SARAH MACKINNON IG: @sarahmackinnon.art Sarah MacKinnon is a multi-disciplinary artist from Los Angeles living in Athens, Greece. THOMÉ thelosthealer@gmail.com The idea behind this artwork is to challenge our beliefs of what art is supposed to look like. We live in a world of perfection and our heads are filled with all kinds of ideals on things. These ideals can get in the way of expressing ourselves freely and pursuing what we love. But what we should be getting aware of again is that art is just self-expression. There's no right or wrong in regards to art. Art is multifaceted. This piece of art is supposed to remind the viewer of that. Furthermore, the artist's intention was for people to remember that if you look at things with love, everything turns to art eventually.
