ALJOHARA IG: @aljohara.photography “Contemporary artist Aljohara grew up in The Netherlands, she raised her family in various countries, and four years ago she chose to settle indefinitely in The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and restart her career in the arts. She endorses the realities of contemporary Saudi Arabia, the cultural metamorphosis engulfing the Kingdom, without neglecting its rich history or its traditions. The artist creates reflecting composites of the intricate and spirited dynamic scenery of today's Saudi Arabia. Aljohara is one of these rare international cultural voices whose artwork is based upon her keen observations from different corners of the world which she subsequently translates into her recordings. The versatile artist is a sensitive yet critical observing witness, her practice explores the cultural landscape as a tool for uncovering and registering the many colours and shades to the world. Her name and works are increasingly well-known and commissioned in and outside the region due to her wide range of expertly crafted fine art. During these last four years, Aljohara’s art is internationally awarded, the Royal Photographic Society, the Allard International Integrity Prize, and the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Culture are a few of the latest examples.

She has been practicing photography for more than ten years, with a special focus on documenting what every day life looks in the different places she visits. JOSE PALACIO (JIPS) IG: @jipsx Jose Palacio (JIPS), is a colombian self-thought artist, specialized in digital art, acrylic painting and 2d animation. His work is inspired mostly visions on altered states of consciousness, translated to images to show a side that tends to be hard to explain with words. The artworks try to manifest what is hidden in our subconscious. His style intends to be very colorful, detailed and joyful, as a vibrant gate to another site. As an artist with almost six years fully committed to his craft, he has been invited to participate in exhibits in Colombia, Argentina, London, and France. He also created animated music videos for different artists that have become references in the Latin American psychedelic movement.

JAY INGRASCIOTTA IG:@Jay Ingrasciotta Jay Ingrasciotta is an Italian photographer born and raised in Tuscany. Always attracted to the sea and salty air, he moved while still young to Australia, where he began his artistic process by approaching photography and visual arts, first down under and then around the world. As he continued his journey around the globe with his trusty camera, he was always willing to cross cultures and discover different styles of life, working and collaborating as a photojournalist. His explorations of art touch many ways of seeing and observing things, but most of all Jay Ingrasciotta likes to focus on folklore, esotericism and the mysterious part of things, and this is why he developed an extreme interest in all types of religion. For his latest collection, “Behind Religions,” he decided to get lost in Jerusalem, dropping completely into the chaos of Jerusalem which allowed him to melt into the history of the city and to really get to know one of the oldest city in the world, and understand how the three monotheist religions can still connect the human beings with the past, the present, and the future. He discovered how in Jerusalem the brain works in a different way, it connects to higher frequencies and always finds a spiritual connection with everything, up until the point he began to think that he had gotten fooled, or is it you, reading this, the one who has been fooled?

LINO LITHIUM IG: @lino_needs_lithium Born in Sittard NL, 1985 graduated from the ABKM 2010. The suffering both physically and psychologically has become meaningful. The macabre in Lino’s work reflects her emotional journey. A true self transformation as she went on a journey within her own soul. After having had personal suffering as subject and it has made it's way for healing, the focus will shift. Exploring the thin line between life and death, what it means to be alive. The connection between lust and pain, opposites full of contrast and symbolism. Without dead life has no meaning ‘Without suffering there wouldn't be art. Suffering is useful’ is Lino’s motto. In her coneptual art she creates to self express, not to make a product. Her work has been displayed at the Limburg Biënnale Mares House of contemporary art and at De Salon Museum DeDomeinen Sittard. Now it’s time to cross the borders and here she is.

RAFAIL KONSTANTINIDIS IG: @Aeras.x Contemporary and conceptual components. Context connected through a variegated content, a dialogue between intellectual and rational drops with spontaneous moments cooperate common and unusual captions and triggers. The gap, frequencies and the limits of action, concept and purpose researching the determined positions that are required for a composition. The conciliation parts of a synthesis, the contingencies and the effect field submit to a course, a cause, a correlation and a reason, while dilate the limits of a framework. The evidences are redefining the effects on consciousness and to the new medium while process progress and evaluate collective change. Inspired by an holistic perspective of liberating evolution of art science and technology. Points on photography, performance, video, text and sound.

SÁRA KORDOVÁ IG: @sara_kordova_ Ceramic artist and designer from the Czech Republic. Graduated in Ceramics Design at the Jan Evangelista Purkyně University and student of Ceramics and Porcelain at the Academy of Arts, Architecture and Design in Prague. She works mainly with porcelain and focuses on applied art. In her works, we can see a subtle and functional Scandinavian style of design as well as a thought-out concept. Frequent inspiration from natural shapes and motifs. Porcelain vase with custom-made flowing glazes. Duhovka vase. The shape of the vase is inspired by the colourful, curled form in the glass marble. The complex shape adds uniqueness to the vase. It is helical, but a little different on each side. This attracts the observer to turn the vase in their hands. The shape seems alive and dynamic. There are several glazes embedded in each other on the vases. This creates transitions and underlines the unusual shape of the vase.

FOTIS SKOURLETIS IG: @fotis.skourletis Summary : Two ancient lovers, Orpheus and Eurydice, strive to remain connected forever. Even against death. And their love earns a place in eternity. Director's note : One of the best known ancient myths, that of Orpheus and Eurydice, comes to life through this contemporary cinematic version, inspired by Norman McLaren’s masterpiece “Pas de deux”. The greatness of Orpheus and Eurydice’s love overcomes death, transcending the boundaries of the natural world. The two lovers travel through time and appear to us like shadows only to remind the viewer that life, like the cinematic medium itself, is nothing but a reflection, a dream within a dream.

ARISTO VOPĔNKA IG: @a.vopenka Revival shows us Metropolis 2022. As an entity, as a muze. It is the unwritten graphic novel of a city. With its repulsiveness, its beauty, captivating its ever interchangeable inhabitants. As our protagonist it absorbs their culture, their belongings and shows us a kaleidoscopic entanglement, which holds no borders and no roots. Aristo Vopĕnka is an emerging artist and film director, born in the Netherlands and working from Brussels, Belgium. Vopĕnka uses a variety of artforms, in his recent work Vopĕnka explores the boundaries between photography, illustration, painting and print. Using an experimental attitude towards these different media, new forms of expression take place. The fascination to work with space, light, sound and visuals are a constant evolution of what we know, questioning the possibilities of today’s art.
