Here are some attractions and activities we recommend for the winter season: Take a trip up the Cairngorm Railway, the UK’s highest funicular railway and capture stunning views from the top. Enjoy skiing or snowboarding at Cairngorm Mountain with lessons available too. If you’re planning snowsports during your visit you can add on your ski hire while you book online. Go sledging at The Hayfield, a popular spot for visitors and locals alike. Enjoy magical winter walks around Loch Morlich or Loch an Eilein.
