Project: Leadership-Centered AIESEC
Milestones Achieved Business Model Revision and Evolution
Network Change Management
Leadership Development Assessment Tool
Education materials were created for the network. !
The assessment tool is completely developed by our partner Pop Corn Academy (Dey Dos). It includes 3 different tests: entry test (beginning of the experience for everyone), test for exchange participants and test for volunteers. !
The scope of change after business model revision:! ! 1. Usage of the open platform. ! 2. Shift of financial models. ! 3. Implementation of quality standards.! 4. Change of organisational structures at all levels. !
Conferences and workshops delivered (International Congress in India, and LATAM Summit in Panama). !
The development of the test in our system has already started by our partner Rebelminds, focusing first in the entry test. !
The customer journey of our interns was adapted and simplified, focusing on the 4 leadership qualities (Value Delivery)!
Selection of 6 local entities in India, Russia, Turkey, Colombia, Argentina and US to run pilots of every needed change. !
A temporal platform is being implemented to run the assessment with the 6 piloting entities. !
The business model of AIESEC was refreshed. The tool used was business model canvas: http://goo.gl/VEObpB!
AIESEC International 1516
Learnings • Education needs to get faster to all the network. ! • The 4 areas within the scope of change require stronger strategies, specially for financial models shifts and open platform usage. ! • A clear change management plan is needed to guide the network on how to implement all the needed changes. It must include rewards and recognition based on it, and sharing the good cases.! • There is lack of content and tools to implement in the “value delivery” phase of our customer journey. ! • There is confusion in the network about how to embed the value proposition in our external approach to different stakeholders. ! AIESEC International 1516
Priorities for Next Quarter • Increase the education materials and change management guides for the network through our internal channels and conferences. ! • Create a certification program (attached to rewards and recognitions) for entities that manage to implement the changes. ! ! • Direct observation of piloting entities to document their cases. ! • Follow-up on the activities and standards needed in the value delivery phase of our customer journey (since a big peak of exchanges is coming). ! • Increase the scope of piloting entities to make small entities grow while running a fast implementation of changes. !
