针对阀口袋
灌装速度不快,如加快灌装速度会引起炸包； 灌装 时4个角喷料； 灌装时计量不准； 包装袋排气不爽； 灌装时阀口处喷料； 灌装完成后,阀口处漏料； 阀口 强度不够； 排气孔排列和孔径设计错误；灌装时包装 袋体积不够,但经过一段时间后,包装袋又显得偏大； 包装袋面层纸破,内几层不破；包装袋面层纸不破,内层 纸破； 包装袋在集装箱内不能最大化装量。
针对热封口纸袋
底部折底不完整；底部热合效果不佳；装料后底部 两角漏料；包装袋不防潮；口部不能完全热合；在搬运 和运输过程中纸袋口部和底部容易开胶；海运遇高温会 引起口部和底部开胶。
针对开口方底袋和缝底袋
错误打开口部,引发误装料；PE袋没有与纸袋底部 牢牢固定；纸袋口部缝线后容易扯坏纸袋；底部缝线 跳针；底部包边不合理;袋形状不标准。
For Pasted valve stepped end bags (PVSE) Leakage from four corners of bags; Counter.is not correct during filling; Air exhausting is not good; Spouting from valve part during filling; Leakage from valve after filling; Strengthen of valve is not enough; Wrong design of perforation position and size; Volume of bag seems not enough during filling, but after a while, the bag seems larger; Outer layer of bag broken but inner layer paper not broken; Outer layer paper is not broken but inner layer paper broken; How to maximum loading paper bags in container.
For Pinched bottom bags
Bottom folding is not completed; Pinch effect of bottom is not good; Leakage from bottom corner after filling; No anti-damp of paper bag; Top mouth could not pinch; Glue on the top moth and bottom is easy to lose efficacy; Glue on the top moth and bottom is easy to lose efficacy when high temperature on sea.
For Self-open square bottom bags (SOS) and Sewn open mouth bags (SOM) Wrong mouth open causes misleading materials; PE bag in not stuck well with bag bottom; The bag is easy broken when sewed on top mouth; Bottom sewed line slip stitch; Overcast bottom is not reasonable; Bag style is not good.
