M3 - GEODE PAVILION
KEY PATH/MOVEMENT MOMENT OF REST/WATCH
Because the hill is very tall to reach the top of the pavilion, it needs to extend out far otherwise it will be very steep and be unclimbable, the hill extends all the way out to the site boundary HIDDEN WALL DETAIL
The large opening at the top allows for people to see inside and be inside the pavilion, it maximises the use of the limited space avaliable for the pavilion by not only allowing access from the ground plane but also on the top plane
Another viewing window, however this one instead of being a threshold entrance is more of a teaser window to see what is inside without being inside
ARIKA BRANDON - 915362 There is another smaller hill which connects the ground plane to the large viewing window, allows people to watch the concert from the outside
The large viewing window here is one of the many ways you can look inside/be apart of the pavilion There is limited seating inside constructed of timber to contrast with the harsh metallic shell of the pavilion. Also ergonomic to have timber seating.
