You are our hope. I remember, growing up: writing poems; loving animals; in awe of the world; and, excited to meet all people; yet, speaking-up for the planet, animals and women …I spoke-up against discrimination of any kind …it was the seventies. I grew up in New York City, the “melting pot” of America. I am grateful that I lived amongst people of so many different religions, nationalities and “walks of life.” In my childhood community, everyone got along well together …especially the kids. It was a time when… “times were changing” …the younger generation was challenging many social norms, in hopes of bringing to the world a better future. Our culture is, now, at a similar “turning-point on the crossroads” and the kids of the world, will be the heroes. We are entering upon an era of vegan-culmination, wherein kids will say, “No” …to cruelty and, “Yes” …to compassion for all beings.
You, child, are our hope; and, the future looks bright, as long as you are in it. “Vegan kids everywhere” …will save the planet. I am very interested to see, what role you are playing, in our transformation to a vegan world. Your friend,
Dear Reader

What makes, your family, special?
If you could grow up to be famous; for what actions, would you hope to be ‌famous? What are three of your favorite things, you learned today?
What is the hardest thing ‌for you, about being a kid?
If you could have one superpower, what would it be; and, how would you use it?

Kids Can Change The World Many children, have the aspiration, drive, & optimism to: do something about unfairness, in the world. Here are some ways, you can begin your activism. Educate Others Share your knowledge and understanding with others. Share, and enjoy it …because it’s enjoyable …because, veganism is a positive universal value …because, it’s a challenge …because, you can. Run For Office Does your school have its own officially-sanctioned Student Government? If so, it may provide a chance for you to: have a positive impact in your school; and, gain direct experience in “government leadership.” Peaceful Public Protests and/or Demonstrations Marching in the streets, enables you and others to express your selves, while meeting and connecting with other people who feel passionate about the same concerns. Raise money Is there a local, national, or international organization you would like to support? Create a fund-raiser and make a financial donation. Write a letter Kids are allowed to contact world-leaders, regarding vegan concerns. You may address your question or comment by E-mail, Postal Letter, Certified Mail or other means, that seems logistically practical for getting a response. Be The Change The World Needs! Get in touch with us at welcome22day@gmail.com, if you want help forming your own youth group at your school. We will help you.
