MR & MRS CLYNK Mr Clynk is Jérôme Clynckemaillie, an interior designer and former partner of Andrée Putman. Mrs Clynk Karine, a textile designer.Two worlds which go extremely well together to give birth to a collection of items, using both a traditional know-how and industrial techniques. They like to use simple, natural and timeless materials to combine uncluttered lines and poetry. So Mr & Mrs Clynk products were born.
BANDJO Newcomer in the homeware industry, the young French brand of ceramics and accessories for children imagines a sweet and bubbly world: cheerful colours, mint green, guava pink, pollen yellow, timeless shapes and genuine materials. The universe created by Bandjo is a nod to the colours of our childhood.
MINI LABO The designers Céline Héno and Caroline Diaz met at the High School of Applied Arts Duperré in Paris. After their 10-year collaboration as a creative duo in the trends office of a brand specialized in Children’s clothes, they created Mini Labo in 2004.Today, the Mini Labo brand is developing with a unique, poetic and colourful graphic world which light up everyday life items. With Maison Mini Labo, they offer a new world filled with retro-chic touches and bright colours.
TOVE JOHANSSON Tove Johansson is a Swedish designer based in Paris working in fashion, textiles and illustration. Educated at Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design with a BA in fashion design and marketing, she worked for Christian Lacroix, later running womenswear label Rosetta with partner Petra Borner as well as freelancing for fashion and trend & forecasting companies. Today she works with clients within fashion, textiles, paper goods and interior.
LALE Eponymous brand from her lifelong nickname, Lalé is born from a desire for useful accessories, making journeys always more joyful and giving intensity to any kind of home. Her exclusive patterns are inspired by a sunny and wild childhood between Sorrente, Grignan, Lyon, Maceio, Milly - Lamartine, London and Rio de Janeiro. Some of her patterns and designs have already become “iconic” like the Ted bag or Peixe, the everlasting pattern inspired by the mountains of Rio and always re-coloured. Lalé enjoys connecting different worlds together and she loves fruitful collaborations enriched by happy encounters.
FIFI MANDIRAC Fifi Mandirac was born on a first day of spring in the 70’s, that should explain her love for small and big flowers! Before becoming a somewhat sentimental graphic designer, she has been at first a facetious young girl who loved to dress up and decorate her hut with paint and trinkets. Now that she is an adult, the hut became a house with a workshop. She still loves beautiful clothes and owns as many pairs of shoes as a centipede. Her joyful graphic charms the publishers, and she has so much fun, that for nothing in the world she would want to become again a little girl.
100DRINE Sandrine Fabre alias 100drine was born in 1970. Once she graduated from the National Superior School of Applied Arts, she became a textile designer for the furniture industry.At the same time, she took part in many painting exhibitions.However, it is through her work as a painter-illustrator that she found the way toreally express herself: a free and naïve drawing, characterized by a black line going over the colors, a wide color’s range which remind us of childhood through everyday-life items.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TRADE Your trade with us will be deemed as acceptance of our trading terms and conditions. These Terms and Conditions may be modified from time to time and the Purchaser’s continued patronage shall signify the Purchaser’s agreement to be bound by any change. PURCHASING MINIMUM ORDER: First order minimum: $350 (excluding freight charges and taxes) Reorder minimum: $200 (excluding freight charges and taxes) FREIGHT CHARGES: Below $350 = 5% Freight Charges Order $350+ = FREE Freight Additional freight charges will be charged for delivery to Hawaii (HI) Alaska (AK) and Puerto Rico MINIMUM QUANTITIES: Atomic Soda is asking the Purchaser to respect the minimum quantities per item indicated in Atomic Soda’s price list. PAYMENT: All accounts must be pre-paid. No thirty day account credit will be granted except in special circumstances and by prior arrangement. Atomic Soda accepts payment for the Purchaser’s purchases by the following credit cards: Visa ®, MasterCard ®, AmEx ® or Discover ® and via Wire transfer on Atomic Soda’s bank account. All products supplied remain the property of Atomic Soda until they are paid for in full. Overdue accounts may incur recovery, including legal costs on solicitor/own client basis, and interest fees. While any amount remains outstanding, the Purchaser grants Atomic Soda a license to enter its property and remove goods to which Atomic Soda continued to retain titles at Atomic Soda’s sole discretion. EXCLUSIVITY: Atomic Soda and its nominated agents will have sole discretion to decide where and how goods under its label are sold. Exclusivity agreements are not available; however it is in the best interest of Atomic Soda to determine the most suitable and best number of outlets to stock per geographic area. The Purchaser must not assume total exclusivity as a seller of Atomic Soda’s goods in any area. Order cancellation: Atomic Soda reserves the right to cancel any order. The purchaser may cancel an order without charge prior to Atomic Soda dispatching the order for delivery. An order may be cancelled by contacting Atomic Soda by e-mail at sales@atomicsoda.fr. If the Purchaser cancel an order after it has been dispatched, then freight charges will not be refunded. DELIVERY AND PRODUCTS REPAIRS DELIVERY: Atomic Soda cannot guarantee and accepts no liability in regards to the availability of stock and the time frame involved in delivering any goods or service pursuant to the Purchaser’s order. Any items ordered that are temporarily out of stock will be placed on backorder unless advised otherwise by the Purchaser. Any backorder lower than $100 will be automatically cancelled. The Purchaser must sign for the delivery and notify in written to the courier any damaged or missing parcel. The Purchaser is responsible for providing accurate delivery instructions and address details in writing. If the nominated courier is unable to deliver the goods due to either incorrect information provided by the Purchaser or if there is no one to sign for and physically receive the parcel, a re-delivery fee may apply. RECEPTION OF GOODS/DEFECTIVE SHIPMENT: The purchaser must inspect the quality, quantity and conformity of the supplied goods upon delivery and inform Atomic Soda at once in writing (sales@atomicsoda.fr) Products exchanges/refunds are not accepted, except in the case of defective goods or an incorrect shipment. The purchaser must advise Atomic Soda within ten (10) days after delivery of the order if there is a defective item in the order. Claims arising from defects will lapse if the customer does not notify Atomic Soda in writing, within 10 days of receiving the goods. In the case of a recognized defective item, Atomic Soda will offer a replacement, exchange or credit note. Atomic Soda will not replace, exchange or redeem items that are broken or damaged due to mistreatment. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY The Purchaser will not use, copy or infringe Atomic Soda’s intellectual property, which means all intellectual property rights in respect of copyright, any patents, trademarks, logos, designs, software, domain names, business or trade name, together with marketing concepts and designs, product knowledge, training systems and materials, protection of confidential information, circuit layouts, inventions, know-how, product or business concepts, details of product development, and any other identifiable result of intellectual endeavour, weather arising under statute or otherwise, and which relates to any of Atomic Soda’s products or services. All designs and photographic materials are subject to copyright and are wholly owned by Atomic Soda. No photographic material represented on Atomic Soda’s website or any past and current catalogues may be used without prior written authorisation. Swing tickets attached to products should remain intact prior to sale to assist us with copyright issues.
