Enjoy Mediterranean-Inspired Cuisine & Stunning Views Of Camelback Mountain At Talking Stick Resort’s Newest Dining Destination—TASH Talking Stick Resort, an enterprise of the Salt River PimaMaricopa Indian Community, recently expanded its property to welcome new, exciting amenities including a brand new restaurant, Tash. Tash marks the resort’s eighth dining destination, and the Mediterranean-inspired cuisine has been rocking tastebuds since its opening in February of this year. In addition to the new restaurant, the resort opened a new bar and high limit room. Tash comes from the O’odham language spoken by members of the Salt River Pima Maricopa Indian Community. Pronounced [TH-O-SH], the word translates to sun, day or time. The restaurant has a timeless interior design that compliments its exquisite dishes. Guests enjoy a beautiful atmosphere with floor-to-ceiling windows as well as booth, bar and table seating adorned with colors inspired by an Arizona sunset and the spirit of food and hand crafted-cocktails. Located on the second floor, the restaurant overlooks stunning views of Camelback mountain while sitting in the middle of the Sonoran Desert. Guests may even catch a glimpse of wild horses passing through the desert’s beauty. In addition to the scenery, guests will enjoy a 360-degree bar located near the back of the venue leading out to its expansive patio. Its menu features Mediterranean cuisine with items ranging from, wood-fired pizza, chicken tagine, grilled swordfish, piri piri Shrimp, mezze, mussels and more. To inspire great conversation, courses are designed to be shared. The eclectic menu blends multi-cultural influences to create a regional passport of vibrant flavors for guests that engage the senses. The cheese and pizza dough are imported directly from Italy providing the most authentic ingredients to create the perfect meal. Tash features artisan-prepared cocktails, made from innovative recipes using precise fresh fruit, herb or vegetable that accentuates the character of each spirit. For those who opt for a nonalcoholic beverage, Tash has a Free Spirt cocktail menu curated with the same care and authenticity as its Fine Spirit alcoholic cocktail menu. Tash is open from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday – Thursday and 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays. Also, newly open at Talking Stick Resort is Sage Bar. Poised at the entrance of the new high limit room, it dazzles with glimmering gold opulence. The full bar serves as an early morning hangout or late-night bar stop where you can recharge with a few drinks in the heart of all the action with hand-crafted cocktails and local beers.
