DYLAN
This design is a Multi-Generational corner house that aims to create a aura of space and light around separate, private living quarters. The communal living area allows for familyĘźs to enjoy life together, while having separate and independent bedrooms. To accommodate the larger family, the exterior space has been placed on the backside of the home. This allows for an open and private greenspace that can hold not only a vehicle, but a large family's outdoor activities.

While the house has been designed to fit within the surrounding context, the interior explores a unique take on space and interior circulation. This is done by having the extrusion of the roof separate the communal area into resting and working portions, to accommodate the differences between dining and rest. In addition, the separate room transitions have been curated to help reveal their independent functions (a narrow tight exit, an open expansive entrance, and a half-way separation for an open oor transition).
