UM系列 U M系 列 增重 式计 量 混合系 统 是目前 Sonner最先进的重量式批次计量混合装 置。用于颗粒状，粉状塑料原料或添加剂 的计量混合；适合注射工艺、挤出工艺、 吹塑工艺。
UM series is advanced gravimetric batch dosing system, and is suitable for dosing plastic material: granule, powder, regrinds by digital weighing technique; applicable on injection, extruder, blowing molding process device.
UM系列通过重量式传感器，利用数字式技术，能 够精确的控制每一组分计量阀的流量，保证每一 批次混料的配方的准确，精度可达0.1%，同时节约 原料成本提高产品质量；优化设计的搅拌器能够 使已经计量的原料得到充分的均匀搅拌和混合。 UM100产量最大可100kg/h。 整个系统紧凑模块化式设计确保维修保养或原料 的更换毫不费力，原料料仓可以简单快速地拆卸 并移出，只需花费数分钟时间清洁设备里的原料， 使待工时间减少至最低，并且安全，可靠。如果主 原料，添加剂需要自动输送，可选择Sonner公司 的吸料装置。
Sonner UM400 throughput up to 400kh/hr, each component is dosed and weighed according to preset proportion that is corrected each other. After all components are weighed, they are entering in mixing chamber where they are homogenized. Accuracy of dosing is up to 0.1%, high dosing accuracy improves product quality and save cost of material . Sonner UM400 could be installing directly on injection or extruder. UM400 is designed for modular that easy uninstalling each part: dosing station, mixer chamber, etc.

COMPACT系列 Compact是连续失重式计量混合系统， 用于球状，圆柱状，扁平状，再生塑料计 量混合。适合用于连续计量的生产工艺， 如塑料挤出，化纤生产工艺。
GBL-Compact在每一条生产线上可同时配置1-8 个精密单螺杆计量工位，产量可达4,500dm3/hr； 用户可以根据自己的工艺需求，任意组合不同的计 量模块；GBL-Compact采用失重式测量原理，原 料的流量不断的被监视和校准，计量精度可达± 0.5%。 我们针对挤出机入料口狭小的安装空间，整个系统 采取紧凑模块化式设计，同时维修保养或原料的 更换毫不费力，原料料仓可以简单快速地拆卸并移 出，只需花费数分钟时间清洁设备里的原料，使待 工时间减少至最低，并且安全，可靠。如果主原料， 添加剂需要自动输送，可选择Sonner公司的吸料 装置。
GBL-Compact is one of continuous dosing& blending system by loss-in-weight principle, it is designed for ball, column, flat, regrinding plastic granule. And it is applicable on plastic extrusion, chemical fiber process. GBL- Compact dosing system is employed optimized modular design, suiting to various recipe processes, each GBL-Compact dosing system can have 1-8 precision gravimetric feeders which are selectable according to requirement of customer, and throughput is up to max. 4,500 dm3/hr; depending on loss-in-weight measure principle, flowing of each component is continuously detected and calibrated, accuracy of system is up to ±0.5%. GBL-Compact system can be directly installing on inlet of extruder where narrow empty is, as well as freely maintaining and changing material, material hopper can be rapidly disassembled and removed, it takes minutes to clean material in the device, reducing to working-down time, the whole program is very safety and reliable

GBL-ST36/SS72 is one of volumetric feeder as well as gravimetric feeder which designed for flowing, nonflowing powder, GBL-SS72 can be freely intergraded with sonner dosing & blending system, it is applicable on plastic extrusion process and compound pellet process. Optimized modular design is employed to ideally suit various process requirements of customer. Special twin screw feeder with mechanical agitator has ability to excellent against bridge on feeding non-flowing and high sticking powder, as well as precision and stability, which is due to several years experience of bulk material. GBLST36/SS72 as gravimetric feeder by loss-in-weight measure principle, flowing of the component is continuously detected and calibrated; throughput range is from 1dm3/hr to 50dm3/hr and accuracy of system is up to ±0.5%. GBL-ST36/SS72’ hopper is designed for fast clips connector, simply taken down and removed, it takes minutes to clean material, reduce to working-down time, the whole program is safety and reliable.

LWM is a continuous loss-in-weight gravimetric dosing system for various viscosity liquid additives, which is applied on plastic pellets & compounding and extrusion. LWM capacity range is 0.2-100 kg/h in continuous process, which is monitored and adjusted automatically by Sonner M250 industry PC with accuracy range up to ±0.5%. LWM system is able to guarantee steady control accuracy, due to selecting suitable dosing pump, high dynamic response weight system and smart software. Our design makes material changeover almost effortless. The additive hopper can be take-down simply and moved out rapidly. It only takes few minutes to clean up the material in the equipment, thereby to reduce downtime and damage.
