A standard HSP 3200 Open drive HallScrew compressor pack comprises the following: • HallScrew single screw open compressor • Electric drive motor – foot mounted squirrel cage to IP23 (IP55) • Spacer coupling drive and guard • Horizontal oil separator • Oil management system including oil filter, oil level sight glass, oil heater, oil drain, oil sensor and solenoid valve • Liquid injection oil cooling controls (TEV, filter and solenoid valve) or external oil cooler (water or thermosyphon) • Electronic controller • Suction strainer • Suction–non return valve • Dual safety pressure relief valve with three-way changeover valve to EN378 • High-pressure safety cut-out • PED certification for EC customers

A standard HSP 2000 Open drive HallScrew compressor pack comprises the following: • HallScrew single screw open compressor mounted on horizontal separator • Spacer coupling drive and guard • Lifting points • Provision for 380/440 V or 3.5 kW 50Hz motor • Start up oil pump • Lubrication system including oil pump, oil filter and oil separator to minimise oil carry over • High pressure cut-out mechanical • Liquid injection oil cooling controls (TEV, filter and solenoid valve) or external oil cooler (water or thermosyphon) • Suction strainer and suction–non return valve • Electronic controller • Continuously running oil pump for booster applications • Coalescing filter elements and mesh pad for R717 and other refrigerants • PED certification for EC customers
