Cardiology: Interventional Platform & Intensive Care Environment Qualifications
Heart disease is among the most common conditions facing our population. Major advancements have been made to aid in early detection and prevention technologies, demanding newer and more comprehensive facilities to accommodate these specialties. We are knowledgeable about the intricacies associated with planning facilities to accommodate advanced imaging, surgery, cardiac rehabilitation and monitoring.
We recognize that in order to reduce treatment stress we design spaces that minimize disruption by separating diagnostics, treatment and recovery spaces. Patient spaces that require one-to-one nursing care also need specialized planning and design to ensure care delivery is not hampered by clinicians traveling far distances for supplies and life-saving equipment. A well-designed Intensive Care Unit—be it for adults, children or infants— with optimal sight lines and supply storage within easy reach means more time spent caring for patients.
