Susana is a portuguese art teacher who born in Lisbon in 1968 but lives and work in Oporto city. She has a master s degree in Art and Design Education from university of Surrey/IPVC and currently teaching arts in the 3rd cycle of basic education. She also has academic training in ceramics and pottery, having formed, together with three other potters, the ceramics studio “Ocre” in the early 90s. Painting is, for her, an intrinsic motivational need. It is through painting that she relaxes, free herself from the tension of everyday life, and fulfill herself. She is usually inspired by nature, spaces and objects worn down by time or traditions from her country Her artistic work starts from a concept, but rarely from a project or sketch It gives her me more pleasure to work in an intuitive way Most of her paintings are abstract, allowing a wide interpretation to the observer She often uses the mixed technique and the materials that she essentially applies in her work are, pigments, cement, plaster and sand With her work she hopes to sensitize the viewer to the appreciation of everything that inspires her, such as old objects and buildings and the natural environment that surrounds us

Models: @fortunalatuya / @blamejean
Contemporary photography is made up of irreverent factors that are part of the microworld we live in every day Andrea Cassady and her personal style are on a search for values, sexualities, genders, and micro-worlds that exist on the periphery of our minds, but to which she constantly lives next door Her lively style and her brilliant look through the lens, make up two important factors that she distinguishes with classic settings where the model and the light merge into new universes. This photographer based in Barcelona (Spain), trained in Madrid, Prague, and with photos exhibited under the baton of Instant Photographers in Barcelona, or ISO600 in Bologna, say everything and more about her.
Cassady is not just life, she is a creator, and her tools are the order of the day to change the norms established in art.
Irreverence? no, normalities are here to stay, and she is one of the best representatives of this new wave

Carolina Ribera, an accomplished businesswoman and emerging artist, has had a career in PR that has brought her to both London, New York, Madrid and Barcelona
After an incident, whilst on a safari journey in Zimbawbe gave her more time to create, Carolina found herself exploring her artistic spirit She had always dreamed of getting her hands and feet dirty, to fill a blank canvas with colourful dreams, and now she finally had the opportunity to experiment. She rummaged through her house, finding furniture paints, stamps and old spray paints, and with these simple tools she made her first paintings. Her little romantic and bohemian studio in Costa Brava that used to be her fathers physics garage filled with tools and inventions, is now filled with paint, canvases, experiences and memories. Carolina Ribera’s pieces are a mixture of photography, mixed media, collage, acrylic, pop art, graffiti, textures, music and words
