INTERIOR DESIGN EXPERIENCE Senior Associate Space Planner, Forever 21, Lincoln Heights, CA, September 2013 - Present • Created fixture plans for new and remodeled stores according to current design trends, store grade, capacity requirements and CEO direction. Worked toward the goal of opening 150 new stores in 2014 by managing more than 20 projects simultaneously. • Coordinated with construction, architecture, operations, data, and purchasing departments to determine phasing timelines for remodel projects. Followed through with communication and problem solving to keep projects on schedule. • Developed and improved processes for the approval of merchandise plans, and trained designers in the new procedure. • Redlined associates fixture plans, reviewed fixture orders, and acted as liaison between managers and associates to support the \ team daily in project execution.
