Frequently Asked Questions
Q - How do I pay my office bill?
A - Fill out the credit card form and your bill will be deducted monthly. The office bill is deducted mid-month. For questions, contact Paola Garza by emailing pgarza@arcrealtyco.com
Q - How do I get paid?
A - You will be paid via direct deposit. Make sure you turn in a voided check to your office manager. If you prefer a paper check let the back office know on your closing cover sheet.
Q - What deadlines do I need to be aware of?
A - You have 30 days to complete your Birmingham Association of REALTORS® (BAR) orientation after joining the association. You have six months from your date of licensure to complete and submit your post-licensure course to the Alabama Real Estate Commission (AREC).

Q - How do I tell the company about my open house?
A - Please send open house information to: openhouses@arcrealtyco.com. See next page for deadlines.
Q - Does ARC charge a referral fee?
A - Yes, company referrals are 45%, which includes referrals from the relocation department or leadership. ReadyChat leads are 30%. Website leads are free, first come, first served. Set your preferences at: tinyurl.com/arcleads.
Q - How do I turn in transaction
paperwork?
A - All transactions are handled through Paperless Pipeline, accessed through the ARC dashboard tile. For questions, ask your mentor, onboarder, or office manager.
