onatella’s impression is not the same as the impressionists’. Donatella herself perceives the pressure, the impulse, the writing of her work: the type that can not specify what language it is using to narrate its impression. Quite simply, she turns this impression into an artwork. One that is concluded within the first stroke.Within the infinite layers of the city. An intense form of work, one which uses every resource of strength and cannot be measured by the temporal criteria of a clock. One instant is sufficient. That instant is sufficient: and the artwork is complete. For the observer, too: as long as each viewer is able to find that same instant, not Donatella’s, but the instant in which the artwork is rewritten by each individual who observes it. Donatella finds her public amongst friends, young people and even children, who she portrays with such ability. A public of collectors: after all, one work of art is sufficient to make a collection. And Donatella’s works are part of many collections, in many of the world’s countries, at nearly every latitude. Some are in museums (amongst the most prestigious are the Pinacoteca Ambrosiana and the Mattia Preti Museum in Taverna), two are in Purdue University (West Lafayette), others in galleries in London, Rome, Paris, San Francisco, Milan, Monaco, Kanazawa, where she held her own exhibitions. The last, brief and intense, chapter of her story is her homage to “her” painters – Mattia Preti, Francis Bacon, Egon Schiele, Mario Sironi – those she admires and perceives as authentic, the ones she would love to collect in her own beautiful gallery. extreme sensibility that links Art and Architecture by means of the construction of volumes that define emptiness and recondite spaces, bringing the spectator to participate in them by means of imagination. Suggestive, mystical spaces, wrapped by the active and ethereal shadows generated in them. Multiple internal landscapes that activate the being and the thought. Each generated landscape frames us in a shelter-cavern where there are different entrances to places that evoke mystical architectural spaces in total change, as the active shadows act as one of their main defining variables. The balance/unbalance binomial present in these sculptures arises from a dialectic relationship in which masses and proportions come into play. It is an incessant discovery of diverse perspectives and appearances, on which surprises are fixed to create increasingly different situations. A constant struggle with materials, steel mainly gives sculpture a lightness that is unworthy of its nature. The artist has great respect for the materials he uses and approaches them with sincerity and without artifice. For this reason, his creations have the curious capacity to manage to move the observer. Breaking the closed volume and the opacity of the mass with a heavy material, constitutes the purpose to conceive ethereal works that, resorting to the metaphorical language, by means of laminating, folding, tearing and fusion, expand and conquer the emptiness. Opening the closed density of the volume, breaking down the different planes and sliding them into space, makes the work become ethereal, because it distances itself from conventional perceptive habits, placing the spectator in a freer position that questions his ties to the earthly, by placing him in a mystical landscape of tangible shadows and lights. Pictorial Spaces, A tool within the creation process is the development of multiple studies of the different internal landscapes of each sculpture. These landscapes are transferred through painting to the canvas, being a continuous journey back and forth between sculpture and painting. Thus, the planes present in his pictorial work often fold out of the surface of the canvas to expand, inverting the Cubist process of unfolding the volumes, to extend several of their faces over the plane of the canvas.

INGA ELSER
inga.elser@yahoo.com ingaelser_abstract_art Inga Elser
INGA ELSER’S CREATIVE PATH.
As a self taught artist, Inga Elser uses Abstraction, one of the greatest visionary tools ever invented for artists to imagine decipher and perceive beyond the tangible to extract the infinite out of the finite. This generally involves implication, suggestion and mystery, rather than obvious descriptions. Inga Elser experiments with different methods and techniques, always questioning the perceptional concepts behind it. Lead by the inner desire, her main artistic interest is focused to the exploration and discovering of the inner world and its connection and influence on our surrounding and ultimately on ourselves. Being pushed by her own creativity, her work attempts to explore, to study and to understand the path in search for new dimensions, fragments of emotions, intuition and knowledge. Inga says: if artwork dominates a life, it’s a gift, it’s love, motivation, passion, a pure challenge, it’s a calling. Art is our true universal language. It speaks to our needs, to heal and transform. Art knows no political fights, no arguing, no hate, no nation, no race and it acknowledges no class. It transcends our ordinary lives and let us imagine what is possible.

90 Pilar Ostolaza artist from Mexico with Spanish roots. Pilar participated in many groups and solo exhibitions in Mexico City, USA, Spain, Qatar, Russia, Dubai, Sharjah. Most of her artworks are lived moments and felt situations that Pilar draws all this could not leave its imprint on her and it allowed to “throw out” emotions on canvas. Often this is the result of a direct relationship — merging with the place or get absorbed in any situation, imbued with the sensation and atmosphere of the moment Pilar always carries a notebook and never misses the opportunity to create. Pilar has a sentimental spirit and often she feels nostalgia, forcing recall different places, people, feelings, and create images. Fleeting emotions are reflected in sophisticated, thoroughly tender, and sincere paintings. Everyone who has ever come across oil technique knows good skills, perseverance, spontaneity, freedom, and lightness giving this genre an absolute uniqueness. A beautiful painting must be synchronized with the artist’s head and heart, therefore it looks as if it were meant to be.

Pandemic‌ Let’s stop looking at our little miserable garden made of selfishness greed and spiritual misery. The blindness in believing that we are happy acquiring massively things that we don’t need. The mistake of considering The law of profit as the driven force of all, instead of investing in health care in solidarity to strengthen the sense of community, nowadays possessions are more important than knowledge. Maybe is time to acknowledge that disease is not the virus, we are the disease.

material informalism and the search for the image
JesĂşs Ruiz Fuentes, Chichoruiz, was born in Quart de Poblet - Valencia and later residing in the Canary Islands, on the island of La Palma, Barcelona and Gerona and currently lives in Murcia. He is an inquiring creator (painter, author of installations, photography, drawings and comics) who possesses the spirit of a researcher. He is always looking for the little-known aspects of that which he is interested in analyzing. He represents diverse formal variations with a concern for the pictorial material. He has the soul of a teacher, in the sense that he likes to teach what he knows to others, in this instance, through his art. At the present time, he opts for teaching but without ceasing to create. His work presents the subject matter as its base, in which the material informalism predominates, seeking contrast, the worked texture, filling the holder with chromatic essentials, intervening as if it were woven, trying to achieve a diversity of results highlighted by color.
His attitude is that of a creator who searches for and explores painting, experimenting with the expressive possibilities of the unconventional but, at the same time, he is also interested in the geometric dynamics habitually integrated into his pictorial production. His approach to painting is from different angles looking for new approaches, from expressing what he can see from a given height, as well as the ground from which he is painting. In his works he adapts stories, books and films revealing an obvious ability for synthesis, summarizing everything in a single work or image. Between the expression of concepts and images of what interests him from unusual perspectives and what is expressed as the final result, there is an evident research process, which shows a world known to all but seen from unconventional angles, since it aims to bring us closer to the image as the end result without resorting to the conventional. The image is what matters, because life is made up of moments and these moments are what shape it just when they occur. Joan LluĂs MontanĂŠ International Association of Art Critics (AICA)
