产品用途 Usage 电磁脉冲阀(亦称隔膜阀)是脉冲袋式除尘器清灰喷吹系统的压缩空气“开 关”。受脉冲喷吹控制仪输出信号的控制,对滤袋逐排(室)喷吹清灰,使除尘器的 阻力保持在设定的范围之内,以保证除尘器的处理能力和收尘效率。 DMF-Y型电磁脉冲阀为淹没式阀(亦称嵌入式阀),它直接安装在分气箱上, 具有更好的流通特性。压力损失有所下降,适合于气源压力较低的工作场合。 Electro-magnetic valve (also called diaphragm valve) is the "switch" for compressed air in the dust clean blowing system of the pulse bag filter. Controlled by the output signals of the pulse jet control device, it makes dust clean to the filter bags cell by cell to keep the resistance of the baghouse within the set range and thus guarantee the processing functions and the dust-collecting efficiency of the baghouse. DMF-Y electro-magnetic pulse valves are embedded valves (also called submergedones) which are directly installed on the manifold box. They have better flow characteristics and operate with reduced pressure loss, therefore, the are suitable for conditions where the pressure of the gas source is relatively low.

膜片把电磁脉冲阀分成前、后二 个气室,当接通压缩空气时,压缩空 气通过节流孔进入后气室,此时后 气室压力将膜片组件紧贴阀的输出 口,电磁脉冲阀处于“关闭”状态。 脉冲喷吹控制仪的电信号使电 磁脉冲阀衔铁后移,阀后气室放气 孔打开,后气室迅速失压,膜片组件 后移,压缩空气通过阀输出口喷吹, 电磁脉冲阀处于“开启”状态。 脉冲喷吹控制仪电信号消失,电 磁脉冲阀衔铁复位,后气室放气孔 关闭,后气室压力升高使膜片组件 紧贴阀的输出口,电磁脉冲阀又处于 “关闭”状态。

The electro-magnetic pulse diaphragm valve is composed of two gas cells. When the compressed air is connected,it comes into the back gas cell though the orifice. The pressure in the back gas cell pushes the diaphragm closely against the outlet of the valve and the electro-magnetic valve stays in the "closed" condition. The electrical signals from the pulse jet control device move the armature of the electro-magnetic pulse valve. The air escape of the back gas cell opens and the back gas cell loses pressure quickly, thus the diaphragm moves back and the compressed air blows through the valve outlet. The electro-magnetic pulse valve comes into the "open" condition. When the electrical signals from the pulse jet control device disappear, the armature of the electro-magnetic pulse valve returns to its original position. The air escape of the back gas cell closes and the pressure in the back gas cell rises, which pushes the diaphragm closely against the valve outlet. The electro-magnetic valve comes into it s "closed" condition again.

Inspected by Shanghai Institute of Measurement and Testing Technology, it can meet the technical requirement of GB4208-93. Good quality imported membranes shall be selected and used for all the valves, with each part checked in each manufacturing procedure, and put into the assembly line conforming to all the procedures. DMF-Y-25、DMF-Y-40的阀体和连接管是 用螺纹连接再与分气箱拧在一起。螺纹间应填 以四氟乙烯生料带或密封膏紧固密封。为了方便 安装,我公司专门生产配套的连接管,用铝合金

压铸而成,具有密封性好,安装便捷等特点。连 接管出口为压接镙帽形式,见图9、图10。 In the case of DMF-Y-25, DMF-Y-40 the valve body and the connecting tube are screwed directly to the manifold box by screws. Green stock band of tetrafluoroethylene or sealing paste should be put between the threads for sealing purpose. The die-cast aluminium connecting tubes could be provided for easy assembly. See Fig. 9,10 crimp connection for tube outlets.

DMF-Y-50、DMF-Y-62、DMF-Y-76的阀体,是把连接管 先固定在分气箱上,再把阀体套在连接管上(适当润滑),然后 用螺栓固定在分气箱上。为了方便安装,我公司专门生产配套 的连接管,用铝合金压铸而成,具有密封性好,安装便捷等特 点。连接管出口为滑动式,见图11-图13。 In the case of 2"(50mm) , DMF-Y-50, DMF-Y-62, DMF-Y-76, the connecting tubes should be fixed to the manifold box before the valve body is put around the connecting tube (properly lubricated) and finally fixed to the manifold box by the bolt. The die-cast aluminium connecting tubes could be provided for easy assembly. See Fig. 11-13 slide connection for tube outlets.

在安装时所有的O型密封圈都要涂上合适的润滑剂。 All the O-shaped sealing loops should be properly lubricated during the installation.
所有Y型阀的装配方式都配有密封垫,特别是“浮动” 密封垫利用分气箱内的空气压力固定在分气箱表面。 All the Y-type valves are provided with sealing plates, in particular, the "floating" sealing plates which are fixed to the surface of the manifold box by the air pressure in the bag.
电磁脉冲阀应与DMK型脉冲喷吹控制仪配套使用。电磁脉冲阀线圈上共有三个插脚,并配有专 用插头,其中一个有" "符号的为接地插脚,用户可根据需要决定是否接地。 (一般情况下,电压小于 36V时可不接地,大于36V时就应接地。)另二个为线圈电源插脚,分别与脉冲喷吹控制仪对应顺序的 端子和阀用公共线的端子相连接。见图14(详见DMK型脉冲喷吹控制仪使用说明书安装章节)。 The electro-magnetic pulse valves are used in combination with DMK pulse jet control devices. There are total three pins on solenoid with special plugs, one pin with the symbol " " is for grounding. (In normal case, it needn't be ground connected when voltage less than 36V, and should be ground connected when voltage greater than 36V.) The other pins are for power supply which are connected between the corresponding terminals of pulse control device and the common terminals of pulse valve. Refer to Fig 14. (See the manual of pulse jet control device for details.)

安装时可采用 3 /4 " 或1"电线管侧面打孔(打孔数与电磁脉冲阀只数相同),穿以 0.3mm 2 ~0.5mm 2铜导线,使电磁脉冲阀与脉冲喷吹控制仪保持良好的电气连接,其喷 吹宽度和间隔均由脉冲喷吹控制仪设定。

除尘器分气箱(包括接管)由用户自定,分气箱容量应满足提供电磁脉冲阀工作稳定 的气源,分气箱内壁应清洁无铁锈等杂物,分气箱无泄漏,并符合有关安全的各项要求。

该阀与气包及喷吹连接管的密封件适用温度为-25℃~90℃。如需高温密封件,请订 购时另行注明。
The power supply uses 3/4" or 1" wire conducts with holes on the side (the number of holes being equal to number of pulse valves) and 0.3mm 2~0.5mm 2 copper wires going through the conducts to have good electrical connection for the pulse control device. Both the spray intervals and the width are to be set by the pulse control device.
The manifold box of the baghouse (including the connecting tube) is to be defined by the customer. Its capacity should meet the air source supplied so as to ensure steady work of electro-magnetic pulses. It should be clean on the wall of the manifold box without any rust. The header should be installed without leakage and meet all safety requirements.
Sealing parts of the valve sealed from head and valve, blowing tube and valve apply to the temperature between -25℃~90℃. Please give indication for high temperature sealing parts when placing orders.
特别提示 Notice 由 于 淹 没 式 阀 是 与 分 气 箱 组 合 在 一 起 的, 因 此 分 气 箱 的 制 造 质 量 十 分 重 要 ,除 了 符 合 JB10191-2000《袋式除尘安全要求,脉冲喷吹类袋 式除尘器用分气箱》的要求外,还应附合如图15所 示的平行度、平面度、同心度和垂直度等各点要求, 否则不仅造成泄漏,浪费能源,严重的还将危及人 身、设备安全,特别提请用户主意。
Because the submerged valve is connected to the valve manifold box, the manufac turing quality of the valve manifold box is very important. Besides compliance with the JB10191-2000 requirement "Bag House Safety Requirement to Pulse Jet Bag House based Manifold Box", it shall also comply with the requirements of parallelism, flatness, concentricity and verticality etc. as shown in Fig. 15. If not complied with, there will be leakage and energy waste, and even endangerment to personnel life and equipment safety. Therefore, it is very important that attention is given to this matter.

分气箱与阀安装面不平整,(见图16)阀体各 个螺栓紧固后会使各个安装脚受力不均而发生 断裂,分气箱充气后有可能将阀体弹出。即使分 气箱与阀安装面平整,阀体各个螺栓的紧固应 按对角线逐个逐步拧紧,使每个螺栓均匀受力。 若发现泄漏而需拧紧某一螺栓,应先拧松其对 角的螺栓然后再逐个拧紧。分气箱在未放尽压 缩气体情况下,严禁拧动任何相关的紧固件。

分气箱二侧安装孔的同心度,联接管与分气 箱二侧的垂直度是保证阀体输出端与联接管顺利 吻合的关键。当联接管处于不垂直或偏心状态下, 试图拧紧阀体安装螺栓来校正联接管的做法,将 会损坏阀体或使密封圈单边受力而造成泄漏(见 图17)。建议不要采用联接管与分气箱焊接的工 艺,避免给安装和维修带来麻烦。
正确的安装方法 Correct Mounting Method
The concentricity of the mounting holes on both sides of the valve manifold box, and the verticality of the two sides of the tube connector and the valve manifold box, are the keys for ensuring proper fitness between the outlet end of the valve body and the tube. When the tube connector is in a state of non-vertical or eccentricity, tightening the mounting bolts on the valve body to correct the tube connector will result in damage to the valve body or leakage caused by single side stress to the seal ring (Fig. 17). It is suggested not to weld the tube connector to the valve manifold box, in order to avoid causing troubles in mounting and maintenance.

If there is unevenness between the valve manifold box and the mounting surface of the valve, after each bolt has been tightened, the valve body will crack due to uneven stress on each mounting foot (see Fig. 16). The valve body might be knocked off after the valve manifold box has been charged. Even if the valve manifold box is mounted evenly with the valve, each bolt on the valve body should be tightened one by one according to a diagonal line to ensure that each bolt is under uniform stress. If one bolt must be tightened because a leakage is found, unscrew its diagonal bolt first, then tighten the bolts one by one. In the circumstance that the compressed air in the valve manifold box has not been discharged completely, screwing any relevant fastener is strictly prohibited.

在考虑阀的安装位置时,先导阀的排气孔是不 能向上的,应水平或向下, (见图19)以免有雨水或 异物掉入排气孔而影响阀的正常使用。

When considering the mounting position of the valve, the exhaust hole of the lead valve should not be faced upward, but should be horizontal or downward to prevent rain or foreign substances from dripping into the exhaust hold and affecting the normal use of the valve (see Fig. 19).

联接管与阀口"O"形密封圈套入处应保持清洁, (见图20)联接管有剖面线的部位处不能涂油漆。 可涂适量润滑剂,以便安装而又不影响密封性能。

The lead part of the valve cannot be put under stress. Special attention must be paid during hoisting, other wise the performance of the valve will be influenced, and the whole valve could be damaged (see Fig.18).

The tube connector and "O" shape seal ring of the valve must be kept clean, and the cross section line of the tube connector cannot be painted. It can be lubricated with the appropriate amount of lubricant to facilitate mounting, without affecting sealing performance (see Fig. 20).

Y型阀,同一气包的某几个阀漏气,造 成所有阀漏气的假像。 Y-valve. Some valves for the same gas dome are leaking, thus causing leakage for all the valves.
排查漏气。 Check the leakage.
Z型阀,阀的进气口与喷吹口相反安装。 Z-valve. The valve inlet and blowing muzzle are installed backwards.
重新安装。 Re-install.
某些阀无法关闭,有漏气。 Some valves cannot be closed. There is leakage.
有杂质吸附在膜片上,动铁芯有卡死现象。 There is some dirt or debris on the membrane, it is blocking the moving iron core.
清洁膜片,检查膜片是否完整,检查 动铁芯及气塞。 Clean the membrane and check that the membrane is complete. Check the moving iron core and air lock.
阀关闭缓慢。 A valve closing is slowly.
膜片节流孔受堵。 The membrane orifice is blocked.
疏通膜片节流孔。 Dredge the membrane orifice.
某些阀漏气,膜片关不死,阀常开。 Some valves are leaking. The membrane cannot close tightly and the valve is always open a little.
有杂质吸附在膜片上,先导损坏;动 铁芯有卡死现象。 There is some dirt or debris on the membrane, the leading part is damaged. Moving iron core is blocked.
清洁膜片,检查膜片是否完整,检查 动铁芯及气塞等,及时更换配件。 Clean the membrane and check that the membrane piece is complete. Check the moving iron core and the air lock. Replace the accessories if necessary.
线圈发热,烧毁。 Coil is hot and burned out.
长时间通电。 It has been turned on for too long.
检查控制系统的工作状况。 Check the working condition of the control system.

工作压力必须严格控制在0.2MPa-0.6MPa,要求相对稳定。 阀安装以前,必须严格清洁气包内的杂质。 压缩空气必须严格控制为清洁干燥气源。 Work pressure must be strictly controlled to within 0.2MPa-0.6 MPa and being stable relatively.
