Warrior Adventure Quest (WAQ) This high-adventure Outdoor Recreation Program combined with a Leader-Led After Action Debrief (L-LAAD) is part of the Army’s holistic approach to RESET. This one-day program is free to all redeploying soldiers focused at the platoon level, and should be conducted within 120 days of their return to Ansbach. WAQ is designed to mitigate boredom and high-risk behavior of redeploying Soldiers by providing high-adventure activities in an outdoor environment. Unit representatives should contact Ansbach Outdoor Recreation at DSN 467.3225 to schedule a date for their platoon-sized group.

Let us care for your child while you learn about any or all of these great programs. Once your household is registered with Child, Youth and School Services(CYS Services) Parent Central Services (PCS) and you attend the CYS Services Orientation, you’re on your way! Once registered you may reserve care at the Katterbach or Storck Child Development Centers or School Age Centers. Parent Central Services will help with coordinating care for ACS Destination Ansbach classes. When reserving care at one of the Centers make sure to tell them it is for an ACS Destination Ansbach, ACS class. When you attend the class, make sure to get a voucher from your instructor to turn in when you pickup your child. The voucher will cover the cost of child care for the class as well as time to pick up your child(ren). Please note that if you schedule care but are unable to attend you must cancel with the Center otherwise your household will be billed. We look forward to meeting you!
