Where will I study?

This full-time course will be taught at the college’s Construction, Engineering and Renewables Centre in Lochgilphead.

What qualifications do I need to enrol on this course? Potential students require no specific qualifications for this course. All students will, however, be expected to have a keen interest in engineering.

Will I receive a recognised qualification? Yes, upon completing the course you will achieve an SVQ Level 2 qualification (SCQF Level 5).

How can I continue to develop my skills? When you have successfully completed the course you can consider studying further within UHI or applying for a Modern Apprenticeship in Engineering
