HOW IT WORKS
SHOW AMENITIES • Architecturally designed floor plan with carpeting, 10- and 12-foot walls, and wide aisles for optimal traffic flow and better viewing for buyers • Professionally designed cafe and lounge areas to create an upscale experience for attendees and exhibitors • Trade Day on Thursday for gallery owners, designers, architects, and art industry professionals • Rigorous exhibitor practices, including precise hanging, storage, and display procedures that will be strictly enforced throughout the event • Improvements for 2020: carpeting throughout; large, gallery-style booths in Artexpo Platinum; upgraded collector seating; extended curatorial oversight and assistance; pre-show seminars and training; upgraded online Exhibitor Gallery with contact, social media, and selling features
Criteria: A wide array of media is on display, including paintings, photography, sculpture, glassworks, and more. We do not accept jewelry, tapestries, or any sort of arts and craft works. Application: If you feel your gallery or studio and artwork would be a good fit for Artexpo New York, apply online. Curation: Our Exhibitor Committee consists of four art industry professionals with outstanding reputations and experience in galleries, art industry business, and artist development. Upon acceptance from the Exhibitor Committee, a booth location will be assigned. Preparation: Exhibitors will receive an Exhibitor Manual, which covers all operational aspects of exhibiting at the show. Completion of short online Booth Display Requirements Course ensures exhibitors meet a high standard of presentation for the show. Exhibitors are also provided with complimentary Collector Passes to give out to key collectors and guests. W
