Business Spotlight - Pure Romance by Jocelyn Bell Funny, outgoing and intelligent. That is how I would describe Jocelyn Bell. It take a special kind of person to make a good living at what she does. Jocelyn is a consultant for Pure Romance, a company that specializes in empowering women and promoting their personal ad sexual well-being. Originally from the suburbs of Washington DC, Jocelyn moved to the Myrtle Beach area in 2011. Since then she has built a great business hosting parties for Pure Romance. One may ask "What exactly is Pure Romance"? Simply put, Pure romance is empowering women by raising awareness of these sensitive subjects, the foundation aims to work with health care providers to help them improve the quality of life for women across the globe. In reality, it's that and a lot more fun. Pure romance parties are for adult women only. Men and children are not invited. This exclusivity allows shows to stay relaxed and classy while still offering everything a woman would need concerning intimate relationship. When you book a show with Jocelyn, she show up with everything you need for a good party. Most everything you will see is available for purchase at the show. No need to order, pay and wait for weeks for your items to arrive. The items for sale range from mild to wild. Products like spa beauty and bath items as well as lingerie, pheromone products and all bedroom necessities are available and for sale. Additionally, anybody can become a Pure Romance Consultant. This allows you to make money every time you have a party. Jocelyn has been doing this very thing for over 12 years and is now a at the directory level with many consultants in her organization.

Tom Thill was born in Washington DC and spent 5 years in the air force as a tanker crew chief. Basically, he was the chief charged with refueling B-52's on long runs during the Vietnam war. Following that, Tom joined a Connecticut company that manufactured ultrasonic cleaning equipment doing sales and marketing. It was in Connecticut that Tom met his future wife, Martha through a mutual friend. When Tom retired from the industry in 2007, he moved with his wife Martha to the Myrtle Beach area. They have been married for 25 years and are now partners in a real estate agency.

SHOUT MB: How is life in Myrtle Beach since you move here? TOM: We love Myrtle Beach. I am an avid golfer with a 19 handicap. I meet a lot of contacts on the course that helps with building a business here. Living in Barefoot is great. Although we lost our home in the famous Barefoot Fire, we have since rebuilt and are once again enjoying the surroundings. Both Tom and his wife had visited Myrtle Beach in the past and came to appreciate the beaches and golf available. SHOUT MB: What do you do for fun? TOM: I golf in my spare time. The golf course is a great way to make friends and grown my business network. I was a ranger on a local golf course for awhile and really enjoyed that also. SHOUT MB: How will the new "team" approach work? TOM: Martha has grown the business to the point where she really needs help when multiple clients require attention. I can show a house while Martha is attending closing. We can deliver a higher quality service to all our clients with extra manpower. SHOUT MB: How do you feel about the real estate market in the Myrtle Beach area? TOM: The market is in an upswing and gradually coming out of the recession. This spring is the strongest since 07. Myrtle Beach is definitely looking up overall . The Grand Strand areas the 2nd fastest growing area in the Tom and Martha Thill nation next to Lake City FL.
