FOR SALE Flip Flops $$$$$$$$$$$$ Each student has been asked to select a building for redevelopment, and apply basic principles of ROI (return on investment) and produce a real estate pro forma for their selected property. The property will then be radically redesigned in a way that respects, yet is not bound by existing preservation guidelines. In fact, each student will be tasked with coming up with radical interventions that both push and challenge existing practices. At the end of this studio, each student should have the knowledge to purchase, and redevelop an existing property.
