NEIGHBORHOOD MARKET REPORT
OVERVIEW:
No piece of real estate information is more relevant than the value of your home and how the market in your neighborhood is trending. Use the Property Value Estimates (PVEs) to keep your clients up to date on the market directly around their personal home with an automated report.
Neighborhoods can be defined by a radius around a home, subdivision, elementary school, or you can draw a shape on a map for non-designated areas. In addition to general trends, these reports show specific listings and recently sold properties that can be clicked to view the photography or specs of the house.
HOW OFTEN DOES IT SEND?
Your client should receive the first report within a few hours of setting them up. After that you can choose from a weekly, monthly, or quarterly cadence. We typically recommend sending PVEs monthly.
HOW TO SET UP A PVE:
To receive a PVE, your contact must be put into your Database on the dashboard with a working email. Check the box next to the contact’s name, click “Create” (top right), and click “Property Value Estimate” from the dropdown menu.
Name the report something that you will recognize then click into the “Criteria” box. Your options to choose a criteria are:
Use a “Radius” search by entering the contact’s address in the “from” box, and set the radius for .5 miles.
Use “Area” to set up larger markets and cities, or “Subdivision” for more defined neighborhoods.
Send the report based on market action in a high school, middle school, or elementary school zone.

MARKET REPORT
DATA, DATA, AND MORE DATA
OVERVIEW:
Market report provides data to help your contacts understand the trends that affect the value of their home and growth of their market. The market report is incredibly easy to setup and covers a wide variety of datapoints that are relevant to consumers. This report does not show specific listings.
HOW OFTEN DOES IT SEND?
Your client should receive the first report within a few hours of setting them up. After that you can choose from a monthly or quarterly report.
HOW TO SET UP A MARKET REPORT:
To receive a Market Report your contact must be put into your Database on the dashboard with a working email. Check the box next to the contact’s name, click “Create” (top right), and click “Market Report” from the dropdown.
Name the report something that you will recognize, then click into the “Market Areas” box and type in the relevant market area. These are defined areas, and you will be able to choose from the drop down menu. Click “Save and Send” in the top right, and the report will send.
LOLO
LOCAL GIFT OF THE MONTH PROGRAM
OVERVIEW:
LOLO (Locals Supporting Locals) is an automated gift of the month program that focuses on local businesses. Each month your selected contacts will receive a text and/or email for the gift to be redeemed to the company location. The cost is $1-$1.25/month/contact (depending on your subscription) regardless of whether or not the gift is redeemed. There is a minimum of 25 contacts, and ARC has three available gift zones: Birmingham, Hoover, and Montgomery.
HOW OFTEN DOES IT SEND?
Gifts go out on the 15th of each month, and are available for redemption up to 60 days.
HOW TO SET UP A CONTACT ON LOLO:
There are 2 options for setting up your contacts on LOLO:
OPTION 1 - www.LOLO.gifts (or the LOLO tile on the Dashboard)
After activating your account, click “My Contacts” and you can add contacts individually by clicking “+New Contact” or you can upload a list from an excel spreadsheet through “Import Contacts”. You will need to provide an email and/or phone number for each contact and designate their gift zone.
OPTION 2 - ARC Database
You will still have to activate your account through www.lolo.gifts, but once your account is activated you can add contacts through the database in the ARC dashboard.
If the contact is input into the system with an active email and phone number, check the box next to their name and click “Manage Groups”. Choose the LOLO Gift Zone group and click “apply”. This is a great way to add multiple contacts at once.
MONTHLY NEWSLETTER
AN EASY WAY TO SAY HELLO
OVERVIEW:
The Monthly Newsletter is an easy and non-intrusive way to stay top of mind with your contacts. It walks through general information surrounding your market including upcoming events, real estate trends, home related information, and more. This is the easiest tool to set up and works perfectly for contacts who you are less familiar with and only have an email address to contact.
HOW OFTEN DOES IT SEND?
The Monthly Newsletter goes out the first Monday of each month.
HOW TO SET UP A CONTACT ON THE NEWSLETTER:
Contacts must first be put into the database with a working email address. Check the box next to their name and click the blue “Assign to Drip Campaign” button at the top. Click the appropriate box to add them to correct market newsletter (Auburn, Birmingham, or Montgomery) and click “apply”.
HOLIDAY CAMPAIGN
HOME RELATED CONTENT FOR HOLIDAYS
OVERVIEW:
The Holiday Campaign sends your contacts a graphic with home related content on major non-denominational holidays. Since this is not set on a monthly cadence that can help break through the clutter.

OVERVIEW:
Birthdays and Home Anniversaries are great excuses to be in front of your contacts because it shows them that you remembered. Setting your database up to send them a “happy birthday” or “happy home anniversary” graphic is a great way to show them you are paying attention.
HOW OFTEN DOES IT SEND?
Once a year (per campaign) on the date you set in the system.
HOW TO SET UP A CONTACT ON A BIRTHDAY OR ANNIVERSARY CAMPAIGN:
First you will need to set up the contact’s birthday and/or home anniversary in your database. For contacts already in the system click the edit button to the left of their name .
When the contact form comes up, scroll down to the birthday and home anniversary fields and click the calendar icon. Choose the correct date, and click “save and close” at the top.
FLOW POSTCARDS
BREAK THE DIGITAL CLUTTER
OVERVIEW:
If you are already automating a monthly campaign to a contact’s email address, and sending a LOLO gift to their cell phone, automating a postcard to their mailbox is the third leg of the stool. “Snail mail” has become increasingly more popular and more noticeable as a touchpoint in recent years as emails have gotten more cluttered. Content for these cards mixes up seasonal, market specific, and home maintenance related topics.
HOW OFTEN DOES IT SEND?
Postcards go out at the beginning of each month, so they usually hit mailboxes within the first week. However, you will sign up for the cards in “batches” by quarter. So if you sign a contact up for Q3, they will receive cards in July, August, and September.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Contacts are signs up for postcards by quarter, in batches of three cards. Each quarter costs $4/contact.
HOW TO SET UP A CONTACT ON FLOW POSTCARDS:
First you will need to set up the contact in your database with a mailing address (street, city, state, zip).
Check the box next to their name and click “Manage Groups”. Choose the correct quarter “Flow Postcard” group and click “apply”. You can easily add multiple contacts at once.
