name of the Lord thy God in vain, remember the Sabbath day, and keep it holy, honour thy father and thy mother, thou shalt not kill, thou shalt not commit adultery, thou shalt not steal, thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor, and thou shalt not covet thy neighbour’s house” Exodus 20:1-17. Just as a husband and wife are suppose to up hold their vows, Christians are to keep their vows with God. If you have not accepted the proposal of the Lord, now is the time to consider making the best step in your life you can ever make and say yes to the Lord, and leave your old life behind. Once you say I Do to God you are letting go of your past and moving forward to a future that results in eternal happiness if you keep your vows. Once you become engaged which is the area of your life that you acknowledges you need the Lord in your life and want to turn from you worldly life, you desire for the wedding ceremony to begin instantly, which is spiritual elevation. I’m sorry that you missed my spiritual wedding, but I’m looking forward to receiving invitations to yours. May your marriage with the Lord provide you with everything you need in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen! Be bless!

The Gentle and Quiet Spirit by Suzette Andujar
Hair done up? Check. Face full of makeup? Check. New clothes and those expensive pair of shoes? Check and check. Self-esteem? Where’s the uncheck option? Face it, well how can you not? We live in a world where external beauty is more important than the inside. Girls and women alike are constantly pressured to lose weight by Christmas or get rid of that wrinkle by tomorrow. The secular media doesn’t help either as they constantly push “go on a diet” and “anti-aging” in your face. What does God say about beauty? Well 1 Peter 3:3 (ESV) says, “Do not let your adorning be external —the braiding of hair and the putting on of gold jewelry, or the clothing you wear.” Being considered beautiful doesn’t mean to buy expensive clothes or put on tons of jewelry. A woman should dress modestly. Now, God is not saying to put on a thick turtle-neck dress before walking out of the house in the middle of July! It’s simply a matter of not dressing provocatively. God is not saying never put gold jewelry on; however, how many rings do you really need on one hand? Why is it important? The Bible says it shouldn’t be. We are not on earth to be a Christmas ornament, but as a fruit bearing branch of the Vine. How does dressing this way affect your spiritual growth? I’d say you put your inner self on a diet! “But let your adorning be the hidden person of the heart with the imperishable beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which in God's sight is very precious,” 1 Peter 3:4(ESV). I was saved when I was fifteen years old. It was a hard age to begin with so my style wasn’t all that great. I had tried red hair, black lipstick, baggy clothes and bubble rings (okay this was the late 90s so give me a break!), but as I watched the older girls and young women in my church, I remember marveling at how beautiful they were and always wondering just what it was that set them apart. They only wore a touch of makeup if any, they dressed modestly, yet stylishly, and their hair actually went with their skin tone (noting the red hair I tried briefly). As I grew older, I realized that it was their love for the Lord that overshadowed their outer appearance. I wasn’t looking at what they were wearing, rather, what they were saying! How they were living. It was all for the Lord. Look into a mirror and what do you say to yourself? In my times of weakness, I click my tongue, roll my eyes and shout at that mirror, “You’re a big bully!” Do you know what God sees? A precious jewel! He made you who you are. He loves you so much that He even sent His Son from Heaven to die for Page 11 of 37 © 2010 - 2011 Anointed Fire Magazine- AnointedFire.com All Rights Reserved
you on the cross! Giving Him adoration and praise and letting Him speak through your actions and words are only some of the things that make up a gentle and quiet spirit. You may be setting an example for your daughter, niece, little sister or friend. Let them see through your actions how much you love God and not how much you’ve spent on your shoes! “Favour is deceitful, and beauty is vain: but a woman that feareth the LORD, she shall be praised,” Proverbs 31:30(KJV). Steven Curtis Chapman wrote a song entitled, “Fingerprints of God.” There is one part of the chorus that I truly love, “You’re a masterpiece that all creation quietly adores and you’re covered with the fingerprints of God.” If you want to lose some weight, do it because you want to be healthy; not because the TV, magazine or internet tells you to do so! Your youthful looks will fade over time, but your inner beauty is unfading. God will see your beauty coming out from your heart and so will everyone else in your life. Let the Lord see how much you love Him. Shout out from the rooftops how wonderful God is! “Delight yourself in the LORD and he will give you the desires of your heart.” Psalm 37:4 (NIV). Growing knowledge in the Lord? Check. Face full of concern for your loved ones? Check. Wearing the armor of God? Check and mate!

Give What You Have by Tarishan Esters As a carrier of God’s word, I find the word of God to be so profound and uplifting. I have come to the conclusion that the more I put the word of God within my inner-being, the more I want to give what I have within me to God’s people. God’s word declares……Luke 6:38 “Give and it will be given unto you.” Just coming out of an insightful study of the book of Acts, my eyes were open to more of the “Acts” (works) of the Apostles. They gave of their time, finances, and lives to the perfecting of the saints and the building up of the Kingdom of God. These apostles knew what it meant to abound in the works of the Lord. Having walked with Jesus, they took his charge and command serious and they became just as serious about walking it out! Often times in the book of Acts you will find that Peter was prolific in his mission and in his journey. While on his way to the temple to pray with his sidekick John he met a man. This man ended up receiving the greater good of his request. Turn your attention to one of the most liberating stories in this wonderful book. Acts 3. Now Peter and John went up together into the temple at the hour of prayer, being the ninth hour. And a certain man lame from his birth {mother's womb}, was carried, whom they laid daily at the gate of the temple which is called Beautiful, to ask alms of them that entered into the temple; Who, seeing Peter and John about to go into the temple, asked an alms. And Peter, fastening his eyes upon him, with John, said, Look on us. And he gave heed unto them, expecting to receive something from {of} them. Then Peter said, Silver and gold have I none; but such as I have give I thee. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk. And he took him by the right hand, and lifted him up; and immediately his feet and ankle bones received strength. And he, leaping up, stood, and walked, and entered with them into the temple, walking, and leaping, and praising God. Peter and John gave the beggar what they had and that was the power of the word of God within them. There will be times when money won’t be able to do it but the favor of God and the power of God will liberate you and set you free. The beggar received something greater, he received a healing and was able to walk and go and provide a living for himself. Now I ask you the question, which one would you, rather have? Give what you have. As carriers of the word of God, our temple is full of his holy spirit. We have been given the power of witness. We don’t have to be in a pulpit to witness, we don’t have to stand on the street corner to witness and we don’t have to go to church to witness. We have been told to let our lights so shine that men may see our good works and glorify the father in heaven. All God is simply saying is that we should just live the life worthy of the calling. The only church some people are ever going to see is the life we live. So let’s live in such a way we can draw men unto him. When you give what you have it will be given unto you good measure pressed down and shaken together and running over.

Healed in Love by Martha Gilbert
Blessings and Shalom to all who read this message, Father God touch their hearts turn them towards You through the precious gift Christ Jesus died and was resurrected to give us reconciliation with You Jehovah-Rapha=God who heals us. Let us go to the Old Testament to see the prophesy of the Messiah so that we can better understand 1Peter 2:24. He personally bore our sins in His [own] body on the tree [as on an altar and offered Himself on it], that we might die (cease to exist) to sin and live to righteousness. By His wounds you have been healed. First we must know that God indeed foretold through Isaiah the coming of a Savior to reconcile us and pay the price for our sin that we ourselves would have to have paid without this provision through Jesus life suffering and death, but praise the Lord Jesus is not dead, but resurrected sitting at the Father's right hand interceding for us in all things, Amen. Jesus died, not just to reconcile us which alone is a wondrous gift we do not even deserve, but also that we could have a prosperous, rewarding, fulfilling, healthy, life lived in THE LOVE of Father God for His pleasure Amen. So we go first to Isaiah 53 Isaiah 53:1-12 Amplified Bible (AMP) WHO HAS believed (trusted in, relied upon, and clung to) our message [of that which was revealed to us]? And to whom has the arm of the Lord been disclosed? For [the Servant of God] grew up before Him like a tender plant, and like a root out of dry ground; He has no form or comeliness [royal, kingly pomp], that we should look at Him, and no beauty that we should desire Him. He was despised and rejected and forsaken by men, a Man of sorrows and pains, and acquainted with grief and sickness; and like One from Whom men hide their faces He was despised, and we did not appreciate His worth or have any esteem for Him. Surely He has borne our griefs (sicknesses, weaknesses, and distresses) and carried our sorrows and pains [of punishment], yet we [ignorantly] considered Him stricken, smitten, and afflicted by God [as if with leprosy]. But, He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our guilt and iniquities; the chastisement [needful to obtain] peace and well-being for us was upon Him, and with the stripes [that wounded] Him, we are healed and made whole. All we like sheep have gone astray, we have turned every one to his own way; and the Lord has made to light upon Him the guilt and iniquity of us all. He was oppressed, [yet when] He was afflicted, He was submissive and opened not His mouth; like a lamb that is led to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so He opened not His mouth. By oppression and judgment He was taken away; and as for His generation, who among them considered that He was cut off out of the land of the living [stricken to His death] for the transgression of my [Isaiah's] people, to whom the stroke was due? And they assigned Him a grave with the wicked, and with a rich man in His death, although He had done no violence, neither was any deceit in His mouth. Yet it was the will of the Lord to bruise Him; He has put Him to grief and made Him sick. When You and He make His life an offering for sin [and He has risen from the dead, in time to come], He shall see His [spiritual] offspring, He shall prolong His days, and the will and pleasure of the Lord shall prosper in His hand. He shall see [the fruit] of the travail of His soul and be satisfied; by His knowledge of Himself [which He possesses and imparts to others] shall My [uncompromisingly] righteous One, My Servant, justify many and make many righteous (upright and in right standing with God), for He shall bear their iniquities and their guilt [with the consequences, says the Lord]. Therefore will I divide Him a portion with the great Page 14 of 37 Š 2010 - 2011 Anointed Fire Magazine- AnointedFire.com All Rights Reserved
[kings and rulers], and He shall divide the spoil with the mighty, because He poured out His life unto death, and [He let Himself] be regarded as a criminal and be numbered with the transgressors; yet He bore [and took away] the sin of many and made intercession for the transgressors (the rebellious). Now let us compare the prophesy with the recorded fulfillment of prophesy in the life of Jesus Christ of Nazareth;1 Peter 2:10-25Amplified Bible (AMP). Once you were not a people [at all], but now you are God's people; once you were unpitied, but now you are pitied and have received mercy. Beloved, I implore you as aliens and strangers and exiles [in this world] to abstain from the sensual urges (the evil desires, the passions of the flesh, your lower nature) that wage war against the soul. Conduct yourselves properly (honorably, righteously) among the Gentiles, so that, although they may slander you as evildoers, [yet] they may by witnessing your good deeds [come to] glorify God in the day of inspection [when God shall look upon you wanderers as a pastor or shepherd looks over his flock]. Be submissive to every human institution and authority for the sake of the Lord, whether it is to the emperor as supreme, Or to governors as sent by him to bring vengeance (punishment, justice) to those who do wrong and to encourage those who do good service. For it is God's will and intention that by doing right [your good and honest lives] should silence (muzzle, gag) the ignorant charges and illinformed criticisms of foolish persons. [Live] as free people, [yet] without employing your freedom as a pretext for wickedness; but [live at all times] as servants of God. Show respect for all men [treat them honorably]. Love the brotherhood (the Christian fraternity of which Christ is the Head). Reverence God. Honor the emperor. [You who are] household servants, be submissive to your masters with all [proper] respect, not only to those who are kind and considerate and reasonable, but also to those who are surly (overbearing, unjust, and crooked). For one is regarded favorably (is approved, acceptable, and trustworthy) if, as in the sight of God, he endures the pain of unjust suffering. [After all] what kind of glory [is there in it] if, when you do wrong and are punished for it, you take it patiently? But, if you bear patiently with suffering [which results] when you do right and that is undeserved, it is acceptable and pleasing to God. For even to this were you called [it is inseparable from your vocation]. For Christ also suffered for you, leaving you [His personal] example, so that you should follow in His footsteps. He was guilty of no sin, neither was deceit (guile) ever found on His lips. When He was reviled and insulted, He did not revile or offer insult in return; [when] He was abused and suffered, He made no threats [of vengeance]; but he trusted [Himself and everything] to Him Who judges fairly. He personally bore our sins in His [own] body on the tree [as on an altar and offered Himself on it], that we might die (cease to exist) to sin and live to righteousness. By His wounds you have been healed. For you were going astray like [so many] sheep, but now you have come back to the Shepherd and Guardian (the Bishop) of your souls. Clearly God intends all to be reconciled to Him through Christ death and resurrection, but not only reconciled but to have health and joy in His love for us for it is not our love for God but rather God's love for us that brought about the provision of salvation through the blood atonement of Jesus Christ Amen I pray this has been an encouragement and that God writes His Word upon each heart through the power of The Holy Spirit dwelling in each us through sharing Jesus as Lord Amen love, hugs, and prayers; Sister Pastor Martha Gilbert

The Heart of God by Misti Wagoner-Suckling As Christians, we often find ourselves seeking examples of how we to grow in our faith. We may look to other more mature Christians that we admire for their persevering faith and acquired wisdom, we might listen to Christian radio shows, read books on how to grow closer to God and become more like Him, we may even find adequate role models in our Bibles -- no one can say that Paul didn't have a true fire in his heart for Christ. There is nothing wrong with any of the previously mentioned methods, they can all be effective in their own ways. However, if we genuinely desire to draw closer to God, to become more like Him, then our answers are much easier to find then we think. We have the amazing privilege of having the works of Jesus Christ detailed for us in the Bible. What better example do we need than Jesus Himself? There are many attributes that Jesus displayed; but I would like to focus primarily on one, as I think it is the one that - although so painfully obvious - we often seem to overlook. Jesus was a servant. He served anyone that would allow Him to, even those that were cast aside and hated by all others. As a servant, he had much work to do. He performed miracles, which demonstrated His Deity; He went about from one place to another to heal all manner of diseases, and so healing the bodies of men; He preached the Gospel, for which He was qualified and sent, and thereby did good to the souls of men; and He also fulfilled the law of God in the stead of His people. But, as we know, His greatest service was the redemption and salvation of mankind. These are pretty fantastic feats, and not a single one of us is qualified to serve in any of these ways. However, Jesus served in another ways too; smaller ways that we can imitate. Let's first look and the value Jesus placed on serving. The day before He performed His ultimate service and sacrifice, Jesus spent some time with His chosen disciples. In John 13:12-17, Jesus washed the feet of His disciples. When he had finished washing their feet, he put on his clothes and returned to his place. “Do you understand what I have done for you?” He asked them. “You call me ‘Teacher’ and ‘Lord,’ and rightly so, for that is what I am. Now that I, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also should wash one another’s feet. I have set you an example that you should do as I have done for you. Very truly I tell you, no servant is greater than his master, nor is a messenger greater than the one who sent him. Now that you know these things, you will be blessed if you do them. I want to point out verse 15, Jesus says, I have set you an example that you should do as I have done for you. And verse 17, Now that you know these things, you will be blessed if you do them. Jesus was a servant, and He values a servant's heart. Mark 10:43-45 tells us Jesus also said, Not so with you. Instead, whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant, and whoever wants to be first must be slave of all. For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.” You see that? Even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life as a ransom for many. Jesus did not come to be served. He did not show up with a "Help Wanted" sign, rather, he showed up with a "Help Available" sign. This is the heart of our God. If we wish to grow in our faith and follow the example He set for us, we Page 16 of 37 © 2010 - 2011 Anointed Fire Magazine- AnointedFire.com All Rights Reserved
must change our hearts and our values. A servant is selfless, putting others before himself. As part of our inherent sin nature, we are the opposite - we are selfish. Mark 12:30 Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.’ The second is this: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no commandment greater than these.” Jesus put great value on loving others. One of the best ways to show love is by serving them, just as He did. You might be thinking, Wow, that is so true. And I'm going to start working really hard at serving my loved ones and all my "good" neighbors that I like. You see, there's just some "neighbors" that I don't love, but once I start loving them then I will definitely begin to serve them too. That's faulty thinking. Here's why: Let me set up an analogy for you that can best prove my point. Let's say you have been in a terrible accident. Your child (mother, brother, whomever you love) is now laying in the middle of the street and is completely unconscious. You are on the other side of the street watching, both legs broken, and immobilized. An oncoming car is fast approaching and your child will surely be struck. Standing less than 10 feet away is a large group of people, they too are watching. They see your helpless child in the street. They see the approaching car. Wouldn't you want them - at least one of them - to rush to rescue your child? Wouldn't you be screaming, "Help! Someone please help my child! Why won't any of you help?!" Or would you only allow someone to save your child if they truly and deeply loved your child? That's a ridiculous question isn't it? Yes, it is. God is saying the same thing, "You seem them hurting, you see their need, yet why won't any of you help my child?" Because, God loves all of us and He doesn't wish for any of us to perish. Here's what Jesus did NOT say: Love your neighbor as yourself, but only the ones you like and only if you deem him/her worthy. Nope. No disclaimer there. He said, love your neighbor as yourself. Period. That's the commandment. You see, we don't have the luxury of choosing who is worthy of love. We don't get to make that decision. Why? Because God already made it. We are ALL unworthy, but He chose to love us anyway. Every single one of us. I imagine most of you are familiar with the Gospels. If you're not, go back and read them. In fact, read every part of the Bible that talks about the work of Jesus. You'll see a common theme. Jesus, the only sinless being to ever walk this planet, the only one better than the rest of us, never turned a single person away. He showed His love through His service to everyone. If you are a true believer and you have a genuine faith then your ultimate desire should be to aspire to be as much like Jesus as humanly possible. I don't know about you, but I want a Jesus-like heart. Sometimes the act of love comes before the "feeling" of love. The most important thing to remember is that you are not showing your love, you are showing God's love. Let God use you to draw others to Himself, to show them that He is a good and loving God that wants only the best for them. Loving your enemy, loving someone that's hurt you, loving someone that you dislike is a difficult task. I get that. But God WILL give you what you need to do it. All you have to do is ask. It's not to say you won't be tested, don't misunderstand. But God never gives you more than He can handle. So since I've now pointed out that God says you should love those you have a hard time loving, your next excuse is probably this: I would just love to help and to serve, but I am simply WAY too busy. Guess what? I have great news! No, you're not. Here's something to consider: It's easier to give money than to give your time. There's all kinds of reasons people will throw money at something. They want to look good in front of others (See everyone how selfless I am? I give); peer pressure (everyone else wrote a check, I should too), or as a Page 17 of 37 © 2010 - 2011 Anointed Fire Magazine- AnointedFire.com All Rights Reserved
way of rationalizing to themselves the fact that they don't want to give in any other capacity. Don't get me wrong, I see and acknowledge the value in funding ministries and churches. But I also believe that there can be far more value in the giving of yourself. Jesus and His disciples didn't go around throwing $20 dollar bills at the sick and the poor and the lost. Because He knew it wasn't money that they truly needed. They needed God. Giving our time is the opposite of giving our money. Instead of having excuses as to why we give, we have excuses as to why we cannot. Let me just say, I understand busy. That being said, "busy" is an excuse we use to make ourselves feel less guilty when we don't do the things we know we should. We need to maintain an "eternal perspective". That is, what will be important in Heaven, not what is important here on Earth. Having children I understand that take up a considerable amount of your time. And they (along with your marriage) are one of the single most important ministries that you will be a part of. But what about that 3 hours of TV you watch every night? Do you even remember what you watched at 9pm two Thursdays ago? What was it about? What happened? Did it serve the Lord in anyway? What about the time you spend on the computer? Does it further His kingdom? Does it show the love of God to others? The dress you'll spend 2 hours making that looks almost exactly the same as 3 others hanging in your closet? The 4 hours hitting balls at the golf course? I think I've made my point. You are NOT too busy. You're too lazy, selfish, tired, worn-out, something. I don't pretend to know what it is that prevents YOU. And I don't intend to sound overly harsh. But my hope is to help you take an honest look at where you are and where God wants you to be, and then get there. What I do know is that if you take it to God with an honest heart, he'll fix it. One of my long-time favorite Jesus stories in the Bible is about Jesus and the little children. Mark 10:13 People were bringing little children to Jesus for him to place his hands on them, but the disciples rebuked them. When Jesus saw this, he was indignant. He said to them, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these. Truly I tell you, anyone who will not receive the kingdom of God like a little child will never enter it. And he took the children in his arms, placed his hands on them and blessed them. There are many lessons that we can learn from this story, but I'm only going to point out one. The Disciples (human and not faultless) believed that children should not take up Jesus' time. He was a busy man, after all, and they believed He had more important things to be doing. But what was Jesus' response? Indignation. The definition for indignation is: strong displeasure at something considered unjust, offensive, insulting, or base; righteous anger. Righteous anger for what? Simply, that anyone would hinder another from experiencing the love and blessings of God. We are called to share it, to give it; but never to withhold it. There isn't a single passage in the Bible in which the Lord Jesus is simply "too busy" to share His love and to serve, to give of Himself, to anyone. God shows His love to everyone. Jesus served everyone. And we, friends, are expected to do the same. Philippians 2:1 Therefore if you have any encouragement from being united with Christ, if any comfort from his love, if any common sharing in the Spirit, if any tenderness and compassion, then make my joy complete by being like-minded, having the same love, being one in spirit and of one mind. Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves, not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others.

Is This The One Or Shall I Look For Another? by Tammy Turner
“We are looking for our mate to come in one fashion or another but what does the scripture teach us about the ideal mate for the believer?” Jesus was the son of Joseph, a local carpenter, who came out of Nazareth (Matthew 2:23), which was a strike against him right there because, people of Nazareth were considered enemies of the Jews. He was despised by many (Isaiah 53:1-4). When Nathanael, heard that Jesus was a Nazarene, he replied “Can anything good come out of Nazareth”? (John 1:46). John while in prison heard of all the works of Christ, he sent two of his disciples and said to Him, “Are You the Coming One, or do we look for another?” John expected the Messiah to come with a rod of correction and fierce judgment but instead he came healing and preaching salvation. So confused, John questioned if “this is the one or shall I look for another”. Just like John looked for Jesus to come a certain way, we are looking for our mate to come in one fashion or another but what does the scripture teach us about the ideal mate for the believer? 2 Corinthians 6:14-18 says, be, ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers… as Christians, we are not to be bound together with non-Christians in any spiritual enterprise or relationship that would be detrimental to the Christian’s testimony within the body of Christ. 2 Thessalonians 3:6-15, Paul required separation so that the obedient Christians were not to fellowship with habitually disobedient believers. God has called us to holiness and we should desire a man or woman of God that stands for such and walks in integrity. Through the power of the Holy Spirit who indwells us, we have the ability to “abstain from fleshly lusts which war against the soul” (1 Peter 2:11). If you are in the time of courtship be sure that the person you are with depict the definition of a true believer and line up with the word of God for it is through the word that we find the answers to every question that we may have particularly the question, “Is This The One or Shall I look for Another?” We as a people tend to always look for the impossible, incredible, unrealistic to come and blow us out of our minds in what we are looking for to be our ideal job, mate, house, car etc. Let’s look at what most of us look for in a mate. We tend to set our standards so high that it is really out of reach the Page 19 of 37 © 2010 - 2011 Anointed Fire Magazine- AnointedFire.com All Rights Reserved
typical Leave -It-to-Beaver, I Love Lucy, The Bill Cosby Show image of the perfect family and marriage. It is our nature to try and find what we define as our soul mate, or the “perfect person”, that you and I dream about having in our lives until death do us apart. This person is flawless, handsome (beautiful), rich, intelligent, everything wonderful. What does the Bible which is the guide and compass for our life changing, decisions, say about the ideal person that we should be looking for or for the ladies, waiting for, yes woman of God the word says in Proverbs 18:22, He who finds a wife finds a good thing, and obtains favor from the Lord. Too many times sisters we find ourselves out here looking for our Boaz, soul mate, or perfect man and getting caught up in bad relationships and then we are miserable and unhappy, why? Because we chose to go out and look for a man when we are suppose to be waiting for our Boaz to find us. Just as Ruth was in preparation for the king, we need to be in preparation for our king. Some may say, well, how will I know if it is the right one? What does the word say? When Jesus came he came just as the scripture said he would come but the people were looking for some rich, handsome, head turning individual that was going to be so outstanding that he must be the Messiah. That is what the people had presumed in their minds he would be, but the scripture gave a distinct picture of how to know who the Messiah was Isaiah 40:3.

The Ministry of Healing: An Evidence of the Kingdom of God, Pt. 2 The Gospel of the Kingdom of God by John Hairston
This is a continuation of last month’s article which laid the foundation for understanding of what the Kingdom of God is. This month we look at the Gospel of the Kingdom of God; what is the Gospel of the Kingdom of God; and how it applies to prophetic events. The Origin of the Gospel of the Kingdom of God We must understand this at the outset; the Gospel of the Kingdom of God did not originate with the coming of Jesus Christ on earth. The Gospel of the Kingdom of God is a message that has its origin in the prophetic messages of the Old Testament Prophets, and the hopes of the advent of Messiah. Technically speaking the Gospel of the Kingdom of God was initiated from the mouth of God himself, as a prophetic declaration of hope to Adam and Eve: “15And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.” Genesis 3:15 KJV This is a prophetic declaration that initiated the Gospel of the Kingdom of God, because God is declaring the coming of the Woman’s seed that will bruise the head of the serpent. That coming seed as we know is the Messiah, Jesus Christ. The bruising of the head is speaking of the ushering in the Kingdom of God as rule in the heart of Man, and a return of the Dominion to Man, his portion of the Kingdom of God. This is a prophetic hope and GOSPEL, because of the circumstances the declaration is proclaimed; the sin of Man, the forfeiture of the Dominion of earth, the disruption of the relationship with the Father, and the physical death and decay of the once eternal Body. Remember this, as this will tie in later in the article. So, from this prophetic declaration of God, the Prophets of the Old Testament have prophesied, dreamed and envisioned this hope of the coming Seed that would bruise the head of Satan and his kingdom. Within these prophetic utterances is the Gospel or Good News of the Kingdom of God and it emergence in the earth, through the advent of Christ Jesus. “Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the LORD of hosts will perform this.” Isaiah 9:7 KJV “ Thou, O king, art a king of kings: for the God of heaven hath given thee a kingdom, power, and Page 21 of 37 © 2010 - 2011 Anointed Fire Magazine- AnointedFire.com All Rights Reserved
strength, and glory. And in the days of these kings shall the God of heaven set up a kingdom, which shall never be destroyed: and the kingdom shall not be left to other people, but it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand for ever.” Daniel 2:37, 44 KJV “ And saviours shall come up on mount Zion to judge the mount of Esau; and the kingdom shall be the LORD's.” Obadiah 1:21 KJV The Gospel of the Kingdom of God and the Advent of Christ The New Testament advent of Christ Jesus is initiated with a declaration we can read in Matthew: “From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.” Matthew 4:17 KJV “Now after that John was put in prison, Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the gospel of the kingdom of God,15And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel.” Mark 1:14-15 KJV Now, we see that the Good News was that the Kingdom of God was at hand. In the book of Mark we read, “The time is fulfilled…” this is proclaiming the fulfilling of all prophecy concerning the Kingdom of God up to that time. All of the Messianic hopes, all of the prophecies concerning the repair in the breach of the relationship with the Father once and for all, all of the prophecy of deliverance and crumbling of the kingdom of darkness and the dominion of Satan, was now at hand, seen, tangible, not just a hope or expectation, but a manifest revelation in flesh. The Gospel of the Kingdom of God is actually the Good News of the Kingdom of God’s emergence in Jesus Christ. The Good News that Jesus, as a consummation of the Prophetic declaration in Genesis 3:15, is here; God has come, and He has done so with a Kingdom in hand. That in Jesus, we have the reparation of the breach in the relationship between Man and his Father, the restoration of the dominion over our God given portion of the Kingdom of God (The Earth), and the hope of a Millennial Kingdom that will heal the earth of all the results of lust, sin and death, as well as the redemption of the body from physical death. Is the Gospel of the Kingdom of God and the Gospel of Jesus Christ the same? The Gospel of the Kingdom of God is intertwined with the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and they vary only in the fact that the one has the Kingdom of God as its primary focus, and the other Jesus Christ. They are two focuses intertwined to produce the Christian Experience. The Gospel of the Kingdom of God is focused on the Sovereignty of God, the Redemption of Man, and the Restoration of the Relationship and Dominion. The Gospel of Jesus Christ is focused on the preexistent Work, Birth, Life, Ministry, Death, Burial, Resurrection, Post-Resurrection work, Ascension, and present rule of Jesus. You can’t talk about Jesus without talking about the Kingdom of God and you can’t talk about the Kingdom of God without talking about Jesus. The Gospel of the Kingdom of God and the Prophetic Realm The Gospel of the Kingdom of God is a prophetic declaration of the coming Kingdom of God visibly on the Earth as prophesied in the Bible. This visible manifestation of the Kingdom of God is twophased; one phase is during the millennial reign of Christ: “And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshiped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.”
Page 22 of 37 © 2010 - 2011 Anointed Fire Magazine- AnointedFire.com All Rights Reserved
Revelation 20:4 KJV “And they shall build houses, and inhabit them; and they shall plant vineyards, and eat the fruit of them. They shall not build, and another inhabit; they shall not plant, and another eat: for as the days of a tree are the days of my people, and mine elect shall long enjoy the work of their hands.” Isaiah 65:21-22 KJV “And there shall come forth a rod out of the stem of Jesse, and a Branch shall grow out of his roots: And the spirit of the LORD shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the LORD; And shall make him of quick understanding in the fear of the LORD: and he shall not judge after the sight of his eyes, neither reprove after the hearing of his ears: But with righteousness shall he judge the poor, and reprove with equity for the meek of the earth: and he shall smite the earth: with the rod of his mouth, and with the breath of his lips shall he slay the wicked. And righteousness shall be the girdle of his loins, and faithfulness the girdle of his reins. The wolf also shall dwell with the lamb, and the leopard shall lie down with the kid; and the calf and the young lion and the fatling together; and a little child shall lead them. And the cow and the bear shall feed; their young ones shall lie down together: and the lion shall eat straw like the ox. And the sucking child shall play on the hole of the asp, and the weaned child shall put his hand on the cockatrice' den. They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain: for the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea. And in that day there shall be a root of Jesse, which shall stand for an ensign of the people; to it shall the Gentiles seek: and his rest shall be glorious.” Isaiah 11:1-10 KJV And, the other at the Consummation of all things or what is designated as “New Jerusalem: “And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea. And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God. And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away. And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful.” Revelation 21:1-5 KJV The Kingdom of God exists now, primarily, as the rule of God in the life of the believer by faith and conscious choice of reception of Christ Jesus as Lord: “ And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation: Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.” Luke 17:20-21 KJV “ Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.” John 3:5 KJV This Kingdom of God was first established with the Creation of the Heavens and Earth and was enjoyed by Man as he shared an intimate relationship with the Godhead. Knowing that man’s access to the Kingdom of God was determined by his choice to maintain the relationship in obedience, once man disobeyed and disrupted the relationship, there was the need of a remedy, which was already Page 23 of 37 © 2010 - 2011 Anointed Fire Magazine- AnointedFire.com All Rights Reserved
established before Man was created. The Gospel of the Kingdom as described in this article is an invitation into the Prophetic realm where believer become active participants in the spreading of the Gospel and Kingdom by accessing what is available, as a necessity, in the Prophetic realm. Because the manifestation of the Kingdom of God is a Prophetic concept, all those who are under its jurisdiction are also accessing the Prophetic realm (More on this in another article). As we proclaim the Gospel of the Kingdom of God, we are actually releasing the activity of the Prophetic realm into the spirit man of the hearer, and the earth. The Prophetic realm is the realm where the unfolding of Prophecy is established and ushered into manifestation in earthly events. The Prophetic realm is motivated by the Kingdom of God and its push to manifest its rule in the Earth. All prophetic events that are taking place are really to manifest the Kingdom of God on the Earth. And, all who proclaim the Gospel of the Kingdom of God are declaring Prophecy and speaking out of the prophetic realm. Next Month we will enter into the segment of the Healing and its connection to the Kingdom of God.

Opposing Positions by Bill Faught, Jr. One could say the Kingdom of God has an opposing position on so many things; this is especially true when one is eagerly searching for a formula for the increasingly popular subject of “success” in person al life and/or ministry. Like the ocean's waves arrive in expected rhythm, several biblical references immediately rush on to the outer banks of our minds. The biblical example most applicable at this moment is Isaiah 54:2. It gives the clarion call to... “Enlarge the place of your tent, stretch your tent curtains wide, do not hold back; lengthen your cords, strengthen your stakes” (NIV). The irony of this passage is revealed when looking more than an inch deep at the spiritual condition of Israel at the time of this announcement made through God's oracle. But hold on...verse two exposes the opposing position of Israel, saying, “Sing, O barren woman, you who never bore a child; burst into song, shout for joy, you who were never in labor...says the Lord” (NIV). Now, we see the opposing position...the impasse that often happens between “what God knows and see s for our future” and “what we are currently experiencing”. These polar opposite positions reveal the long and wide chasm that can exist between God and mankind. One would be safe to assume, that with out God's perspective revealed, humanity is destined to be a war-tattered ship headed toward the uncharted island called “Hopelessness”. If a solution exists for this impasse, what is it? What can be done? (Just in case you're wondering, this scenario is NOT always the result of a character deficiency or an attack from Satan. Read on.) If you're looking for a Biblical recipe for success, the first, key ingredient introduced by the prophet in Isaiah 54:2 encourages us to yield to the divinely perfect perspective of our Maker. Also, it is in this passage that we find the origin of Transformation, Breakthrough and/or Change for our lives and ministries. In twenty-first-century language, the prophet would say these desired destinations can be retraced back to the place of encounter, where: ...we sang praises to God (for the baby [breakthrough]), when no visible sign presented itself; ...we shouted for joy, when disillusionment became like a dense fog that hindered our eyesight; ...we “enlarged the tent” for what God said, even at the expense of being labeled a fool; ...we “lengthened the cords” for the coming expansion, while others were pulling back; ...we “strengthened the stakes”, while others are pulling up stakes and forsaking their posts; If the question 'Do you want Breakthrough, Transformation and/or Change' was simultaneously presented to every ministry around the world, obviously the answer would be a resounding “YES, for sure”. But let me remind you of the impasse that often occurs between God and man mentioned at the beginning paragraph. At the risk of causing an occasion for offense, I ask you to give me some latitude to speak into just one tug-of-war situation I often witness in my travels both in the USA and other nations. The irony of our subject, is: most of us are NOT prepared to receive the Transformation, Breakthrough and/or Change we say we're passionately going after. Hence, the evidence of the most unexpected impasse. Page 25 of 37 © 2010 - 2011 Anointed Fire Magazine- AnointedFire.com All Rights Reserved
To our many pastor-friends and leaders, allow me further latitude to ask the following question: if the Lord of the Breakthrough brought you fifty new believers next Sunday, would you be ready, or would you unknowingly...accidentally...grievously contribute to an aborted harvest? Take a moment and ask yourself the following questions: Do I have enough deacons trained and ready to serve? What about having enough laborers for children church and the nursery? Does my church have signs to help people locate the bathroom, or must they ask the avoidable embarrassing question? Do I have people in position to handle the increased load of discipleship and pastoral ministry that would be required to effectively take care of fifty new believers? While I am not a big fan of enlisting people in God's army solely for the purpose of filling a vacant position, still, we must heed the prophet's insight and enlarge the tent and be ready for the breakthrough our faith says we are believing for. Remember: “Believe His (God's) prophets and so shall you prosper (or find success).” II Chronicles 20:20 (KJV) The early twentieth century Revivalist, Smith Wigglesworth, once said, “As we go deeper in the things of God, He enlarges our capacity for understanding and then places before us a wide-open door.” Brothers and Sisters, I concur. Don't be blinded by the need, but, instead, ask the Spirit of Grace and Glory to open your eyes and ears fully that you may seize the opportunities (The Lord of Harvest sees) around you. Arise and shine! With my angle on this subject I run the risk of being classified with the collage' of blog pulpits and Face Book prophets flooding the web with personal interpretations of “How God does things”. While it is true that no author can control what the reader decides to do with what is penned, one major thing separates the good from perhaps the not-so-good: the good contains no short cuts - Beloved, the Kingdom of God is not a weekend garage sale. Like in the inspiring story of King Solomon and the gift of wisdom displayed when two mothers claimed ownership to the living baby...the real mother will say, “This is not about me and how I feel at this moment. The baby MUST live. Think about this statement the next time parishioners seem fickle and undependable; when ministry appears feeble and lacks the Hollywood luster others seem to be experiencing (you know, it is always a dangerous trap to compare anyways). Remember: you can not doubt in times of darkness what you've seen in the light. Now...lift your head high, open your mouth wide, and sing (declare) what you know is heaven's truth. Declare the things Abba Father holds dear in His heart about you, your family and the assignments He has given you. Then, signs of new life will begin to appear. While you're at it, don't forget to remodel and refurnish the baby's room. Prepare for it. Remove a wall if needed. All barrenness will be healed and any reproach will be removed. YOUR BREAKTHROUGH WILL COME! Success will be yours and you will soon be holding that baby in your arms. Sing on!

Ever attempted to hit a target that was standing still with a bow or bullet or a fist or knife? It doesn't take precision because your target is a sitting duck. Ever tried to hit that same target as it was moving and changing position/location unexpectedly? Much more difficult and for some, impossible. When the enemy finds that we are willing to sit and take the beating whether because of fear or laziness, he keeps coming back to us and its not hard to find us because we are sitting right where he left us so it does not take much effort on his part to overtake his prey. The beautiful truth, that remains hidden to some is that the adversary truly has very limited power and what power he does possess is power that he must first get permission from God to use in the earth. The same is applicable in our marriages and relationships. We many times continue to battle with the same issues and they come wrapped in the same paper and presented the same way yet we seem surprised when we are hit with them. We continue to be overtaken and seemingly defeated (we really have power) and the cycle of miscommunication and pain continues for another round. Most issues in marriage can be usurped by great communication and honest open dialogue but because we many times become accustomed to handling situations a certain way we miss opportunities to fix our issue before it presents in our faces again. Just when we think we have leveled out, the enemy will throw the same curve ball our way whether it be finances or an ex or even “baby mama or daddy drama” and again we are snuffed out and knocked off our block. Even when we are tried by the adversary, God is still looking and able to get the glory out of the situation and he desires to see us conquer that test and come out stronger and better and able to equip others not to fall where we may have previously. Once we learn to respond to our storms differently, we strip them of their power and although they may raise their ugly head again, we wont have to feel so defeated and in fact we can see those times as opportunity to show how God was a healer and a strong tower on our behalf. Our hard places in our relationships can be a stepping stone for someone else who was watching us go through and now needs to know that the same Father God that was mighty to save on our side , has a hand that moves on their side as well. Nothing we face in our homes is so strong that it can kill us if we recognize the source, are equipped for the fight, and have learned from previous situations that our destiny is written by the Hand of God and only his hand, or our hand can alter it. No outside influences, including forces of darkness can unwrite what Christ conquered on the cross, he can only distort our thinking so we convince ourselves he can. The next time the enemy sends mail to your home for you. and your mate, write plainly on the envelope, “Return to sender-No forwarding address.” Page 27 of 37 © 2010 - 2011 Anointed Fire Magazine- AnointedFire.com All Rights Reserved
True Worship by Katelyn Winkler “But the time is coming –indeed it’s here now – when true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and in truth. The Father is looking for those who will worship him that way. For God is Spirit, so those who worship him must worship in spirit and in truth.” John 4:24 It’s not rare to find that many people misunderstand the meaning of worship. More often than not they associate the term “worship” with the music they hear on Sunday morning, or the songs they may find on the Christian radio station. Although music is a powerful way of expressing our praises and love toward Christ, our worship should not end with the last notes that are played, nor the last words sung. Our worship should involve a daily glorifying and praising for our creator with the very lives that He gave us. “Ascribe to the Lord the glory due his name; bring an offering and come before him. Worship the Lord in the splendor of his holiness” (1 Chronicles 16.29). We have such an awesome and holy God, a God that allowed his only son to be killed in order to set us free, a God that would move mountains and part oceans for you, He truly deserves all the glory and honor we can give. This scripture is from the Old Testament when offerings were given in the form of burnt sacrifices often using animals, you may be asking what can we offer the Lord today? What does He require as a sacrifice? What can I possibly give the Lord that will be worthy of Him? Our sacrifices today are those of broken praises, of thanksgiving, of joy, of our love for who He is, what He has done, and what He will do. “And to love Him with all the heart, with all the understanding, with all the soul, and with all the strength, and to love one’s neighbor as oneself, is more than all the whole burnt offerings and sacrifices” (Mark 12.33). By offering our entire self, heart, soul, mind, and body we are worshiping our Lord. This is how we delight our God, by praising and loving Him, our worship is a sweet aroma to Him. “And walk in love, as Christ also has loved us and given Himself for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweetsmelling aroma” (Ephesians 5.2). As humans we have this bad habit of complicating things, making everything messy with our own expectations, but God makes His directions clear and simple. “For God is spirit, so those who worship him must worship in spirit and truth” (John 4.24). Jesus instructs for us to worship in spirit, meaning to give all of ourselves all of the time, not just parts of ourselves when we choose. He tells us to worship the Lord in truth, standing upon His word, His promises, and His love. When you have experienced His overflowing love for you, you won’t be able to help but fall over in worship for Him. I encourage you to examine your heart and see if you’ve been a true worshiper. “Come close to God, and God will come close to you” (James 4.8).

What Is Love Anyway? by Timothy Ward
When we think of love and its meaning, we come up with many different definitions and ideas. Is it a feeling, a choice, or something else? If you asked 100 different people to define love, you would probably get 100 different answers. I want to share some revelation that I received recently in regards to this subject. I pray you gain a new understanding of what it is to love. Is It A Feeling? If you ask people how they know they are in love, many will give you an answer based upon feelings. They might say that their heart beats faster, or that they have butterflies in their stomach, whenever they are around that special someone(spouse). True, these are feelings, but is that as deep as it gets? Are feelings all that you have to base your relationship upon? Relationships must be deeper than mere feelings. It takes time to develop and grow in love. The problem with feelings is that feelings will change based on circumstances and situations. If that person hurts you in some way, your feelings turn from butterflies to anger and bitterness. If you are having a bad day, that will come out in how you treat your spouse. FEELINGS ARE INTERNAL REACTIONS TO EXTERNAL CIRCUMSTANCES! Do not allow yourself to be ruled by your feelings. They will cause you to make decisions you normally would not make. Do not allow yourself to make permanent decisions based upon temporary problems. That is why we must know what love truly is. It is most definitely more than just a feeling. Is It A Choice? Being totally honest with you, I was one in this category, until recently. I always felt like love was a choice. I had to consciously make the decision and effort to love the other person. It is not always easy, and I definitely did not always feel like it. But, I know I am not by myself. We all have been in this place in our relationships. When you look in the Bible at 1 Corinthians 13 (The Love Chapter), we find what Scripture says about love. Page 29 of 37 Š 2010 - 2011 Anointed Fire Magazine- AnointedFire.com All Rights Reserved
Charity (love) suffereth long (patient), and is kind; charity envieth not; charity vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up, Doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil; Rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in the truth; Beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things. Charity never faileth If we look at these verses, all of these would be classified as choices we make if we say we love. Being patient is not a feeling, we have to make a conscious decision to be patient. None of us, if we are honest, like to wait. We want it now. Everything in these verses must be a choice. We have an option. We can be patient, or not. We can be kind or we can be cruel. We can be jealous, or we can trust. We can put others first, or we can be selfcentered. We can be polite, or we can be rude. We can put others needs before our own, or we can insist on our way. We can let things go, or we can choose to get angry. We can look for the good in others, or we can point out their faults. It is not our place to judge anyone. We are to walk in love. Scripture tells us: Matthew 5:44-48 - But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you; That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh the sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth forth rain on the just and on the unjust. For if ye love them which love you, what reward have ye? do not even the publicans the same? And if ye salute your brethren only, what do ye more than others? do not even the publicans so? Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect. Love Is To Be Our Nature! But how are we to be perfect? We can only be perfect, in love, when we truly understand what love really is. We know from Scripture that God is love. 1John 4:8 - He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love. 1 John 4:16,17 - And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us. God is love; and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him. Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as he is, so are we in this world. We are made perfect in love by walking in love with others. As God is, so are we in this world. In other words, we need to have the character and nature of God, in this world. What is the character and nature of God? Look back at 1 Corinthians 13 again. These verses describe the very essence of God. It is more than feelings or a choice we make. Love is to be our very nature, like God. If we do not love others, we are deceiving ourselves because if we love God we will love others. Look at this Scripture: 1 John 4:20,21 - If a man say, I love God, and hateth his brother, he is a liar: for he that loveth not his brother whom he hath seen, how can he love God whom he hath not seen? And this commandment have we from him, That he who loveth God love his brother also. Page 30 of 37 Š 2010 - 2011 Anointed Fire Magazine- AnointedFire.com All Rights Reserved
We are commanded to love our fellow man if we truly love God. It is not an option. Honestly, unless we have the character and nature of God, we would not be able to love our enemies. Love is to become our nature, and a way of life. Walking in love is an outward expression to non-Believers, that we belong to Christ. It is also a demonstration to God that we love Him. God never gave up on us. He loved us in spite of ourselves. He loved us even when we did not love Him or accept Him into our lives. He was willing to give His only Son to be our substitute on the cross, so that we could have eternal life and live with Him. And Jesus came willingly and lovingly laid down His life for us. That is an awesome demonstration of love. John 3:16 - For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. John 15:12,13 - This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you. Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends. We now understand, what is love anyway? Love is the very nature and character of God. It is to be our nature, our character, and our lives through Jesus Christ. It is only when we love others the way that Jesus loves us, that we will be able to change the hearts of men. It is when we walk in the love of God that we will be able to minister to, witness to, and be an example to those who do not believe. So, walk in love with the people around you. Demonstrate Jesus to them. Love them right where they are at. Accept them as someone Jesus died for, and have compassion on them. Jesus loved each of us, and willingly gave his life for us. We should be willing to give our lives back to Him, through loving the people He places into our lives. I pray that this has given you a little more understanding of Love.

Why He Left by Tiffany Kameni
You are a beautiful woman of GOD because you are made in the image of your FATHER in heaven. There is so much to you that you know your husband will one day love and appreciate. Maybe it's your sense of humor, or how you throw down in the kitchen. Maybe it is your willingness to stand by and fight for your man or maybe it is your willingness to be the submissive woman he needs. Whatever qualities you possess are extensions of the love that GOD has placed in you. (Knowing how to seduce a man is not a quality, for even the snakes charm one another.) Understand this: Love is a root. Whatever you love, you are rooted in and your behaviors and characteristics stem from that root. For example, the love of money is the root of all evil. GOD is Love, therefore, if GOD be your root, the blessings will stem up and from your life and flourish in all types of weather. But, something happened. A man that you loved, left you. And you didn't deserve it. You were a good girlfriend. You cooked, sexed and took care of him and all of a sudden, one day, this wasn't enough. Or maybe, you were his wife. And no matter how far to the ends of the earth you have went for this man and how far you were willing to go, he still left and now, you're hurt. It could have been 2 weeks, 2 months or 2 years ago, but no matter the time frame, you are still dealing with that heartache. And let me say this, before we go on. If you weren't a wife, you should not have sexed him. He left because an orgasm lasts but for a moment, but a life with you isn't as tingly. Why did he leave? Are all men dogs? Should you become the next 'player of the year' to ensure that you don't have to deal with this heartache again? Beware, it's about to get offensive because the truth does not apologize for being true. Some women were called as women and others are chosen as wives. Some men are called as men and others are chosen as husbands. The difference? The spirit that dwells therein. It's simple, everyone is not GOD's son or daughter. Some men, and women alike are the children of Satan. “Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.” (John 8:44) And what about the men who do belong to the LORD? The ones that got married and gave their wives Page 32 of 37 © 2010 - 2011 Anointed Fire Magazine- AnointedFire.com All Rights Reserved
a treadmill of a headache? Many people do not understand that they can be a child of GOD and still marry the wrong child of GOD or marry in the wrong season. He may be much learned in the WORD, mature and living his life in fear and trembling of the LORD and love for the LORD, while she may still be struggling with perversion, fornication, backbiting and fighting. But, he saw her at church. Squealing and screaming all up and down the pews. She dances for the LORD every Sunday and she's not ashamed to praise HIM. And she caught his eye and now, he wants her to wear his ring. Boy, does he have one migraine ahead of him, if he does not pray about her and let the LORD lead him in his decision. The eyes lie, our understanding yields only what we have in our hearts, therefore, we are easily deceived, as a people. There is a distinction between a woman and a woman of GOD. There is a difference between a man and a man of GOD. There is also a difference between a simple man and a husband, and a simple woman and a wife. If a husband marries a simple woman, he's in trouble and if a wife marries a simple man, her prayer life is about to become stronger. If you are a woman of GOD, chances are, he left you because he was a man, but not a man of GOD. A man goes after the desires of his flesh. He's attracted by what he sees, turn on by what he smells, appeased by what he touches, swept away by what he hears and fascinated by what he tastes. In other words, he is led by his 5 senses. His flesh is in the lead. Sure, he may move in with you, and in rare cases, marry you, but that does not change what he is led by. He wasn't chosen to be your husband, or anyone's husband, for that matter. But, because he had big eyes and curly hair, a 32 teeth, you couldn't get past his external physique. He's formed right and his voice has the power of bass, but his words are as soothing as a violin. And you believed every note he played, not paying attention to the devil pulling his strings. And when you saw the evil that was him, you thought you could change him. Devil fooled you, didn't he? Years and babies later, he's off in the wind, blowing into the lives of every woman that fits his 'type.' While, you are off with the next man like him, trying to figure out how to change him and just angry with him and every man that came in your life and well, acted like a man. Because you refuse to understand that GOD is not in fornication, GOD does not reserve devils for saints, GOD is not a GOD of lies, HE is the FATHER of Truth. Don't feel bad, sister, almost every woman has shared your plight at one time or another. But, today is the day that you decide you want to pass the lessons and graduate from being a woman to being a wife. Give up fornication. Stop allowing insults to become compliments. A man calling you sexy or talking about the form of your body is not a compliment. A husband calling you wife is! Let today be your day that you throw away every lingerie you have used in fornication, every gift the devil gave you for your sin, and any and everything that is tied to a man that is not your husband. It's simple, you have to be free before you can become a wife. You have to be consecrated. You have to forgive the 'men' that have hurt you so you can be loving and fair with the man of GOD that FATHER has reserved for you. You have to stop looking for a man and learn how to be found, this is the first step to submission in relation to a man. And above all, you have to submit to the WORD and be obedient to the LORD, thy GOD so that you will know how to be a wife. Because being a wife isn't the same thing as being a girlfriend. There were no girlfriends in the bible. A girlfriend is only an illegal wife, a setup by Satan to snare men and women of GOD into ungodly relationships with the promise that one day it will be Godly. And even if they do marry, which is rare, the marriage is scheduled for destruction because the two came into it through the backdoor, which is sin, instead of allowing GOD into their lives and their decisions. Whatever instruments Satan plays, he continues to play until it is taken from his hands and placed in the hands of the FATHER. Never ever think that just because you have married yourself out Page 33 of 37 Š 2010 - 2011 Anointed Fire Magazine- AnointedFire.com All Rights Reserved
of fornication, that you are home free. No. You have just entered into the 'big-boys' of trouble, since marriage is an institution setup by GOD. Because you came in with Satan as your third fold, you will see and deal with a lot of what you would not have had to see or deal with should you have waited on the LORD and did it HIS way, instead of creating your own way and expecting him to bless your disobedience. When you fornicated, you gave Satan the legal right to divide you because what is between you is not of GOD. And, woman of GOD, never think your beauty makes you exempt. I say that because I have met and ministered to so many sisters who are beautiful externally, who ask me why is it that the men that they have been with, shared parts of their life with and even had children with, have left them, never wanted to marry them, but when they hear through the grapevine who he's marrying or see his new fiance or bride, they are taken away. She's average or in many cases, by the world's standards, or externally unattractive. This baffles so many women, but truth is, a man is attracted, initially, to a woman's beauty and physique. That's it. Once she opens her mouth, he decides if he likes her mind or not, but nevertheless, if he doesn't like her mind, he still wants to bed her if he's wrestling with his flesh. Now, in all accounts, he could be in search of his wife, a man after GOD's own heart, with an issue like that of Samson's. He is a man still battling with the desires of his flesh and when he finds a woman, he quickly and easily decides whether she is a wife or a overnighter. Yes, ladies, a man can look at you and place you in a mental file, just like that, and it's hard, if not impossible to come out of that file, once he has decided that you are a 'sexy' piece of meat or a wife. But, when he finds a wife, he finds a good thing and no matter how you believe she isn't as pretty as you, he finds her more intriguing and attractive than you because she left a mystery at his feet and she keeps him searching even the more for a complete knowledge of her. She doesn't give in to his seductive looks and talks, as a matter of fact, she has put him in his place. “You either like me enough to want to know and marry me one day or you'd better stop wasting your time and mine and go find a woman for the moment. Because, that's not me.” In finding her out, he hasn't found her out. There is so much to her to be discovered and it delights him to be considered worthy by her for this adventure. She's a wife, even though the ceremony hasn't been performed, she's a mother, even though she may or may not already have children, she's a rare jewel, hiding in plain sight, a woman of GOD, someone to be honored amongst all women. She's a Proverbs 31 woman, the kind that even men of the world want (but, of course, a man of the world wouldn't know how to treat her, he'd default back to having rendezvous with women of the world.) And you're, well, you're not ready yet. Your season is coming, if you only wait on the LORD, be patient with the LORD and obey the LORD. You too, will be that woman that when a husband finds, he cherishes. He will know how to uplift you and display you, no matter how you may feel inferior in beauty to the other women he's dated. After all, you're not a date. Abraham didn't date Sarah, he married her. Joshua didn't date Leah and Rachel. He married them, even though Rachel was his objective. A husband considers his wife beautiful and of course, sexy...but, he respects her enough to marry her before he uses that word or displays his thoughts, but a husband, when he's not married and comes in contact with a 'sexy' woman that he can call 'sexy' and demonstrate to her why he think she's sexy, in most cases, will not marry this woman, no matter how beautiful she is. Don't continue to be a woman tossed from man to man, babies from the north, east, south and west. Instead, be obedient and seek the face of the LORD. Stop trying to be in every man's face that looks like a winner. How many times have you lost to this? And you keep telling yourself this lie, “I didn't lose! He lost out on a good thing!” Says who? You? You rate yourself in conceit, but reality is calling you a liar. If you want to be a wife, you must begin to act like a wife today and stop allowing some man to call you his girlfriend or the norm these days, “friend.” And that's how you stop becoming Page 34 of 37 © 2010 - 2011 Anointed Fire Magazine- AnointedFire.com All Rights Reserved
another man's ex. I'll leave you with this truth. I know women, who are single, but they are somebody's wife and every time a man tries to get to know them, he brings it! He understands that she is a wife and she is not to be disrespected, but of course, he may turn out to be a simple man with enough knowledge to identify a wife from a whoremonger. You've seen these type of women! They are primped and treasured by any man that tries to get to know them. Because even though wife is not stamped on her forehead, it is written all over her being. While the word 'whore' is written all over a woman who tries to sex a man into marrying her. Keep this truth and decide who you are, because these labels are the ONLY labels find for women, in the bible. You are either a: Virgin...Wife...Widow...Or a whoremonger..... There are no girlfriend's in the bible. And, if you are waiting for your Boaz, but you have slipped up in the past, when you didn't know any better and you're no virgin, once the LORD consecrates you, you are a virgin, in soul and spirit because GOD has severed the soul ties. Therefore, you are no longer a whoremonger, you are a woman of GOD, changed, a virgin yet again. Stay that way until the right man comes along and calls you wife.
