CAMILA MAIA @conceptualboredom
Conceptual Boredom is a photography project that explores our connection with our homes, our things, our food, and our bored minds during lockdown. The initiative raised funds for the NHS Charities Together, supporting the health and well-being of front-line workers that don’t get to be bored during a crisis. Conceived and developed by the creative team Camila Gurgel and Ieva Paulina, the project was featured on several websites like Ad Week, Campaign, and in a 4 pages article on the Campaign July issue magazine. In the images, designed to be both relatable and abstract, the creative duo used everyday objects to create conceptual visuals and add humour to situations we all went through.
SOFIA DALAMAGKA @sofia_dalamagka
Shame was born one late afternoon in January, 3,maybe 4 years ago, in a room of a hotel in Budapest .For a long time it didn’t have any shape, even if its presence was there... The following pictures, are part of my own confessions, like a mirror which reflects fear, desire, phantasies, nightmares, memories...Nothing else... Every picture was a role-play, a real or imaginary person, a painful procedure which i had to imprint-reflect without knowing if i managed to show the war taking place inside us living in a fake, made out of paper, world, where morality and discrimination are at war with the perfection of a modern, neurotic woman who must hysterically accept and faithfully follow flawless beauty and filters on Instagram and social media…
ADEL FARES @ adellfares
Adel Fares has graduated with a master's degree in painting from the University of Arts in Belgrade. He comes from a multicultural family in which he observed two different traditions and cultures, the Balkans and North Africa. From that experience, he realized that he cannot classify myself as a member of one culture or another when he possess knowledge of both. Adel's work is based on exploring traditions and different cultures, in the search of the source which connects all mankind.
ANĐELA TUCAKOVIĆ @andelaart
Anđela Tucaković is an emerging artist based in Croatia. She has a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts and has exhibited her art on a variety of group and solo exhibitions both locally and internationally since 2013. Her paintings are a response to obscure metaphysical fantasies that lurk in her imagination. Each of her paintings withholds a rich hectic narrative entity that is discovered through contemplation and careful observation. She relies on going through the remains that are often overlooked. She believes that the so-called reality is just a distorted effigy that prevents our minds from seeing the truth. Immersing yourself in the extreme deep sea of imagination has become inevitable and it somehow gives more answers than expected

ELIZA MATICA madalin.matica@gmail.com
I am against painting that is based only on observation and theory, painting as if done by robot, painting that has the safety net of theories in painting. I want to explain what and how I paint, I will define it as a relationship between a mode of observation (internal and external) and a way of expressing it. This is the answer for which some works need to express the idea of figurative, others go to abstract or symbols and each one needs a different way to be realized. I do not paint a landscape, idea, theme, in an established pictorial way, I do not follow the theories and clearly established criteria. Depending on the psychological state of what I want to express, then I use one of many modes of expression in painting.
