Master Planning

Pre-design Planning & Optimization
Building a new facility is not always the right answer. Before you go down that path, we work with you to understand whether you are experiencing a physical issue, an operational issue, or both. We use lean methodologies and simulation modeling to analyze your workflows and pinpoint the root cause of your problem leading to a more focused investment of your capital dollars.
Lean Practitioner Training
Array’s Lean Practitioner Course provides an overview of systems-thinking using the PDSA (Plan, Do, Study, Adjust) cycle as its framework for problem-solving. Participants will learn the history, philosophy, and principles of lean improvement. At the end of this three-day program, attendees will better understand how to identify waste in a process, uncover the root cause(s) of a problem, and formulate a countermeasure that considers the voice of the stakeholders. The Lean Practitioner Course is available as a certificate program if participants complete an improvement project following the class.

Building Infrastructure Assessment
The building infrastructure assessment is conducted through a combination of direct observation and review of existing documents and facilities maintenance data, as well as interviews with facilities engineering personnel.
