6| 10 collective housings - LĂ Haut
Là haut, 10 collective housings Montpellier, France Student project, semester 6 - 2014 D.Delgado - A.Iszatt - M.Rouaud
« Là Haut » comes from a reflec-
tion on the current collective housing. The central public space is thought of as the lungs of the project and consists of a green space platform to maximize natural light. The second issue is the thinking of the typologies around the concept of modular architecture in order to better answer to changes in our lifestyles. Finally I tried to think about “how to live better in the attic” by proposing typologies duplex allowing access to the roof. These apartments are through with solarium, illuminating the heart and allow you to enjoy anytime of the confortable mediterranean climate. Là haut - 10 collective housings

12| Hostel and cultural center
Aniane cultural center Aniane, France Student project, semester 5 - 2014 J.Brion, P.Ladoux
This
project
was
the
rehabilita-
tion of the Abbey of Aniane, a building of high heritage value. The final challenge was to design a public space that revitalized downtown Aniane. The new disposition allows you to rediscover the abbey in a new way and to walk through the entire complex via inside and outside circulations. The central part of the cloister has been fully preserved to accommodate the hotel. This building hosts an indoor planted area, much like a jungle, where the rooms are suspended cabins. The materiality of the project lets you easily read the programme: the corten steel buildings contain the library, the studios and the tourism office, and wood alleys are circulation spaces. 18| 6 Capsules & offices - Livin’ tower
Livin’ Tower, 6 caps and offices Montpellier, France Student project, semester 4 - 2013 J.Brion - G.Girod - S.Dambielle
The project was to imagine a future
residential unit taking into account the changes in modern society. My initial response was to provide a public space on 3 levels allowing to unify the plot together with two vertical steel axes to which the housing and working capsules could be grafted. The main idea of the project is to create a punctual work space that is connected to minimalist and functional capsules. On the ground floor there is the reception area for the offices and a bar. Each cell is a half- circle which has a living area and a terrace. The two towers are based on a steel structure and plates. Regarding the appearance of the towers, there is a perforated wooden facade attached to glulam profiles. Livin’ tower - 6 Capsules & offices |19

Espace Omar Sahnoun, Sport and community center Saint Jean d’Illac, France Competition - January 2014 Olgga Architectes
The Omar Sahnoun space is an inter-
generational center composed of sports , associations and convivial spaces with landscaping allowing the organization of outdoor festivities . Stretching its structure from east to west , the project features a covered alley serving both individual buildings that future promenade of the town along the Jalle and bowling . The distribution of buildings along the alley covered the same time ensures the autonomy of entities and a common distribution, “enter single while keeping their activities completely separate .

30|Nomad urban module - MNU
MNU, Nomad urban module Paris, France Competition - January 2014 P.Morini, Y.Isnard & A.Vallerault
The Natural Caps project is the result of a brainstorm on three current issues of urban space: modularity, playfulness and vegetation. The Natural Caps is a 2.50 m pavilion, made of a wooden structure. It is a vegetated and fun modular space for all. Its 3 sides offer dual use: inside, plant surfaces on which the user can sit, lie down or simply walk past and the outer surfaces can be used as an exhibition space or display support, adapting the will of the user. When it is closed, the faces are up and the pavilion becomes a bubble, with its wood facade contrasting with the minerality of urban space. Designed to reuse the material: the cladding is made of palette planks and recuperated planks should be used before purchased ones. MNU - Nomad urban module |31

Olgga Furniture, DIY Paris, France Furniture made - 2014 for OLGGA Architectes
This bookcase was designed during my
internship at OLGGA in Paris (January 2014). The aim was to design an element with minimal wall fixtures which is integrated along the whole wall. The bookcase is made of plywood panels covered with a non-slip coating, which is found inside the boxes and on the upper side of the shelves. DIY - Olgga furn |35

3 Houses - Concrete, wood & corten steel

Models made, 3 Houses & Livin’ tower models Montpellier, France Student project, semester 3 & 4 - 2013 D.Hamerman / M.Maraval + J.Brion
These models were made during my
second year at the Montpellier architecture school. This first project of individual housing was located in the town of Sète on the Canal side. The challenges were many: to live on the sea, look for the light in a landlocked parcel, creating a pleasant public space and work each house with a different material. I chose to work on 3 houses in corten steel, concrete and wood. The idea of the project was to have a central gateway that allows access to the three houses, and therefore have night spaces on the ground floor which made the day spaces much brighter. The second model was produced for the project Livin’ tower in Montpellier. Models |39

Arpal, Student organisation Montpellier, France 2011 - 2014 ENSA Montpellier
Arpal is a student association of the
Montpellier School of Architecture whose mission is to organize cultural events in the continuity of education offered by the school. For nearly five years now, the conference cycle “Et après? “, now known at the regional scale, has received numerous young architectural firms, to discuss the reality of the profession with students. We have already welcomed 1024 architectures, Encore happy, Lan, Colboc & Franzen, Olgga, NP2F, Poison, Pan architecture, MU architecture, Workshop Calas. During
my
presidency
of
the
associa-
tion, we have organized many trips, including
Valencia,
Milan
and
Dublin.
Finally we organized the first edition of “Soir’xpo” an exhibition of personal work students during which visitors could talk to young artists. Organisation - Arpal |43

44|Arpal - “Et après ?” lectures
Et après, Lectures Montpellier, France 2011 - 2014 ENSA Montpellier
In order to have a talk with our stu-
dents, Arpal invites young architects and youth agencies to come and tell their career since graduation. The concept? One evening, a conference, questions, answers and have a drink together. Both winners of AJAP 20112012, these agencies are symbols of the success of the new generation of architects.

Soir’Xpo #1 - No architecture without arts
46|Arpal - “Soir’Xpo” exhibition
Soir’Xpo, Exhibitions Montpellier, France 2014 ENSA Montpellier
The concept of Soir’Xpo is quite simple:
provide an opportunity for our student- artists to share their works in an exhibition . Montpellier architecture school is full of young talent, the ARPAL wanted to give them a chance to exhibit their work. The first edition had a great success! Eventually we would like to share this exhibition to other places and other public.
