The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overpowered it. John 1:5 TLV Welcome to the August Issue of Anybody’s Autos. This one is different as you may have noticed. We don’t typically run controversial political opinion, but this month we shall. Unless you are off the grid, you may have noticed a cultural war going on for America’s future. On the left are “radical liberals” with socialist focus trying to control the narrative through biased left wing billionaire owned Network media (Bill Gates for one, owner of MSNBC MicroSoft National Broadcasting Company) - on the right are “conservatives” you know, people who believe in God, are loyal to their God, their families and their neighbors. Any pretense of polite discourse or attention to facts seems to have vanished with President Trump’s election in 2016. The left wing media (Fake News) has completely abandoned fact checking, balanced presentation or any hint of neutrality or professional journalism. With bias and deception they haughtily tell us what and how to think. To remind you of recent attempts against Trump, please recall the relish with which the fake news breathlessly investigated for us the following false deep state narratives: Russian Collusion - Actually, that was the Democrats. The Mueller Report - Vindicated Trump despite Adam Schiff’s lies. Ukraine’s president’s / Trump phone call - Failed impeachment. That one helped focused attention on the Ukraine and Joe and Hunter Biden’s graft hustle. Nice job calling in a bribe on TV, Joe. Partisan impeachment by the Democrat House - This one sank without a ripple in the Senate. Nice job losing at dirty politics, Democrats. FBI’s misdeeds with the handling
of the Steel Dossier, used to wiretap the elected president’s campaign headquarters through a spook assisted FBI narrative to deceive the FISA court. Does anyone else think General Flynn would make a good FBI head? Ultimately the left seems to hate America and disdain the middle class and the values of most American citizens. Through all of it, President Trump has been remarkably effective in the administration of the great experiment in freedom under God we call America. And make no mistake, this is ALL about trying to unseat president Trump. He is a SERIOUS THREAT to the status quo in the circles of political power and intrigue. Despite the left’s manic assault on president Trump and the electorate‘s intelligence, Trump has been remarkably effective during his last 3.5 years as our nation’s chief executive. He has taken out the top two terrorist’s on nearly every country in the world’s threat board, moved the American Embassy in Israel from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem - something the last 24 years of presidential oversight has not accomplished, fought to defund the Planned Parenthood murder we tolerate as legal abortion due to court fiat; a law that was never passed yet still enacted by the Roe v. Wade 1973 Supreme Court edict. About 60 million Americans aborted and counting. And by the way, if Black Lives Matter so much, why aren’t they up in arms over more black abortions than live births in New York City? The highest ratio of abortions to live births demographic is blacks. Black Lives Matter just hasn’t noticed yet. . . no wait, they are part of the Democrat political machine and the Dems that never heard of an abortion method they didn’t like. He also made good his campaign promise to build a border wall – consequently illegal entry over our southern boarded

Not really, just a fear tactic. The fear created by the orchestrated attack sure has been real enough. It’s also revealed some of our left leaning RINO’s (Republicans In Name Only) as well as socialist activist politicians in Democrat controlled cities and states. Apparently their strategy is to destroy the populace they’ve been elected to serve by firing the police and encouraging riots and destruction. I’m sure some billionaire money interests will “help” pick up the pieces when this blows over - think pennies on the dollar for asset acquisition after enough small businesses are destroyed through the fake flu narrative (Covid 19). The numbers of deaths DO NOT support the liberal narrative at all. We’ve had a lot worse flu seasons and survived without self destruction, the goal the left is rabidly pursuing. But it won’t work. City of Gillette Has “Bully” Leadership (and not like Teddy Roosevelt’s use of the word)
Louise Carter-King – “LuLu,” began politics in 1991 when elected to the Gillette City Council. Becoming mayor in January of 2015, she’s a second generation politician since Herb Carter, her father, was mayor from 1982 to 1990. Until recently, her actions as councilwoman and mayor seemed routine and less than remarkable. Or were they? Her recent actions may indicate she has perceived a need to exercise a bit more authority than warranted - unless you’re the thought police. Taking advantage of an emerging hostile social atmosphere to threaten another individual’s rights with her assumed “moral- high ground.” It appears Lulu decided to take action against elected city council member Shay Lundvall’s “thumbs up” likes on Facebook. Using these against him, Mr Lundvall was informed by Lulu that if he did not resign she would use the post he had “liked” against him by magnifying it publicly and threatening to turn the public against him. Concerned for his reputation and family, Lundvall resigned with an extensive apology letter. LuLu made the information she threatened Lundvall with public anyway.
As to his resignation, Shay Lundvall’s July 11th Facebook entry, posted at 7:50 AM, that “...it was not cowardice that kept me from making statements that I desperately wanted to make. I was operating under advice from law enforcement that had begun a criminal investigation into the events leading to my resignation.” It was explained that investigators could lose a valuable advantage if the investigation became common knowledge. Subsequently Bob Vomhoff, the holder of the facebook page that Lundvall “liked”, began getting trashed by the politically correct
thought police with “Marxist” buzz words like “bigot”, “sexist”, and “racist”. As events developed, many thought perhaps the mayor may have been behind some of the trash talk and threats Vomhoff received. As people in Gillette were made aware of these things, they began to protest Carter-King’s overreach at a recent city council meeting where public comment was allowed.
At some point amidst the chaos, the mayor called the protesters “stupid hillbillies”, prompting signs which read “stupid hillbilly justice”. The mayor’s cavalier attitude toward those who were incensed over her political intimidation of a councilman only added fuel to the fire. The next city council was July 7th, 2020, where public comments were allowed. Starting the Council meeting former municipal judge Doug Dumbrill requested permission to speak on a “municipal court matter”. This judge began a planned, dramatic, theatrical display and monopolized the microphone to deliver his rant. A casual observer might assume he was standing up for the mayor and council, especially since one of the councilmen was his nephew. Rather than quiet the assembly with profound wisdom from the bench he nearly started a riot. Among other incendiary comments, the former judge erroneously proclaimed that freedom of speech isn’t “free”, but an “earned” right for a deserving few, and those speaking against the mayor were “COwARDS” and “TRASH” and needed to “SHUT UP” he yelled. (See Pink sidebar facing page on “Freedom of Speech”) And this was just the first 2-3 minutes of his caustic tirade. Many attendees were veterans, and they were not persuaded by his viewpoint.

In fact they began to stand up and shout Dumbrill down, leading to the near riot and evacuation of the room. Since pubic comment was limited to 2 minutes per speaker and Dumbrill only quit talking as police cleared the room to prevent a riot - it’s likely his comments were expected to benefit the city councils’ image - but they most surely did NOT improve the mayor’s stature in the eyes of the public. when police allowed people

back into that City Council meeting the residents had an opportunity to speak, and quite a few demanded the mayor resign. A petition calling for the mayor Carter King’s resignation with over 3000 signatures was presented. Apparently not all of Gillette’s citizens and veterans aren’t quite on board with the “thought police” on the Gillette City Council.

Taxpayers Fund “The Field of Nightmares” During the Obama administration Louise Carter-King’s page on GillettewY.gov points out, a “...severe shortage of youth softball and baseball fields was identified.” Nothing $16 or $17 million dollars wouldn’t fix, right? That language alone should tell you something. The 2008 financial meltdown was only a few years old, and in the midst of the Obama administration, recreation was not a top concern of local Gillette residents. Keeping food on the table was. Troubles still abounded in wyoming in 2016 where Obama - era regulations crippled the energy industry. Blackjewel LLC, went belly up leaving lots of debt and unpaid employees and tax bills. Additionally, under the leadership of president Trump, America became energy independent, but the Covid-19 DemPanic managed to crush oil prices crippling the local oil & gas businesses. So in addition to losing many primary
jobs in Campbell County, we have increased utility bills that have gradually ratcheted up under the current City Council. To fix a “severe shortage of youth softball and baseball fields”, Mayor Carter-King authorized the construction of what has been nicknamed the “field of dreams”. It wasn’t in the works prior her taking office as of 2015. Donald Trump wasn’t elected until November of 2016, but this complex was under way already. Gillette was and still is struggling financially. why in the world would the mayor be focused on a pet project during a recession, and one which hikes up everybody’s utility bills? Shouldn’t projects like that be tabled until the community is doing better? County17.com reported the following on April 22, 2020: “According to information in the council’s agenda packet, ‘The typical residential utility customer in the City of Gillette will see an average increase of 2.8% on their utility bill, or $5.14 per month, from $183.08 per month (existing) to $188.22 per month (proposed).’ ” It’s important to work backwards as a means of determining how such numbers were decided on. The “Energy Capital Sports Complex” dubbed “Field of Dreams” by some locals, “Field of Nightmares” by others, cost $250k initially according to a Gillette News Record article printed January 15, 2019. The article went on to state that the: “...project cost $16.2 million
for buying state-owned land, planning and building the four softball fields, a sledding hill and a 2.4-mile recreational path. The project’s cost also increased by $300,000 for opening a year later than expected.” Let’s tabulate that up. We’re talking a final sum of $16,750,000. So if there are approximately 4,500 family households in Gillette, how is $5.14 a month per household going to pay for that? Well, if 4,500 families are paying an extra, on average, $5.14 a month for utilities, then the whole town pays in $277,560 a year. $16,750,000 divided by $277,560 a year comes to 60.3 years of fat utility bills—unless the city gradually hikes that price up to pay for the project. That’s a big chunk of change that takes a human lifetime to pay off by the whole community, and the plan may be to gradually keep ratcheting up utility bills to pay for it sooner. There is no guarantee of increased population or economy in Gillette over the next sixty years. Hopefully it comes; but betting on it with the community’s money at a $16,750,000 fee to sit at the gambling table is a bad call. This rate increase was approved not only despite local conditions producing a recession, but during COVID-19. More than just miners have been negatively affected by 2020’s economic woes. Even the mayor is well aware of this. As quoted in the same April 22nd County17 article, “We know that people are hurting now. Even before the COVID-19 virus reared its ugly head, our extractive industries were suffering the effects of changes in the global economy. Some say that it’s time for us to slow down or stop improving our community. We hear that every time there is an economic slowdown in our local economy. If we stopped progressing because things slow down or they might slow down, we wouldn’t get anything done and that just isn’t the Gillette way. We have always moved forward and got the job done.” The key thrust of that quote is “progressive”. The thought police must know what’s best! Freedom of Speech exists to protect “Hate Speech”. think about it. nobody wants to legislate to protect “Love Speech” the hate speech the country’s founders were protecting was to permit public disagreement with existing power. those in power almost always define “Hate Speech” as something said that they don’t like or, “hate” to hear. thank god we have Free Speech!

How Did Liberals Sneak into Wyoming Politics?
Isn’t it interesting that almost every politician in Wyoming has a little “R” by their name, but most of them tend to vote between liberal, and “very liberal”? How can we track the left leaning tendencies of a RINO? Ten legislative votes that should have been split by party affiliation – Republican or Democrat – were scored. The “Very Liberal” politicians missed the Republican side of the vote 10 out of 10 times!
How can there be such a diversity of political opinion within one party?
According to EvidenceBasedWyoming. com, which catalogs the voting record of politicians to plot out their political affiliation, the preponderance of local politicians tend to vote between moderate and very liberal, and only a minority vote conservative to very conservative. But every name on that list has an “R” beside it, indicating “Republican”. Strange times indeed! How can there be such a diversity of political opinion within one party? Well, it may very well be because the majority of so-called “conservative” politicians use the banner “Republican” to gain votes, but in fact these

leaders are RINO’s—Republicans In Name Only. Thankfully, even a sickly elephant is bigger than a large rhino, but that metaphor is beside the point: Please Refer To Sidebar at Right for a look at who is who in the political zoo of Wyoming. If you count the political affiliates in the sidebar, you may notice something: the truly “conservative” politicians of Wyoming represent the smallest group
out of the whole. On the “very liberal” side are ten politicians. Generalized “liberal” politicians include thirty-seven names. In the “moderate” section are fifteen names. The “conservative” group is smallest with seven names, and there are only eight in the “very conservative” section. So combining those together, you’ve really only got 15 names in leadership on the “right” side of the fence, and 42 names that are center to left. In terms of leadership, the left has 6 senators and representatives, and 21 chairs, while on the right side of the moderate divider are only 3 chairs. There are none in leadership in Wyoming on the right. This is how America is getting dragged to the left.
Politicians get voted in based on their party affiliation, rather than their voting record Politicians get voted in based on their party affiliation, rather than their voting record, and the end result is a vast conglomeration of liberals and moderates posing as republicans, but voting and leading in a way that is exactly opposed to the interests of those voting republican. Yet those voters aren’t aware this is going on, because they’re busy with life—you know, things like paying bills, taxes, and raising a family? Political intrigues are mired in a swamp of complication, and very few have time to parse the ways in which we are deceived. In a word, the majority of politicians in Wyoming are lying to us. They’re representing themselves one way, and voting another. This is the swamp in action, and as you well know by this point in our country’s history, it is not something solely limited to Wyoming. - Bennett

A pristine lake fed by a clear, uncorrupted political stream must first be maligned slowly before enough people turn a blind eye to the degradation that the muck can compound. Our country was once such a pristine political lake, but ever-slowly, ever surely, it has become corrupt. To know just how this fine environment became so polluted, we must recognize the creatures responsible for its degradation. The Swamp Lets Bureaucrats Make Policy
There are also reptilian snake-things with a funky musk about them and a career at some DMV. Not all of them at the DMV are bad, not all are good, bureaucrats are their own class, and they become increasingly necessary as Marxist policies expand government.
Furthermore, this is fostered by legislators in congress and the senate who hide behind the substantial edifice of this bureaucracy, like gators in the mud, justifying their actions with phrases like: “Oh, that’s not our fault, it’s just the bureaucratic policy right now.”
Appointed Officials: a Plecostomus on a Political Posterior
Appointed officials are somewhere between a bureaucrat and a politician in the political swamp. They might occupy the position of, say, a municipal judge. Municipal judges tend to be young guys, unless they “go career” and simply squat on the bench as long as the local community allows them to.

Off the top of your head, three nasties come readily to mind: Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, and Joe Biden; all of whom have spent decades as “statesmen” cementing their careers for their own purposes, rather than those of the constituencies they represent. Part of draining the swamp and re-establishing a pristine lake paradise involves scraping these bureaucratic barnacles out of the water. Remember, with a career in bureaucracy, protecting one’s position as a cog in the machine becomes all important. A certain moral flexibility is apt to develop as a result.
Some lawyers tend to become local judges if their practices aren’t quite as lucrative as they’d like and those attorneys are seeking more secure, reliable employment. Municipal judges are appointed to their positions, they’re not voted in. Some may be unremarkable attorneys who smooch the right rump and keep their lips attached like a Plecostomus (sucker fish) in a pond of scum.
Not all appointed officials are bad— hey, a healthy fish tank needs a sucker fish to keep it clean. But the more miry the swamp, the more these wall-eyed funk fish predominate, and the stinkier everything gets.
Ever notice? When CNN, MSNBC, ABC, CBS, & NBC News anchors repeat the identical phraseology on a “Fake News” item - it’s almost AS IF they were marching to identical orders!
Mockingbird Journalists Squawking Through Brown-Nosing Beaks
Fake News journalists are the birdbrains of the political swamp. There was a time when journalism had respectability. That hasn’t been the case for at least fifteen years, probably longer—remember, William Randolph Hearst fabricated an entire war to sell newspapers in the late 1800s. Today, journalists just regurgitate whatever narrative they’re fed by their bosses. Have you watched the local news recently?

Renfield Swamp Zombies Spreading The Disease
Dracula had a helper: Renfield. If Governor Gavin Newsom of California is a “Dracula” or a “vampire” (and if anybody is, it’s that guy), then aids, advisors, and voters keeping him in power are the “Renfields” of the scene. They’re scurrying little toadies doing the bidding of their overlord in hopes of being inducted into the infernal eternality of their vampiric overlords. But they’ll never be turned into a vampire; the familiars are just lackeys who stay that way until the day they expire. In the
process, though, the Renfields try to increase ranks so they don’t feel like such rubes.
Collegiate professors are worst about this; they’re often found wearing masks and causing property destruction during ironically fascist “Antifa” protests. Actors, musicians, rappers, and college professors act as “useful idiots”. They’ve been tricked by Marxism into advocating for this religious movement masquerading as a political ideology.

A Veteran’s Perspective As Wyoming’s primary elections near, my uncle asked me to jot down my thoughts on liberal Republicans. I remember being a liberal. I had just learned that school would not be a place where teachers spoon-fed students information, as if we were royalty. Worse, a young person would need to work hard and could only get out of his or her education—out of their life—what they put into it. How could life be so cruel and unfair?! Why couldn’t those in charge make life easier? The next day, I accepted life’s harsh reality. My outrage died down and I decided simply to do my best, whatever the challenge might be. I would never again think that government should exist to make life easy for the people. I was five. Contrast that with 39-year-old “ponytail guy,” who asked during the 1992 presidential town hall, “How can we as, symbolically, the children of the future president expect the three of you to meet our needs?” Remember the story of the diligent ants who worked hard to feed themselves and the lazy grasshopper who preferred to fiddle and play? Proverbs 6:6 - “Lazy one, take a lesson from the ant. Think about its ways, and be wise.” Proverbs 20:4 - “The sluggard does not plow after the autumn, so he begs during the harvest and has nothing.” Proverbs 19:15 - “Whoever is lazy regarding his work is also a brother to the master of destruction.” Sociologists and political scientists differ on the appropriate role of

Wyoming has the goodness and charm it does precisely because it collectively rejects big-city evil. God said two very powerful things on the topic of good and evil, right and wrong, and used the distinction of himself vs. the Devil. He said that no man could serve two masters. We must choose one or the other. He also said he would spit out someone who was “luke-warm”—neither hot nor cold regarding His goodness vs. Satan’s evil—rather than welcome that soul into heaven. The question is simple. Given a choice that includes a true conservative, why on earth would the good people of Wyoming EVER choose instead to nominate a luke-warm, left-leaning, RINO politician to any position of power? Now next two in my personal “Hall of Shame” for Newspeak may not technically be a Government creations, but they really are because the are both given life from the wicked and perverse among the Deep State that seek power at any cost (to others, of course).
Number two, “Antifa”, or Anti-Fascists. What’s particularly hilarious about ANTIFA is that they ARE the self anointed thought police. They are actually wannabe Fascists! They are as fascist in action and thought as you can become. To clarify, a Fascist is:
