Choosing a good location for restaurant might be the single most effective thing you can do to succeed. And the most important part while select a location is how accessible your potential location. When looking at a restaurant location, consider the amount or accessibility of nearby parking, ease of access by car, foot traffic, and surrounding traffic patterns to make it as easy as possible for customers to visit your establishment.

The construction of the basement shall be allowed by the Authority in according with the land use and other provisions specified under the Development Control Rules. The basement to be constructed within the prescribed setback and prescribed building lines and subject to maximum coverage on Floor 1 (entrance floor) may be put to only the following uses:

BASEMENT :

a. Air- conditioning equipment and other machines used for services and utilities of the building; and b. Parking Space Every basement shall be in every part at least 2.4 m in height from the floor to the underside of the roof slab or ceiling. The minimum height of the ceiling of any basement shall be 0.9 m and the maximum, 1.2 m above the average surrounding ground level.

PLINTH :

The plinth or any part the building or out house shall be so located with respect to the surrounding ground level that adequate drainage of the the site is assured. The height of the plinth shall be not less than 45 cm from the surrounding ground level.
